Donald did an excellent job of cleaning a horrible dryer vent. He went above and beyond to make sure he got all the lint clogs out. Dryer is working perfectly now!!!!

Received a tune-up on furnace. Sean pointed out some future issues but made no hard sales pitch. Also no mention of membership or anything pushing of products. I asked questions and he was straight forward and responsive. Plan on using again in future.

Anthony was here to fix my furnace within a few hours of my phone call.  It needed a part that was under warranty, and they were able to wave the trip charge, which I appreciated.  Anthony is very professional and seems to be knowledgeable.

The tech (Cole) came out and assessed the issue, got the parts in within the week, and came back and fixed the problem ASAP. He was very informative on what was replaced and why during both visits. based on the way the staff of Chester field service are reckless on the road, I would highly recommend staying away. Watching a companies service vehicle try to go 15 miles over the speed limit to cut vehicles off means they also probably cut corners on their jobs. If they are not safe while driving, why would you spend money to have them not be safe as well?

I didn't hure them because they took 30 minutes explaining to me why they would have to replace my entire shower rather than fix the issue with a broken handle. They didn't even come look at it
