I had about Plumbing come to my house and install some bathroom sink faucets. The Plummer was very polite and businesslike, he was friendly and professional. He installed our faucets with ease and explained what had went wrong with the old faucets. He had the work done in less then an hour (even though a previous Jefferson county company sent a plumber who looked at the routine job and said he couldn't do it and would have to come back, after he called his boss) I'm so thankful for about plumbingand they will be my plumbers in the future and I will highly recommend them to my family and my 5,000 + co-workers

They we're very friendly and prompt. Their prices were reasonable, considering the time they take to make sure the work is done right.  Which I am grateful for, I didn't have to have any parts replaced.
I am very satisfied with there over all service.  Also they were able to do same day service.

Worst customer service ever.  The last three times I called with real leaks they told me they couldn't schedule someone to come out for a month and told me to call someone else.  They also do not unclog drains.  What kind of plumber doesn't do that?  I have used their service many times and was practically a regular, but lately they have been too busy or under-staffed to help me out.  Their web-site even shows an opening on April 24, two days from now, but the person who answered the phone said the web-site is inaccurate and they don't even look at it.  Never again, there's plenty of plumbers out there to take care of our emergencies.

Simply the best!  Offers military discounts and does great work!!  Installed an anode rod without issues and unlike some other companies with stripes.

Christian did some kitchen cabinet repair work for me as well as repairing the water supply line to the fridge.  The work was excellent and prompt.  One item left unfinished for me was to shave or plane a cabinet so my fridge could fit underneath it.  After I messaged him a couple of times and he messaged back that he would get to it shortly I have heard nothing but crickets.  That was several months ago.  For that reason cannot recommend him, the least you can do is communicate only takes a minute.

This company has earned my business for life! Three years ago, my wife and I bought an older home. While we absolutely love our home, it has come with a slew of plumbing issues. Upon our original consultation, things weren't looking good--it seemed our plumbing concern (a corroded copper water stack) was going to cost us a great deal of money. When Chris, the company's owner, came out to give us an estimate for the work, he found that our water stack was not affected, but we simply need to attend to some atypical piping from the home's previous owners. He fixed us up right there and charged us nothing for his visit.

The company could have went ahead with their original estimated work, made a hefty profit from us, and moved on--but they chose to be honest and have now earned our trust and business for the rest of the time we'll own this home.

This place is a joke. They installed water heaters at my house. They were under warranty when the heaters started leaking. When I called them, they told me they would get back to me and never did. My wife tried reaching them and they kept giving her the run around...something about the connectors not being covered under the warranty. We are 10 days later and they still haven't sent anyone out to look at the issue. I am calling another plumber and not using these guys again.

I recommend you do the same.

I was just recently reminded about this company.  It's been many years since I have done business with them but my experience with them was completely unsatisfactory.  I've heard some people say that Mr. Greg Goforth does good quality work but that is the absolute opposite of my experience with him.

I had been using Sutter Plumbing for years, for tree root removal in my sewer line, with satisfaction.  I had Classic Aire Care/Sutter out October 1, 2018 to provide the same service.  On November 18th, 2018, I had to call Roto Rooter, and pay an additional charge to remove tree roots Sutter/Classic Aire had not removed.  Clearly the work done a little over a month ago was not done appropriately.  When I spoke with Classic Aire Care/Sutter, I was told the tree roots must have grown back.  I don't think tree roots can fill a pipe in six weeks, during October.

They did great work went above and beyond. They fixed the issue, and even fixed the issue from the previous plumber. And with them doing all their documentation I am able to move forward with a lawsuit due to it not being done correct. Jermaine and Jeremy and Allen were awesome.
