Serg did a great job.  He has all the small tools that I did not have to finish hanging the industrial strength exterior TV mount in a stucco wall for our large outdoor TV.  I would recommend his very reasonably priced services for those miscellanies jobs around the house.

Timely and responsive. No surprises- just did the job at the cost we agreed on with the amount of time expected.

Chris came  on time to give us the estimate which was reasonable.  He did a perfect job we definitely recommend him.

I needed to replace the bathroom fan, and I thought I would need somebody to drill a hole in the attic to access it from above.  Paul got back to me within hours (on a weekend), and he ended up saving me a lot of money, since he was able to install the fan from below and avoid the drilling.  I will definitely call him again the next time I need handyman services.

Sam,is the Best..Knows his stuff.Very helpful.I was unfamiliar with misters and Sam  was kind enough to give me recommendations for misters.Took his advice,purchased and he installed. They work perfectly,and the installation was perfect. Can't go wrong with Sam !

I called CK for an urgent situation I had with a tenant property I manage where the single bathroom toilet was not flushing.

After  having the city snake the main line, the toilet would still not flush. I could not replace the toilet unless I moved the sewer line as bathroom not built up to code.

CK Discovered object was flushed down toilet and stuck in backflow portion of the toilet.

CK was awesome and I will save his number for all my future plumbing needs in Sacramento area on other rental properties I own and manage.

Walter replaced my microwave/range hood with a new range hood. He encountered some unexpected difficulties during the installation. He had no complaints but kept solving each problem. He finished his work in great condition. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I'll be booking Mike again for our home projects! He was very responsive to all my questions before he came to do the job. I needed a ceiling fan installed, dining room chandelier installed and front door lock and key replaced. While he was here he even helped sand down and paint over a part of our stair banister the kids damaged.

He was patient and knowledgeable, on time and pricing was fair. Now I'm looking around my house for other projects to have him do.

My sprinkler system has 3 valves. My drip watering system uses only 2. The unused valve was leaking so I asked Warren to remove it and cap off the pipe. Warren arrived exactly on time. Unfortunately, my doorbell doesn't work so I didn't meet him. He stopped the leak and charged me $20 which is more than reasonable. I am very satisfied. From now on he will be my go-to handyman and he has my highest recommendation.

First off I want to say that Austin was very responsive to my inquiry and even offered to come help that same night (at like 8PM) since my post for help was at 7:30. so I thought that was impressive. Austin was very communicative the day of the appointment and kept me updated on his ETA and was even able to get over earlier which was nice. When he showed up he got right to work. Unfortunately he wasn't able to fix my issue which was a bummer but didn't hold it against him. This issue has occurred before and a couple plumbers last time weren't able to get it either. Austin actually told me what would probably be needed to fix it (a longer snake) which the next guy ended up having and was able to fix. So it wasn't so much Austin not knowing how to fix it, just meant the issue he identified needed a tool he did not have. So no big deal. Additionally, since he was not able to fix it he did not charge me, which was awesome. I Ended up insisting on just splitting the estimate in half and paying him but that was my choosing not his. Like I said, he worked hard trying to fix it so I was happy to pay something.

UPDATE: I had initially left a 4/5 review due to an issue that occurred during the attempted repair. However, Austin I felt went above and beyond to remedy the issue even days after. This is something you do not see very often so it was really great to see. I can now confidently say a 5 out 5 star review is warranted.

These people are AMAZING!!  I needed a garbage disposal replaced, and I called Honest Lee because of all of his great ratings.  John answered my call, and said they have a 2-hour minimum, so he asked me to have a bunch of jobs lined up so that he would not waste my money.  He told me it would take 30-60 minutes to replace my broken garbage disposal, and he was right!  I ended up getting THREE jobs crossed off my list.  John worked SO hard the entire time.  They are really busy, and now I know why!!  Thank you!!
