Best Pipe Installation in Raleigh NC

I reviewed this company on May 25, 2023, shortly after the work was performed. My primary complaint was I felt the pricing of approximately $650 was out of line for 1-1/4 hours of work and less than $30 in materials.
On June  27 I received a call from my tenant the two sharp points of something had penetrated the wall in the bedroom adjacent to the bathroom where a technician from William Parrish Plumbing had replaced the tub faucet, shower head and water control valve which came in a kit by Delta. I provided the kit. Going to the rental house to determine what I needed to do and the cause of the problem I found the two screws the technician had used to secure the water valve to a 1x 4 were 3 in length and the sharp points had penetrated the wall in the adjoining bedroom. I removed them and installed two 2' screws which firmly held the valve in place.  The next step was to use joint compound to fill the two small holes and then repaint the entire wall.  I have never been happy with the outcome when I try to paint  small patches on walls that have been painted for 4 or 5 years.  One full day of work to keep my excellent tenant happy to live in the house she has been in for 5 years.  One day of work caused because the plumbing technician from William Parrish Plumbing decided to not walk to his truck to get the proper length of screws or possibly he did not have them and needed to make a trip to a near by ACE Hardware to buy two screws of the proper length or ask me if I had two he could use.

Our heat randomly stopped working at one of our rental properties so we reached out to Piedmont Metro for help! They had someone out the same day to not only diagnose but also fix the issue super quick! Very affordable & reliable! We'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Proflow was by far the best plumbing service I have ever used. They were extremely responsive to questions, kept me updated, and were flexible in working with my schedule. Also gave courtesy calls when they were heading my way and pulling in. They were of the utmost professionalism and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommended! Prices are extremely reasonable.

I had Timmy install a vanity and re-pipe our house, his price was much lower than any other plumber would be and his work never leaked. I watched him work and noticed him do something i have never seen a plumber do before; he used both plumbers putty and teflon tape when treading pipes together. I asked him why he did this and he said because they will never leak like that; that's quality work.  I have seen the work of a lot of plumbers and i can honestly tell you That Timmy does much better work than your average plumber. I would be surprised if you could find a better price anywhere else.

My shower handle stopped working.  We tried replacing it ourselves but it's a little complicated.  I asked for recommendations on yelp and Logan was one of the first to reply, it was a Saturday.  One person said the would call me next week but I have three little girls that need their baths.  Logan came out that same day and gave me an estimate.  He returned and replaced the faucet, which works great.  He also gave a very accurate estimate it only changed a little because of a piece I needed to  complete the installation.  
I will definetly be calling again.

I had a an issue with my garbage disposal. It wasn't draining or processing. I contacted Certified Plumbing and got a reply within minutes. We scheduled an appointment for later in the afternoon. When the gentleman arrived, he quickly identified and resolved the issue. I will definitely will be using them in future.

I set an appointment and also shared I was home on a few days, so when they had an opening, I received a call and they came when it was super convenient for me! I am not savvy about how much services should cost but their estimate was fair and when the repair was not as complicated as it looked, the cost was adjusted! Noah was wearing a mask from the beginning, was super professional and very nice! Thanks for making the experience smooth and I will most certain use ARC for future needs!

Knowledgable and friendly service tech, however, the quote for the installation of a 50 gallon water heater was much too high. We had Dominion do the job for 1/3 of the quote.

Decided to install a bidet in light of the coronavirus pandemic/toilet paper shortage and in the midst of that, accidentally broke my toilet fill valve. Asked for quotes on yelp and Jayk's was the most prompt, even offering to send a couple of their men within about 3 hours. While a slight delay because they were held up at their last job, was still within an hour of their original estimate. They were very polite and professional, putting on booties to walk into the house and take a look. They also wore masks and gloves as to not risk infection, which I gave them props for.

Literally in less than a minute they diagnosed the problem and gave me recommendations on how to fix it. I was able to buy the part online and replace it with the help of a friend. Best yet, I asked how much I owed for them taking the time to drive out to my distant part of town and guide me on how to fix the problem and they said it was no charge at all. Really stand up business. Guess there is a reason the reviews are top notch.

It's these folks - Don't hessitate to call them.

I had three different problems and each of the three times:
* they were there when they said that they would be
* they explained (and showed me) the problem
* took care of it in an efficient manner
* left no mess
* did it all at a fair price - no gouging
One of the leaks was overhead and damaged some drywall - they put me in touch with a drywall person too.

The third service call was actually made by my realtor as I was selling the house and had moved out of town.  When she told me that she called Golden Rule Plumbing, I smiled and breathed a sigh of relief because I knew it was in good hands and I wouldn't be taken advantage of.

When I called them to get an address to send a check, it was the owner (Joseph) who answered; he remembered me and each of the times he had been out there.  
My only wish in dealing with them is that they would come up to Michigan to fix a thing or two on my new house!  ;-)

Years ago I used Plumbing Solutions....which helped me to believe that there are people out there who do their jobs well and beyond expectations....I don't think Yelp existed then.  Well we've just called them again and are looking forward to their help.  I'll be posting results soon.

My my my I can't say it enough how pleased I am from the service provided by Joseph Rose Plumbing, specially Ethan! He really made the entire process from start to finish east to follow and helped provide tips and tricks to make the life of my water heater last longer. He also helped me with the lining beneath the water heater to prevent water from seeping into my walls.

Back story: my old water heater started leaking and I noticed that there was also mold starting to grow around my water heater on the wall. I was in a panic because I didn't know how I could take care of all the tasks at once but Ethan from Joseph Plumbing was able to get the job done and now I'm a happy camper with some hot water just in time for the season. Looking forward to this new chapter with my newly installed water heater

Called streamline for an estimate to replace both hvac systems in my home. I was very specific about available time to come take a look. 5 min before appointment the tech calls and says he's gonna be an hour late. I had already rearranged my schedule to fit the appointment. A prior call to streamline they were supposed to come out for a check up on my units and they called then to say they needed to reschedule. Streamline does not believe in punctuality. There are to many hvac companies out there to sit around and wait on one that cannot keep the appointment time.

I found these guys about 15 years ago, when the heater went out in my old house. They came out within hours and had us warm.

Since then, I've had to put full systems into a townhouse and now our new house. Each time, I've sought other quotes and each time, these guys have been either lower or so close, they were willing to match the other quotes.

Their workmanship has been great, they take all the time needed for questions and I've been very happy with the results.

We keep the service plan, too. It's come in handy a few times. With fast service and honest work.

I highly recommend them.

The men came to my house with great service and an affordable price. They was friendly, and they did a great job fixing my toilet problem, saved me from damage the concrete slab. It was hard for me to find a trustworthy service, but Eddie & his crew did great. I feel my toilet now very steady and tight! I believe it now should sit there forever without any leak or broken flange problem.
