Best Water Conditioner Repair in Riverside CA

We tried a number of plumbers, who we were not happy with,  before finding Winder Plumbing, which was recommended by our HVAC guy. Our house is 24 years old so lots of things are starting to go wrong. Dan Winder has done big and small jobs for us, and we couldn't be more satisfied. He is reliable, honest and reasonable in pricing. He has replaced our hot water heater, fixed our dishwasher, replaced a few faucets and replaced some copper pipe with pex. I'm pretty handy and used to do much of my own plumbing work (too old for soldering now) so I can tell that Dan does excellent work.

Pipeline Plumbing was awesome from start to finish on our water heater problem. They were one of a very few companies that responded and gave me a time when they'd be here. I felt confident in their work and they put my worrisome mind at ease while laying out each step of the reconstruction phases. The other companies they worked with (Express Dry and Mission Restoration) were solid as well. All 3 worked together and each of them was here when they said they would be. Nice team to work with.

Rush is the most reliable and honest plumbing service provider I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I have hired these guys on several occassions and they are continually raising the bar everytime out. Thoroughly impressed with their level of prompt service. Simply put, if you want it done right for a fair price call Mike and his crew!

We had an urgent water heater issue. Susan helped us to have Jay stop at the house within just a few hours. Jay is very knowledgeable and identified the issues in no time and offered workaround that saved the day. I highly recommend!!!

Were available the same day.  Adrian showed up and was very professional, got my problem fixed and made sure I understood what was being done.

This is just for information purposes, not a review of their services.  The areas that Pristine Plumbing services have decreased.  If you're in Santa Ana/Costa Mesa, you probably don't fall in their coverage area. (You can call to give your exact address to verify)

I called and left a message with Pristine Plumbing hoping to have them come out to fix a problem the same day that forced me to shut off the water to my entire house.  When they called me back a little over an hour later, I talked with Denise (who was very courteous and nice) and found out they had to shrink their coverage area due to increased work.

Per their address, I'm only about 10 miles from their offices and I mentioned this to Denise and I was still too far away. Just wanted to let people know so you don't waste a few hours waiting for a call back (especially if your problem is a big inconvenience like mine), just to find out you have to yelp another plumber.

Picture this. Saturday afternoon 95 outside thermostat sat at 73 house now 78 and climbing! Called left a message. Shortly after I get a call from Jacob, I can get to you later this evening. I say awesome thank you! He called back....I'm actually in your neighborhood I can be there in 10 min! I hadn't had the a/c serviced  since the install 4 years ago! He had to recharge my system, checked for leaks and I was back in service 30 minutes later! Jacob was absolutely amazing! Can't thank him enough!

This company uses the bait and switch.  They tell you that they will  do a leak detection  for $99.99 witch means that they will tell you that you have a leak which you already knew when you called them out.  To locate the leak is $275.00 and they will not locate the leak unless they do the job. Then they will try to upsell to you to re-pipe your whole house.  I was told that I did have a slab leak.  Guess what, it was in the wall.  In reply to reading your comment.  Why are you charging $99.00 for a leak detection?  The definition of detection is: The act or process of discovering, finding or noticing something. (Source - Merriam-Webster's Learner's Dictionary)   People know that they have a leak when they call you in the first place.  So again that is tactic to get in the door.  You cant charge the initial fee of $99.00 to locate the leak since most people just want to know where the leak is and get someone else to do the job.  The money is made by re-piping the house.  Lets me honest do you make more money repairing the leak or re-piping the house? If I pay for a service, why would it make a difference who I get to repair the leak.  I'm not going to hold you liable.  Repairing a leak and finding a leak are two different things.  I know how to wear a dress but I don't know how to sew one. So your comment about  a plumber not being qualified if they can not locate the leak is useless.   And you failed to mention anything about your repair team upselling re-piping my whole house and taking out a government loan for $12,000-$20,000.
