Theresa at Bass Plumbing did an awesome job with customer service! She was very polite and understanding of our plumbing problem and the frustration associated with it! She did all she could do to schedule the best service appointment she could for us.  So nice to deal with someone that considers the client!

When our basement turned into a surprise indoor swimming pool one evening, our home warranty company dropped the ball and failed to get a plumber out to repair it after many repeated efforts on our part, leaving us without running water for several hot July days. My husband and I decided it was worth sourcing a plumber on our own, and many reading of reviews and makings of phone calls later we decided on William Parrish Plumbing and are very glad we did! Not only were our inquiries answered promptly and subsequent calls returned fast (unlike the two shoddy companies American Home Shield wanted us to waste time on), but our water woes were relieved by Scott that very day - and even earlier than initially scheduled!

His work was unhesitating and professional (my husband enjoyed getting to watch and learn about the plumbing features of our 1950s house as Scott worked), which is no doubt helped by WPP plumbers arriving in fully stocked vans so they can get to work as quickly as possible in most situations. Pricing was very fair for the type of repair needed, and communication from everyone from Scott to the lady at the front desk was helpful and efficient. I would prefer not to come home to any kind of pipe issues ever again, but if it happens at least there's a local plumber around to trust!

Our heat randomly stopped working at one of our rental properties so we reached out to Piedmont Metro for help! They had someone out the same day to not only diagnose but also fix the issue super quick! Very affordable & reliable! We'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Proflow was by far the best plumbing service I have ever used. They were extremely responsive to questions, kept me updated, and were flexible in working with my schedule. Also gave courtesy calls when they were heading my way and pulling in. They were of the utmost professionalism and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommended! Prices are extremely reasonable.

My first floor toilet started leaking. I received a quick response from Xprt to my need for services, had an appointment within a couple hours. My toilet was checked and an assessment of the issues was provided along with recommended services. The toilet was repaired and reinstalled with a new seal. The cost was reasonable and as quoted. I will definitely use them again.

I contacted Ronald in the late afternoon on 7/3/23 when we discovered that the shutoff valve on a toilet was leaking and subsequently discovered a drain leak under a sink in the same bathroom. Ronald answered my call and stated he could be at our house the next morning, July 4th no less, between 9-10 am. The next day, Ronald arrived on time and fixed both issues as well as replacing the tower in the toilet which also hadn't been working properly. The cost of the services performed was reasonable and the quality of the work was top notch. I plan to contact Ronald again in the near future to perform annual maintenance on our hot water heater. Thank you Ronald!

Excellent work, but at an extremely high $600 per hour cost.  I have not received the receipt yet and will have to contact the company.

Jason did an amazing job installing our new Kohler sink and Moen touchless faucet. He pointed out little dents on the sink that were probably from the shipment and he did a great job of addressing this and trying to compensate for this during installation.

We also used Jason again when we had to get new toilets installed. We bought the toilets from Lowe's and they contracted out the installation to another company who sent out a guy that was completely incompetent and said that the toilets could not be installed due to some leveling issues and that we should renovate all 3 of our bathrooms. We called Jason shortly after and he took a look and said that it would be no problem installing the toilets and that the other guy simply did not want to do the work. For this project, two of Jason's employees installed all 3 toilets and tested each several times to ensure there was no leakage.

Overall our experience with Jason has been absolutely wonderful. He is such a nice guy to talk to and will give you honest opinions about the project at hand. You can expect good, quality plumbing from Jason and his team!

Joseph from Golden Rule Plumbing came by to fix a valve and my toilet needed to be replaced. Joseph and his employees are very professional. They take detail to do all their work properly so it lasts. I gave them five stars because they deserve it good people good work good price! I would highly suggest anybody looking for someone to help them with a plumbing issue to call these guys you can trust that they will do an excellent job!! If there was a 1 to 10 scale I would give them 10. I can't say enough about Trey and his team at BUll City Plumbing. Since we moved to Durham in 2016, the company has provided us with the best prices and service that you can ask for from a Plumbing company. Owning an older home presented a few challenges, and we had to do things like replace the entire pipe system in our mid-century house. Doing that was a breeze with the BCP. We can't say enough about their quality work, extensive knowledge, and reasonable pricing.

Needed three toilets on three different floors. He was quick to come and provide his service at such a reasonable price. Would definitely use him again for future needs.

Raleigh Heating & Air is my go to for my preventative maintenance and for my HVAC needs.  I knew I should've gone with their PM program when my AC went out and they were able to schedule me in quicker than the other local company that I was a regular customer of.  They have super customer service.   Their technicians are very skilled and very polite. You get a call about half an hour of your scheduled window to let you know when they are coming.  The technicians always use shoe covers and make sure that they tell you what they are doing.

I appreciate that I sign up for a years worth of PM at a time.  They will keep you updated via e-mail when your contract is up.  The best part is if you forget they keep reminding  you.  If you need HVAC service contact Raleigh Heating and Air.

I called on a Friday because my main sewer line was clogged and backing up. They said someone would be out on Friday. I called at 3pm and again at 7pm. Due to the main sewer backup I couldn't use any water. No one showed up and no one gave me any notifications. I had to call another plumbing company on Saturday and they showed up within 2 hours to start fixing my main line. I called back to inform them to cancel because no one showed up and they tried to send a plumber out and I had to make sure they didn't send someone out. Waste of
Time and energy. Should have called someone else from the beginning but now I'm stuck paying the Saturday surcharge; but at least I got a response and it fixed

Fred was awesome. He fixed our sink, checked our water pressure and checked water heater. Only charged a minimum to do all this. We will be switching all of our maintenance to this company when our contracts are up.

the absolute worse. make you wait for hours like a tow truck company. then don't show up!

I need an easy repair to a toilet. Called the number and asked simple questions... do you charge for consultation, what's the earliest availability. I was given so much attitude by the person on the phone I hung up.
