I was very impressed with everyone I spoke with at Comfort Master!   Our technician, Larry, was very capable and I was surprised at how quickly he got the job done.   In addition, I really felt like I was part of the Comfort Master family because they were warm, friendly, and sincerely helpful.  I even put them in my contacts on my phone as I will always call them for my HVAC needs.   I greatly appreciate the good work and honesty I encountered from Comfort Master!!!

We had our kitchen faucet installed by Nick, and he did such a great job! Let me start by saying we were impressed right from the beginning. Nick arrived right on time and was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I asked him a few questions about our previous faucet and he explained everything in a way I could understand. He was also very quick in installing it. We are so happy to have contacted Sam to get our faucet installed. The price was also a lot cheaper than everyone else I had contacted. We are definitely going to be contacting Sam again for any future work we need to get done. I definitely recommend Sam and his workers to anyone who needs a kitchen faucet repair or any other house installations:).

First off I want to say that Austin was very responsive to my inquiry and even offered to come help that same night (at like 8PM) since my post for help was at 7:30. so I thought that was impressive. Austin was very communicative the day of the appointment and kept me updated on his ETA and was even able to get over earlier which was nice. When he showed up he got right to work. Unfortunately he wasn't able to fix my issue which was a bummer but didn't hold it against him. This issue has occurred before and a couple plumbers last time weren't able to get it either. Austin actually told me what would probably be needed to fix it (a longer snake) which the next guy ended up having and was able to fix. So it wasn't so much Austin not knowing how to fix it, just meant the issue he identified needed a tool he did not have. So no big deal. Additionally, since he was not able to fix it he did not charge me, which was awesome. I Ended up insisting on just splitting the estimate in half and paying him but that was my choosing not his. Like I said, he worked hard trying to fix it so I was happy to pay something.

UPDATE: I had initially left a 4/5 review due to an issue that occurred during the attempted repair. However, Austin I felt went above and beyond to remedy the issue even days after. This is something you do not see very often so it was really great to see. I can now confidently say a 5 out 5 star review is warranted.
