Best Water Heater Leak Repair in Raleigh NC

I opened the cabinet door under my kitchen sink last evening to find water, and lots of it.  It was almost 5:00 when I called WP and scheduled an appointment for the next day.  Within minutes of that call, Austin called to let me know that he was on his way right then (he had reconnected everything under the sink after our kitchen remodel was complete a few weeks ago).  The drain hose that connected the dishwasher to the garbage disposal had broken, so it was nothing Austin had done.  But he knew right away what needed to be done, ran to Lowe's to get the parts, and reattached the hose.  I was very grateful when he tested the connection by running the dishwasher as well as the sink before leaving around 7 pm.  When he was leaving, he told me this one is on the house, which I so appreciated.  
To me, Austin went above and beyond, coming to my house at the end of his day to make sure my issue wasn't caused by something he had done previously and to make sure it was fixed properly.  Thanks so much, Austin!
Our house is 30 years old, and we have had a few plumbing issues over the last couple of years for which we have turned to WP for help.  They have always been responsive, professional, and reliable, and they obviously know their business.  We will definitely continue to use WP for our plumbing needs.

Brandon is the ONLY plumber to call when you need a plumber! As soon as I called him mid-afternoon he was quickly at my house fixing my old toilet within the hour!!! He quickly diagnosed the problems due to normal wear and tear of a 22 yr old toilet and water line leading to it that was malfunctioning. He took the time to explain how everything works as well. This is my second time dealing with Brandon in a few months. He knew who I was over the phone and said he'd be right over and he was. Super professional and gets the job done quickly without cutting any corners at all. He also replaced my old bathroom faucet at a super nice discount! He takes the time to explain what he did and why to help save me more money down the road. He's a super nice guy and again the only plumber I now trust to have my back when I need any plumbing fixes right away. Don't dare hesitate to give him a call. He enjoys what he does and is Great at it and very knowledgeable too!

My shower handle stopped working.  We tried replacing it ourselves but it's a little complicated.  I asked for recommendations on yelp and Logan was one of the first to reply, it was a Saturday.  One person said the would call me next week but I have three little girls that need their baths.  Logan came out that same day and gave me an estimate.  He returned and replaced the faucet, which works great.  He also gave a very accurate estimate it only changed a little because of a piece I needed to  complete the installation.  
I will definetly be calling again.

I needed a faucet replaced and a leak repaired under my kitchen sink. Ron was on time, efficient, and had the project handled without issue. I would absolutely recommend Ron and will be using him in the future.

Face it, nobody wakes up and goes I think I'll hire a plumber today. No, water showing up where it's not supposed to, especially inside your house, is never a good thing. It's happened twice in the same week with me. One required a roofer. Another a plumber. I went to Yelp for recommendations on both. Of the 4 plumbers that responded, I picked ARC for a number of reasons. First, they responded quickly. Second, they were available. Third, they were somewhat in the ballpark of the quotes I got, not the highest, not the lowest. They also did not tack on a trip charge which one quote did, and they charged by the job, not by the hour, which I prefer. Fourth, they showed up within a 2 hour window, actually earlier so bonus points. Finally the pleasant and informative Matt was just great. Gave me a rundown, told me options, left me with estimate and his personal cell if I had questions after. Haven't scheduled the job yet but plan to and will update review after that.

Knowledgable and friendly service tech, however, the quote for the installation of a 50 gallon water heater was much too high. We had Dominion do the job for 1/3 of the quote.

Our water heater went out the day before Christmas Eve.  We received a quote that night from another company and it seemed really high.  I contacted Jayk's on Christmas Eve morning, via yelp messaging and received a response almost immediately (and this was early, around 7:00).  They gave me a quote that was over 1000.00 less and could install the same day! Jose and Cody showed up on time, worked hard, had great attitudes and were really great!  I would recommend these guys to anyone! It's stressful to have the unexpected expense, but these guys made it better all around.  Thank you!

We have been using Wayne Edwards of Plumbing Solutions for many years, and he is the best plumber we have ever come across.  Wayne is knowledgeable, thorough, on time, professional, and pleasant, and his rates are fair.  I had used half a dozen plumbers over the years beforehand, in my four decades living in this same house.  Some were okay, some weren't. Our plumbing tale of woe was that water started backing up into our lower level sink, tub and toilet on a Sunday afternoon.  We read Yelp reviews and it sounded like Ethan was the guy to call for a weekend or holiday emergency. Indeed, he came out within 2 hours (maybe less) and with his high tech camera and snake and found that one of the pipes in our yard was blocked.  It was a long and involved process to unblock it and he even rented more powerful equipment to cut through the blockage when needed.  He also found another pipe was cracked and he and his associate dug up that pipe by hand because the utility cables/wires were too close to the pipe to use a machine.  All of this was done quickly and efficiently.  I was so impressed with Ethan's work ethic and knowledge that I had him come back to install a new shower head and remove a flow restrictor from another shower head to increase the water flow.
I will use Ethan for all of my plumbing needs in the future.  He works 24/7 it seems, and is eager to build relationships with his customers.  It is not just his availability and great people skills, it is also that he is an excellent plumber.

We had to have some HVAC work and plumbing work done.  Both the Plumbing team and HVAC team showed up on time, explained the work very well (including showing up pictures of issues - both before the work was done and after) and completed the work on time.  Their prices were very fair and they were super professional.  We are completely satisfied with their work and would recommend to others.

I would highly recommend Wake Forest Plumbing. I contacted them 2 days before a holiday and the woman who answered the phone was very helpful. I had a small plumbing issue yet they booked my appointment as soon as possible, within a day. Troy was excellent! He solved our issue right away PLUS his friendly attitude and professionalism was really appreciated! Will definitely hire again. Thank you!

They got here and gave me a quote that's unreasonably high. Although I have communicated my issue clearly beforehand and they should be able to give me a quote without having to be here. In the end I had to pay for the dispatch fee while fixing the issue myself. Genuinely bad experience, feels like a trap.
