August did an excellent job and quickly too!!! Very professional. Will call him when ever I need any plumbing work. He was also quite reasonable with his pricing.

Victor Boston and another plumber came to my house to unclog my toilet after my 8 year old son flushed a pencil down the toilet. It cost me almost $200. (My sons allowance for a few weeks) but they were polite, professional, nice and efficient. I would definitely call them again!

My review is purely based on the price they gave me. No work was done. I understand a licensed plumber is going to charge more, but $500 a hour is asinine.

I called Bob this morning to come out and go under the house to check a leak. He said he could have someone out between 1 and 5, and they would text me 30 minutes ahead of time. Sure enough,I got the text along with a picture and the name of the plumber(Lorenzo) who was en route. In exactly 30 minute, he was at my door. He went under the house to check for the leak I was told about. He said it had leaked previously, but it was dry and thought I should wait to see if it started leaking again. He did find another pipe that was dripping. He offered two solutions to repair it. He had to go get the materials need to repair the pipe. Job was completed and everything works as it should. This evening I received a follow up text from Bob asking if everything was satisfactory, if I had any concerns or problems to call him. I appreciate the loyalty and customer service, which is hard to find these days. A shout out to Lorenzo and Bob for your service. Will definitely be using yo guys again. Thanks!

I had Rooter service 3 times in a year and it's very uncommon.  The kitchen clogged never been solved.  I learned from Utube that hydro-jets is the only solution but very costly.  I have no choice to search Yelp for best service and deal.  Joseph was very patient to explain the process and offered me a great deal.  Paul & Mario called first and showed up early. They were very polite and friendly.  Paul did the main work and Mario helped out by connecting water pipes from main line and jet pressure machine.  After they fully cleaned to main sewer drain.  They used a nozzle camera to look inside the pipe as far as I can see the pipes and belly on a monitor.  The whole process took less than an hour.  The job is done professionally. Paul had good smile and good attitude. I recommend the company and technicians.
