We had a problem with noisy pipes. They were able to assess the problem, give an estimate, and fix it, all in one visit. Very pleased with the service.

Our heat randomly stopped working at one of our rental properties so we reached out to Piedmont Metro for help! They had someone out the same day to not only diagnose but also fix the issue super quick! Very affordable & reliable! We'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Brandon is the ONLY plumber to call when you need a plumber! As soon as I called him mid-afternoon he was quickly at my house fixing my old toilet within the hour!!! He quickly diagnosed the problems due to normal wear and tear of a 22 yr old toilet and water line leading to it that was malfunctioning. He took the time to explain how everything works as well. This is my second time dealing with Brandon in a few months. He knew who I was over the phone and said he'd be right over and he was. Super professional and gets the job done quickly without cutting any corners at all. He also replaced my old bathroom faucet at a super nice discount! He takes the time to explain what he did and why to help save me more money down the road. He's a super nice guy and again the only plumber I now trust to have my back when I need any plumbing fixes right away. Don't dare hesitate to give him a call. I do not impress easily, but Tim and 24/7 Plumbing have impressed me in so many ways. As not only a new customer, but one who is an out of area owner distressed about an emergency situation, he promised me, on the same day of my call, to stop by the rental property on his way back from the already scheduled jobs for the day. And he did. And he diagnosed it and did a partial fix to get the system working until he could fully repair all that needed attention. After calling me about the situation, he went back to his office, got together a proposal to perform the rest of the needed repair job, emailed it to me and scheduled it. (The man must not sleep!) Yesterday he promptly showed up (in horrendous heat) on time and they worked until the re-plumbing job was done! My shower handle stopped working.  We tried replacing it ourselves but it's a little complicated.  I asked for recommendations on yelp and Logan was one of the first to reply, it was a Saturday.  One person said the would call me next week but I have three little girls that need their baths.  Logan came out that same day and gave me an estimate.  He returned and replaced the faucet, which works great.  He also gave a very accurate estimate it only changed a little because of a piece I needed to  complete the installation.  
I will definetly be calling again.

We needed two toilet bowls replaced, and sent the request to via Yelp for plumbers. We got a lot of responses all wanting to charge to see the job. Ronald responded with a very reasonable flat rate to install the two toilets and haul away the existing ones. We told him when the toilets would be delivered and scheduled his services for two days later. He was on time, professional, and polite. The toilets were installed within two hours, and there was no mess or anything for me to clean up afterwards.  Ronald gave us a great experience! And I will definitely recommend him to my neighbors for their plumbing needs.

Our plumber Bradly was professional, courteous, efficient, well skilled and thorough, taking great care of us as customers, even calling to ask to come early.

Knowledgable and friendly service tech, however, the quote for the installation of a 50 gallon water heater was much too high. We had Dominion do the job for 1/3 of the quote.

We used Jayk's to install a instant water heater and move a natural gas line.

They were on time and got work done for the quote.  

We changed scope while they were there and they were gracious about it, accommodating us quickly.  

I recommend for sure!

Called Golden Rule Plumbing Services to come out and put in a new kitchen faucet and to look at a tank filling problem I had with one of my toilets. Joseph the owner came personally and was prompt and answered all of my questions with straightforward honesty. The pricing was very reasonable especially compared to some of the big box companies.  The job was done and all water was flowing in no time at all. Also everything was left neat and clean just as it was when he showed up. Thanks again for coming out promptly and I will definitely be using Golden Rule again in the future!

Years ago I used Plumbing Solutions....which helped me to believe that there are people out there who do their jobs well and beyond expectations....I don't think Yelp existed then.  Well we've just called them again and are looking forward to their help.  I'll be posting results soon.

Honest, fast and did an amazing job!  Tray fixed the plumbing for 3 sinks and a bathtub. He replaced shut-off valves, all of the pipes under the kitchen sink , replaced a faucet, etc.

He then took a look at a much larger problem I thought I was facing and fixed it at NO CHARGE. (I was quoted $1,500 by one competitor, when in fact it was an issue of resetting a pump.)

His price to do the work was literally $1,000 less than two other estimates I received. He does what needs to be done and doesn't take advantage of you. If everyone did business like he does, the world would be a better place.

Lansen fixed my toilet on a Friday night. He arrived quickly and completed the work quickly. I'd tried calling different 24/7 service, but their dispatch never got back to me. I highly recommend Lansen and I'll call him again for any future issues.

A crew came out to perform a routine annual check-up and flush our tankless water heater for the 3rd year in a row.  The crew of  3 plumbers and electricians thoroughly checked the whole house and identified several serious problems needing attention.  They were able to fix the ones I asked them to on the spot and gave me an estimate for the one I want to wait on.  They solved my problem of flickering canister lights.  Jerry, Michael, and Mike were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and competent.  I have the utmost confidence in their work and highly recommend them.

I Called Raleigh Heating and Air and they are an Asure dealer which is suppose to honor Amana Extended  Warranty Agreements, but when I called and they said that a diagnostic fee of $ 120 would be charged for after hours and a $96.00 diagnostic fee for normal hours. I agreed to the after hours charge, but when the technician called, he stated that he was not aware of any Extended  Warranty agreement, and I would have to pay the diagnostic fee and any other costs associated with the repair of product. Take the  Asure sign off your Website. I will be calling Amana.

We recently purchased a home in the Raleigh area, and soon thereafter we were notified by the local water company that there was a significant leak somewhere on the property. We spoke with many different plumbers, but Eddie was clearly the best choice. He has more years of experience than I've been alive, charged reasonable rates, and was able to schedule a visit on the same day.

Once he was on-site, he identified the leak was within our irrigation system and was able to quickly shut off the leak without disrupting the flow to the house. He, unfortunately, didn't have the equipment to complete the repair, else I would have certainly contracted him to do so.

Overall, Eddie is a straight shooter and the type of person you'd comfortably recommend to friends and family - not just to random people on the internet!
