Brandon is the ONLY plumber to call when you need a plumber! As soon as I called him mid-afternoon he was quickly at my house fixing my old toilet within the hour!!! He quickly diagnosed the problems due to normal wear and tear of a 22 yr old toilet and water line leading to it that was malfunctioning. He took the time to explain how everything works as well. This is my second time dealing with Brandon in a few months. He knew who I was over the phone and said he'd be right over and he was. Super professional and gets the job done quickly without cutting any corners at all. He also replaced my old bathroom faucet at a super nice discount! He takes the time to explain what he did and why to help save me more money down the road. He's a super nice guy and again the only plumber I now trust to have my back when I need any plumbing fixes right away. Don't dare hesitate to give him a call. He enjoys what he does and is Great at it and very knowledgeable too!

My shower handle stopped working.  We tried replacing it ourselves but it's a little complicated.  I asked for recommendations on yelp and Logan was one of the first to reply, it was a Saturday.  One person said the would call me next week but I have three little girls that need their baths.  Logan came out that same day and gave me an estimate.  He returned and replaced the faucet, which works great.  He also gave a very accurate estimate it only changed a little because of a piece I needed to  complete the installation.  
I will definetly be calling again.

I contacted Ronald in the late afternoon on 7/3/23 when we discovered that the shutoff valve on a toilet was leaking and subsequently discovered a drain leak under a sink in the same bathroom. Ronald answered my call and stated he could be at our house the next morning, July 4th no less, between 9-10 am. The next day, Ronald arrived on time and fixed both issues as well as replacing the tower in the toilet which also hadn't been working properly. The cost of the services performed was reasonable and the quality of the work was top notch. I plan to contact Ronald again in the near future to perform annual maintenance on our hot water heater. I just had all the pipes and valves replaced under my kitchen sink, as well as a drain basket.  I can not tell you good Wayne was at all he did.  He was great. I called him the Friday before the Monday he did the job  and got his voicemail. Although it was well past business hours he called me back, and made arrangements to come to my house on my terms.  On the day of the job he called to tell me he was able to come early, and did. His work was thorough and professional, and he cleaned up everything before he left. He will definitely be getting more of my business.

Needed three toilets on three different floors. He was quick to come and provide his service at such a reasonable price. Would definitely use him again for future needs.

I called Joseph Rose and spoke with Ethan who was super professional and helpful. I had an issue with a toilet in my T-Mobile store and I was told they could be out the next day.

Not even 10 minutes later Ethan informed me that they could actually make it our same day. Carcamo came by a few hours later and did a fantastic job repairing our toilet leak.

While they did a very good job, and fixed my issues completely, I was never given any pricing information. Other than the $79 dispatch fee, I was not told about the Flat-Rate pricing until after completion. I could have asked for this upfront, I suppose, though it did create a bit of sticker shock when the bill was produced.

I wanted to purchase a new system, so I made an appt with Raleigh Heating and Air today.  They never showed during the scheduled appt time and  never called.  If they don't appreciate a customer's time during purchasing , makes you wonder what overall service they provide during installation / repair.

Eddie is a great guy!  Very dependable and knowledgeable!  We were very fortunate that the morning we called he was able to come out that afternoon!  Fixed our outside faucet issue quickly and easily.  We would definitely recommend him and will use him again for our plumbing needs!  Thank you Eddie!!!

I was very pleased with my interaction with the company. I thought my water heater was malfunctioning so I called Jayk's. I didn't get an answer but the messages stated that if I sent a text to the phone, I would receive an answer within minutes. True to their word, I got a callback within 5 minutes. After a few more texts and pictures, a technician was sent out the same day. As it turned out, I did not need a repair, but I appreciate the fast, friendly service. The tech was very courteous, professional and efficient. When my hot water heater needs replacing, I will DEFINITELY call them back because I believe in rewarding good service with my patronage. I truly can't describe the professionalism, courtesy and incredible customer service of this company. We had a major plumbing issue at our house on a Saturday (three sinks and two toilets all leaking at the same time and water raining through the ceiling of our kitchen), and I called every plumber listed, left a message concerning the emergency, and they are the only one who not only called back, but the owner actually came to our house after he finished a job he was on at 5pm on a Saturday! He was more than willing to help us, and I honestly felt like he treated our family the way he would want to be treated - the Golden Rule. After telling him I wasn't sure we would be able to hire him without prior authorization from our Home Warranty company, he told me he could take a look at everything for me anyway because he likes to help people. If more companies lived out this philosophy, the world would be a less stressful, more kind place. Golden Rule is the Chick-fil-A of plumbing providers in the Triangle. We recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Tray and Angel were absolutely fantastic. I recently bought a refurbished warehouse condo with some very, um, interesting plumbing patterns, and it was VERY obvious that I needed my under-sink kitchen piping redone ASAP to avoid catastrophe (you're welcome, downstairs neighbors!).

I initially approached another local plumbing business who first gave me a quote that seemed high, then dropped off the radar altogether when I mentioned the somewhat unusual piping layout in the condo. Then I contacted Tray -- who has been in the business for 24 years and is a lifelong Durhamite. He's worked almost everywhere in this area multiple times, including my weird little building; the logistics didn't throw him off at all, and the repairs were cleanly and efficiently done. He had a clear and fair spreadsheet for his pricing and explained to me how the total was being calculated every step of the way. The job ultimately took them 45-60 minutes longer than they had planned (only because they had some good luck with regard to the spatial layout and thus made the decision to run out to the supply house for different parts in order to make the final product look cleaner), but I was not charged for the extra time. Bless their hearts, these two even agreed to start my job at 7:30 in the morning (!) so that I could get to a previously scheduled appointment on time later that day!

In short, I can't speak highly enough about these guys and this business. Experienced, respectful, and very reasonable pricing compared to others in the area. Their magnet will remain front and center on my fridge in case of disaster -- and I already know who I'll be calling in a year or two when it's time for the bathroom upgrades. ;)

The owner kept me on the phone for 50 minutes when I called to set up an appt for him to come give me an estimate.  We set a date and time....no one showed up, no call, no text,  no email.  Wasted my time on a long phone call and wasted time that I'd taken off of work for the appt.

I called Blantons to come and look at my tankless hot water heater that wasn't giving out hot water. When I called, they told me there would be a $116 service charge and then possible charge if something needed to be fixed. Of course, I understand that.
The technician comes out to my house, takes a look at water heater, breaks a lever on the box next to water heater. Connects a loose wire. Technician was there less than 40 minutes. Then he comes around with his invoice and he charges me $360 for diagnostics. Never told me prior to doing anything that it would cost this much. My total was $417, for less than 40 minutes of work. He also put in the invoice that he diagnosed the problem for 45 minutes and then took 30 more minutes to fix. Not true, I have it on my cameras and I stayed with technician the whole time.
I paid the bill because I didn't know what else to do. I immediately called the company to speak to them about this matter, was asked how much I think I should have to pay. Then was told that the manager said I shouldn't have paid and he can't give refund now that I have already paid but he would give $50 credit.. no thanks! I asked to speak to the manager and he conveniently just left to go to the field, he was supposed to call me by end of day and surprise.. he never did.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service and seems like they adjust their prices based on what they think they can get away with.
