Best Water Damage Restoration in Riverside CA

Because of Empire Leak Detection & Plumbing I didn't have to change out my water heater when the warranty plumber said 'no parts were available'.
I would have had to come up with an extra $480 for 'modifications' (which I did not have) if I had used the plumber my homeowners warranty originally sent out.  
HA good thing I got a second opinion and someone who knows the industry well.
It cost me a 1/3 of the original estimate.  A part did the trick and my water heater was back up and running within a day. Thank you to Hector and his team.  
First time using this business and yes, I will keep this number handy for future references.

I would like to thank Cristian for a job well done!!  I had the pleasure in seeing this young man in action.  His work ethics is next to none, professionalism from the courtesy call to back brief of the job he completed efficiently.  Cisneros is a top organization with Cristian as an asset I can see why Cisneros is a a great company.  I would recommend that your organization give him a raise or benefits to keep him indefinitely!!

Although our plumber David was awesome, they were overpriced as a whole.  They charged about 100 dollars more than I should have paid.

Absolute 5 star service! Main water line broke  in the front yard. Rotor Rooter was here an hour later ...gave an estimate and Jonathan Finished everything in 2 hours after that!! Digging fixing and backfilling with a perfect repair and all that AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS!!

I spoke with Marco through email, text, and on the phone. We had our sink in the master bathroom clogged and so was the sink in another bathroom. ( back to back bathrooms) My husband had tried to fix it and finally after 3 days he asked me to call a plumber. This company had many 5 star reviews on Yelp. It was the only plumbing company that was able to send someone within the hour.  At first I was skeptical when I saw Chris and and his co-worker. They looked very young but they knew what they were doing and resolved the issue in 20 minutes. The fee was on the high end of what I was quoted by other companies,  other estimates I received $75-$125, but in the end it was totally worth it. He did not leave a mess and cleaned the area well. Working with Jacob was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. We had a roof leak during the crazy CA storms the past month and Jacob was quick to respond to my inquiry and flexible with scheduling a complimentary in home inspection (while other companies charged $250+ for a consultation.) My husband and I were impressed with how much knowledge he has for his craft and appreciated that he explained to us, step by step, what he planned to do to fix the leak / restore the wood and walls / repair the roof etc. We were immensely grateful for his transparency throughout the process and felt reassured that we would be taken care of. His pricing is fair and competitive and while we got similar quotes with other companies, Jacob was 100x more trustworthy and knowledgable. He came on time everyday that he was scheduled to work, was clear with all of his communication, cleaned up after himself (dusted, mopped, vacuumed etc.) and took all the necessary steps to ensure that he left our home in the best condition possible. THAT was greatly appreciated. Jacob's an all around great guy to work with. Super respectful of our space and clear with his process from beginning to end. We'll be recommending him to anyone who needs restoration services and he's got a customer for life in us.
