Best Electrical Panel Repair in Sacramento CA
Jason is very efficient, punctual, helpful and reliable. He showed up on time everyday. I called few contractors for quotes from Yelp but I must say that Jason is the best. He is good in what he does and I would highly recommend him to family, friends and everyone.
Thank you Jason!!

I could not possibly say anything better about Joedy and his crew. We are THRILLED with the work that they did for us. The JAZ team helped us build an entire garage/office on the side of house and they did an IMPECCABLE job. From the moment we contacted Joedy to the very end of the project - they have been a dream to work with. They are detail oriented, kind, great communicators and just all around an awesome crew of people. Could not recommend more highly!

They were on-site within a few hours of being called. Made quick work of a clogged drain and even checked a few other places around the house for problem areas. Super professional, fast and courteous!

Once again Comfort Masters/ Ed and Donna to the rescue! One of our A/C units went out. Their quick and professional attention to our issue has us enjoy a nice cool home again.
I highly recommend Comfort Masters. Fast, friendly, professional and reasonable service.
Thank you, for making this experience as painless as possible!

I have three leaky faucets. I put in a request via yelp. And the owner of a reliable plumber responded within an hour. He offered to come in the next day. He showed up on time. Problem fixed. The only thing is the price. It's just too pricy to fix three faucets (even with the discount). My total cost is $420.00

Shah who performed our service and installation was professional and cordial. He went above and beyond by working with me to meet some of my requests. The quality was exceptional and he got the work done quickly. I would/will work with him again!

I just had the best experience with any service person I have ever met! Ibrar (Jay) came out to do an estimate on outdoor house lights that I believed shorted out due to two newish LED bulbs going out at the same time. (In my defense, I had to have another set rewired in the past so that's what I thought the issue was and I don't climb ladders any longer) Lol. Anyway, Jay recommended we try some new bulbs. Ta da! The lights worked! I asked him what I owed him for the trip out from Elk Grove to Fair Oaks and he said NOTHING!! Yes, you heard me correctly! You don't hear of such kindness anymore! I have myself a new electrician! With his attitude experience, and great previous reviews, I know I can trust Jay for all of my electrical issues. Plus, I found out he does so much more! He is a general contractor and can do just about anything. Thank you Yelp for leading me to this fantastic contact and thank you Jay at Fix IT Services for making my day! :)

I hate to leave any small business a bad review being a small business owner myself, but this was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!! The only reason I'm not giving him 1 star is because Trevor had done work for me before.
I messaged him a week ago to return to my Uncles house to repair a leaky faucet in the kitchen and haul away some items. He had done work in the past with no problems.
Yesterday, on the day he was to do the work, he flaked, no call, no vm, text or anything. He finally texted me back several hours later to let me know he was on the way home from a trip out of town and couldn't make it. What?!? Wow. I cut him some
slack on his unprofessionalism only because of the positive history before. We agreed to a reschedule today @ 9:30a. Again, he flaked, 0 communication after 2 texts. I immediately hired someone else from Yelp who promised NOT to flake. I texted him one last time to let him know not to bother coming (if he was even going to). No apology, explanation, or response from him. Not cool .... not cool at all.

Had to get a sink and faucet replaced, he knocked it out in a few hours. We had an issue where a part to our dishwasher failed after he left (unrelated to his work), he also fixed that later that day for no extra charge. Showed up on time, finished the job, and at a decent rate. Definitely would recommend him for plumbing/install work.

Austin was punctual, courteous, and efficient. He cleared a clogged sink without difficulty. Would recommend him and plan to call him again if the need arises!

I called TJ this afternoon about a malfunctioning circuit breaker and he was absolutely WONDERFUL. Right away, he tried to save me money by trying to verbally walk me through my problem to see if it was something i could fix on my own. When we decided it wasn't something I could do myself safely, he again worked to save me money, trying to see if there was something I could do in the meantime to save me from the higher weekend fees. The main problem was the fact that the outlet responsible for my refrigerator was not working, so he suggested using an extension cord until I could get someone out to look at/fix the circuit breaker. He even suggested another company in my area that MIGHT be available on Superbowl Sunday if his techs weren't. I had just decided to take his suggestion to use an extension cord/power strip for the time being, when he called me back to check on me to make sure I was using an extension cord or power strip that could handle at least 15A, because that is what is necessary to handle a refrigerator! He was so helpful and sweet, and I am absolutely blown away by his honesty and genuine desire to help me, even though I hadn't even officially hired his company for the job! I followed up later and officially scheduled an appointment for someone from his company to come out tomorrow to look at the problem!

Bonney is a scam artist company - they take advantage of the elderly and even have a past of doing it and being charged by the government for extortion.
Bonney charged me $350 for a fill valve, I felt ripped off, but left it be. They then added me to a membership I never asked to be added to, but allowed them to come service and tune up my new AC just because it'd make up for that $350 cost. The tech who came out was very nice, he said my bottom of my house ducts for their age look very good, and the ducts in my attic also look good, but two are bad and should be repaired or replaced. He'd call his boss to come look.
The boss came, he looked like some shady sales men. He did work got dirty by going under the house and came out I got bad news and then went in my attic More bad news.
Note: In my house only 1 room has bad air flow, the rest is GREAT. The bad air flow room was confirmed leaking in the attic by the first tech, and another company.
The sales guy then tried to tell me You should replace all your ducts, or at least your attic - and you should get a split system. I asked for quotes.
Quote 1: Replace all ducts: $17,680
Quote 2: Replace 6 ducts: $15,872
Quote 3: Split System (Add to any) $6,500
I told him no, I'm not doing that the issue is two ducts (See images, $52/duct) I called a second company - they said no duct work needs to be done outside those 2, and that to replace EVERY duct in my house would be $2500-$3500.
I showed my licensed neighbor these quotes and he laughed and said WILD he inspected my attic ducts and quoted me $100 for parts, $100 for his time and he will do the job.
The way Bonney has a membership no one signs up for shows how sketchy they really are. Its a way to invite them to your house to constantly lie about issues that are not issues. Their quoted prices every single time is unrealistically high.
Also, Bonney tried to tell me my brand new May 2023 electric water heater is bad and should be replaced for $4000 from them. (It was $1200 brand new, $1000 install/permits from home depot).
Avoid Bonney! They should be out of business, but a lot of older people fall for their nice charm from their sales and tech team. Just note - a repair is called a Sales lead to them.
