Best Air Duct Installation in Reno NV

I was very happy with Mike's service and with his quality of work. He was half the price of the other estimates I was given too. He was on time, masked up, friendly and professional. It turned out I also needed to replace a defective valve along with the 2 toilets he was there to replace. He even took me up to Lowes in Fernley to get the parts I didn't have. He also hauled away the 2 old toilets for a small charge too. I will definitely hire him again for projects in the future.

The worst experience with any in home service. These guys don't know what an appointment means. Cancellation after cancellation. Your time is not as important as theirs and if the job is too complicated they'll just make up excuses to avoid fixing it.

Allen Plumbing was top notch! A+ work on my old and complicated boiler unit. Very knowledgeable and friendly and even worked on a Saturday to fit my schedule. Very happy with their service today.

Avoid this company at all costs. They will charge at least twice as much as other companies. When you request a refund of your down payment because you feel uncomfortable with the quote, they will give you the runaround, try to charge you more for the service call than originally quoted, and charge a restocking fee that they do not warn you about. It's been a few days since I cancelled, 5 days since I expressed concern about the price of the quote, and I still have yet to see a refund... Plus I'm being charged this surprise restocking fee. They tried to act like they are doing me a favor by only charging part of this fee because they failed to get back to me when they said they would, but I do not believe it's fair to be charged this at all. Run as far as you can from this company.

I had been in San Francisco with my husband who is about to deploy. I came home to the heat not working. I am 7 months pregnant so getting up in the crawl space to find out what is going on was not an option. I called Marraccini Plumbing Heating & Cooling. The receptionist was very nice. She told me it would cost $60 just for them to come to the house, and they could make it out the same day I called. I was expecting great service, until I got the bill. The service man was here for around 40 minutes, replaced a maybe $20 surface Ignitor and my final bill was about $250. I feel like we were ripped off.  Around $170 in labor for less than an hour of work is outrageous.

The staff showed up on time and were friendly. I called them out for some maintenance I needed on the faucet gaskets in each shower that were getting worn, and starting to leak. Added on a couple sink drain repairs while they were here. Price was in line with other plumbers we have had over the last few years. No crack was offered or observed during said services. Will use again.

I bought my house a few months ago and needed a number of plumbing and electrical repairs - broken sink pipe, faucets and drains not working properly, outlets in need of replacement, etc.  I also wanted some new lighting installed and needed the furnace checked out. Dave and his crew came and took care of all of it in one morning, and I couldn't be more pleased. I would definitely recommend him and I will certainly call him the next time I have a plumbing, electrical or heating problem.
