This is my second time having Pipeline come to my house. Jay was our technician. We've had a leaking spigot in our backyard for the longest and finally decided to get it fixed. Jay called and asked if I was available for an earlier appointment time, which I was. He was in and out in less than an hour. It was such an easy fix for him. You can't beat Pipeline's prices. Everyone you speak to and encounter is very polite and professional. As I said in my other review, they're my go to company. Thanks Jay!

Called Rush on a holiday and was very pleased with their sense of urgency. Mike made sure to get out as soon as he could and provided me with over the top education on the systems and how to avoid the issues in the future. These people understand the level urgency when it comes to servicing a retail business and I will defiantly use them in the future...

BG's Plumbing was great! I was having issues with water backing if up into my house. I spoke with Bernardo over the phone and he had men out in the field but offered to come himself right away. Unfortunately I was at work when I called. He then said he'd be there within an hour of me arriving home from work, which he did as promised! He assessed the situation, and got to work immediately... Luckily it wasn't a major issue at the time for me, but he fixed the problem, cleaned up and gave me a few recommendations! Bernardo was professional and kind. Water heater broke around 930am today and I called at 1030am. Susan was wonderful on service call, upfront about cost to replace heater, answered all my questions regarding what service entailed and sent tech out same day. They said they'd be here at 1, and at 1251pm my doorbell rang- the service tech JR was amazing, knowledgeable and courteous. He removed and replaced our water heater and was done by 3pm! Highly recommend this company!!!!

I am writing this 5 star review for my grandmother who had the pleasure of receiving great work and impeccable service from Ruben! Not only was he knowledgeable and figured out the problem quick, he also provided options not just to fix the leaking faucet but also to protect our plumbing system and other fixtures. He did not pressure us or upsell his work. He asked us questions and was more concerned in what my grandmother wanted to accomplish on his visit. I highly recommend pristine plumbing, and advice anyone to request for Ruben for your plumbing needs!

I contacted the owner and they sent out Gabriel to do the work at our house. The water heater is a power vent system and there are many parts to this water heater system compared to the standard ones. The tech was trying to check for issues within all aspects of the heater, and found that the burner assembly was out. Instead of trying to go for the largest invoice and sell me on a new water heater, the tech gave me options which I liked. He told me the advantages and disadvantages and was supportive on both options he recommended and didnt pressure me, I felt I bought something rather being sold on something. I also wasn't home and my wife is 35 weeks pregnant, and she had no problems working with their staff and made everything smooth. I highly recommend them as they came out the next day and fixed our water heater issues. Questions were answered, problems were solved, and the hot water is back. And for anyone who might complain about time of arrival (though he arrived on time, and even if he didn't), remember, they are going from job to job, and I would rather have them stay at their previous job to make sure it is all right and then come to my house. If the tables were turned, I would want the same treatment.
