BBradley Plumbing did an amazing job.  I called Matt and his guys came up within the hour to remove broken tank while Matt pickup a new water heater.  Matt and his guys were amazing, professional and on point!  They did a great job and pricing was right on target to what I was expecting. He acyually gave me an idea of pricing and did not change or have add-ons. He picked up the right tank and replaced shut off value too!..... I suggest to call Bradley Plumbing for your home plumbing needs.  I believe he also does commercial peoperties too!

We didn't know where to begin with regards to finding a plumber. But from the beginning, Matthews was professional.

Their repair guy, Zack, was so respectful and personable. He was easy to talk to you and was willing to talk to us about our options and what was going on. There was no rush and no pressure.

The job was done exceptionally well and we felt like we were made a priority. Again, Zack was fantastic. I would recommend Matthews to anybody.

Great guy and very helpful! Told me how to fix the leak under my kitchen sink over the phone in about 2 minutes. No charge. Now of course I am giving this review having not actually had any on site work done. So keep that in mind but I will give them my business in the future if needed.

I dealt with Quintin when he was with another company. When I called them to schedule to have him come out to fix a problem, they said he had left a while ago. Thanks to Google I was able to locate him at Legacy Plumbing and couldn't be happier tthat we get to keep our trusted plumber!

Update April 2015: Made a firm 9 a.m. appointment to have Quintin come and do some previously discussed work. About 5 minutes after our appointment time,  I received a call from Quintin stating he had a job he had to finish and asked if he could send another technician. I wasn't happy but agreed since I had blocked time from my job. The tech called about 20 minutes later stating he was doing an estimate and would be here around 10:30. At 11 a.m. I called Jamie to cancel my service. Life is busy and I carved out time for Quitin to do the work. That time was time that I could have been working myself. I believe these guys are competent and I liked working with Quitin over the years - but it's clear they do not value MY time. Further, if there was a job that had to be finished I should have been notified long before I actually was. Probably my disappointment is is exacerbated by the fact that my hopes were high for this company.

Robert has picked up his dad's business and is running strong with it!  He has replaced faucets, repaired toilets and replaced our water heater.  He always returns calls, is polite, shows up when he says he will, and does excellent work!  He cleans up the job site and is an all around great plumber!

GREAT customer service!! Timely, fair prices, trustworthy, honest! Everything you want when having work done! I called one afternoon and they had someone come out at 8:30am the next morning!! Very professional! Will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

I have hired this company many times and have always had a positive experience. I scheduled an appt for today. Brad notified me about his eta and was right on time and did a great job.  I will definitely continue to call them when I have a plumbing issue. Thanks again!

I left a message and emailed them about some plumbing work in Wake Forest.  Never heard back so I connected with another company and they were great.

I opened the cabinet door under my kitchen sink last evening to find water, and lots of it.  It was almost 5:00 when I called WP and scheduled an appointment for the next day.  Within minutes of that call, Austin called to let me know that he was on his way right then (he had reconnected everything under the sink after our kitchen remodel was complete a few weeks ago).  The drain hose that connected the dishwasher to the garbage disposal had broken, so it was nothing Austin had done.  But he knew right away what needed to be done, ran to Lowe's to get the parts, and reattached the hose.  I was very grateful when he tested the connection by running the dishwasher as well as the sink before leaving around 7 pm.  When he was leaving, he told me this one is on the house, which I so appreciated.  
To me, Austin went above and beyond, coming to my house at the end of his day to make sure my issue wasn't caused by something he had done previously and to make sure it was fixed properly.  Thanks so much, Austin!
Our house is 30 years old, and we have had a few plumbing issues over the last couple of years for which we have turned to WP for help.  They have always been responsive, professional, and reliable, and they obviously know their business.  We will definitely continue to use WP for our plumbing needs.

