I have looked around for a plumber for a week and everybody was giving me the runaround and out rages estimate to fix a leaking Fossett util I got hold of Crystal plumbing they did the job for half of what the other places where asking I highly recommend them

Had an issue with our furnace - it was installed in spring 2018 by Villara in new construction. Paid $85 for assessment and given a quote for an additional $750.00 for repair. This included a parts warranty credit for $243 (total $ 1.078) so parts were paid for. I requested a break down of those package charges multiple times and kept getting the same BS from their customer service and service managers - package pricing is the only way they will quote and no line item info will be provided. Once the one hour repair was supposedly completed, I ended up paying approx. $ 700 for one hour of labor. SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS PER HOUR!! Gotta love their package pricing - icing on the cake is that 30 days after this flagrant rip off, the problem has returned. I'll be calling tomorrow to see if they stand behind the obnoxiously overpriced work. Stay tuned for updates ......

I had a problem with a clogged drain to my septic tank. Nathan Hamilton came to my home promptly to diagnose and correct my problem. They were not able to make the repair as our contract stated. Nate suggested relining the pipe. I took his advice and completed the repair.

He charged my freon and found the leak and not only that hes friendly, honest and cleaned our A/C and checked everything made sure its all in proper operations. Thank u Lance!
