Con: no over phone estimates, ok plumbers work, equipment capabilities.
Had some work done last year. They will take advantage if you don't know what you need. Some of their plumbers have no idea what they are doing so if you don't know what you need, these guys are not the ones to go to for it. Overall: They do have some competent techs(2nd plumber was more knowledgeable), prices are fairly competitive if you know what you want. Service with a smile while doing the minimum. By the way, first plumber offered me to do an open trench mainline replacement dug to 10 ft deep(not allowed by law).

Great company, very honest.  My whole family uses this company.  They will only fix what needs to be fixed at a fair price.

Sam is a little hidden gem in the handyman space. Friendly, clean and does the work set out to do and then some. He helped replace a broken faucet, replace a bib hose and provide respectable advice for other needs.

Farid was very honest and forthcoming. My project was much larger than expected and so I had to put it on the back burner.  However, he could have strung me along got into the project and then sprung another price on me in the middle of the project. Honesty is very important, and I feel this contractor has it in spades.

Had Austin do some electrical work and a small plumbing job on a rental property  .  Fault mainly mine, when I received an estimate for work, didn't pay to much attention, since I needed to get the job done. and gave go ahead to do the work.  However later when checking prices I was blown away. Not only had this job escalated in size but so had the pricing. A single electrical outlet plug replacement was $75 and he did 15 of them. Also gave a verbal OK for a kitchen faucet replacement,  no estimate provided and was really surprised at the charges.
Once again I accept responsibility for not paying proper attention to what I was authorizing . Be very careful when you get an estimate and question size of job and pricing.  Later that day, Austin called and demanded payment immediately, even though at that time I had no way if knowing if work was satisfactory. I will not use this company again.