I do not impress easily, but Tim and 24/7 Plumbing have impressed me in so many ways. As not only a new customer, but one who is an out of area owner distressed about an emergency situation, he promised me, on the same day of my call, to stop by the rental property on his way back from the already scheduled jobs for the day. And he did. And he diagnosed it and did a partial fix to get the system working until he could fully repair all that needed attention. After calling me about the situation, he went back to his office, got together a proposal to perform the rest of the needed repair job, emailed it to me and scheduled it. (The man must not sleep!) Yesterday he promptly showed up (in horrendous heat) on time and they worked until the re-plumbing job was done! It doesn't get much better than to have a professional who is on time, on task, knowledgeable, and a hard-worker charging a fair price. Integrity, integrity, integrity.... this company is by far one of, if not the best companies of any type I have ever dealt with.  My main line had a clog and our first plumber from a different company came out, took one lap around my property and decided he couldn't do anything. A trusted source referred me to Trinity and within an hour of my phone call to them there was a technician at my home. The simple fix of snaking the line turned out to be much more complicated than anticipated (new/first time owners of an old house) but our technician worked through multiple different problems and was quick, professional and most importantly successful. He left my home with my plumbing issues corrected, my home cleaned up from the work he had to do and left me with a much better understanding of my homes plumbing system and why the problem arose. Not only is their work 5 star but their prices are also more than fair. When the technician told me what we owed at the end of the service I literally blurted out That's it?! I expected the bill to be 3x-4x higher than it actually was due to the amount of unforeseeable issues and extra work that popped up. This is going to be my go to company for all plumbing needs and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.

Our tankless water heater was not working right (hot water would turn cold after certain period of time, i.e. long showers, running water for hot bath, back to back showering, etc). I called Eugene, left a message. He called back the next day and promised to let me know what time the next day he could come look at it. He ended up coming out that same evening. He ran a diagnostic check, identified the issue and checked to make sure no damage was done to the system components or interior of unit.

He was so pleasant and professional. We were very grateful he squeezed us into the end of his work day so we could stop worrying before showers or bath that our hot water would run out.

The manufacturer gave me 3 company names to choose from to have the unit serviced. The Art of Plumbing had so many great reviews I decided to give them a call and we had a positive and great experience. We will totally have Eugene back for the annual maintenance service.

I had an appointment with Brandon.  He did not show up at the appointed time and did not call.  I called him 90 minutes after the appointed time to find out when he would be coming and left a message on VM.  I have never heard from him.  Totally unreliable.  Deserves 0 stars.

I'm a new homeowner and freaked out when my plumbing overflowed all over my bathroom on a Sunday morning. After googling and a slight nervous breakdown, I found DPS on yelp. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Michael and his team showed up right on time, were very professional, and explained everything to me so I could understand. The problem was big, so they had to come back the next day and dig in my flower bed with the big machine. Michael kept me updated throughout the entire process, and by the time I got home in the afternoon, the plumbing was fixed, the garden was cleaned up, the mulch was in place... I couldn't even tell they had been there! Michael was fairly priced and very helpful and efficient. Bottom line, if you need a plumber (bummer!), these are the guys.

They got here and gave me a quote that's unreasonably high. Although I have communicated my issue clearly beforehand and they should be able to give me a quote without having to be here. In the end I had to pay for the dispatch fee while fixing the issue myself. Genuinely bad experience, feels like a trap.

Do NOT use. Technician came out and cleaned the end of the water main, but LEFT all of the sludge he pulled out on our grass and neighbors! Photo technician called and said he would arrive around 3:30PM. - 4PM or call if he was going to be late. Never showed up nor responded to text messages by 5PM.
Rescheduled with main office for Saturday 1-3PM. No one called or showed up. Called main office and was told technician had a family day AND said he talked to me and rescheduled for Monday President's Day.  I never spoke with him AND did not plan to be home on President's Day. Cary/Raleigh NC offices.

Still waiting on a call back to reschedule.....2/18/2023

Slow to respond(36 hours?), provided no details and said he was booked for this time even though I had no timeline. Don't waste your time. Seems like a dead profile.
