Service techs arrived on time and diagnosed the problem promptly. They corrected the issues.

They came out to my house and gave honest feedback and charged me reasonable price. i will use them again.

My shower handle stopped working.  We tried replacing it ourselves but it's a little complicated.  I asked for recommendations on yelp and Logan was one of the first to reply, it was a Saturday.  One person said the would call me next week but I have three little girls that need their baths.  Logan came out that same day and gave me an estimate.  He returned and replaced the faucet, which works great.  He also gave a very accurate estimate it only changed a little because of a piece I needed to  complete the installation.  
I will definetly be calling again.

I contacted Ronald in the late afternoon on 7/3/23 when we discovered that the shutoff valve on a toilet was leaking and subsequently discovered a drain leak under a sink in the same bathroom. Ronald answered my call and stated he could be at our house the next morning, July 4th no less, between 9-10 am. The next day, Ronald arrived on time and fixed both issues as well as replacing the tower in the toilet which also hadn't been working properly. The cost of the services performed was reasonable and the quality of the work was top notch. I plan to contact Ronald again in the near future to perform annual maintenance on our hot water heater. Sweetwater Plumbing is a customer friendly business that realizes how stressful a plumbing emergency can be. We had a leaky pipe in the basement. They arrived within 20 minutes of my call, checked out the situation, and had it fixed and operating in no time. It is such a relief to know that I have a reliable and experienced plumber to address my needs. Also, their approach is professional, kind and reassuring. I highly recommend them!

Last fall Joe came and did stellar work on a root intrusion into my main water line.  He quoted the issue off of photos and descriptions, which was helpful.  Then he came and did prompt repairs with excellent communication all along the way.  The total fell within the quote and he walked me through the repair in detail.  Can't ask for anything more from Golden Rule Plumbing.  Definitely recommend.

Just had a gentleman from Plumbing Solutions at my house to change out a leaky faucet and fix a running toilet. He was very friendly, professional, gave us helpful tips and cleaned up after he was done. Very happy with the work and would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Note that this review is based on a 'feeling' (you'll see what I mean.  But perception is reality so, it's real to me.

I needed my outside hose/valve replaced since I mistakenly left the hose connected through the winter and the pipe right behind the valve cracked. I called Bull City plumbing because they have great reviews online. Yes, they were here quickly and did the job correctly.  But 1) when I called to have them come over they didn't inform me that if they didn't get the job they would charge a $49 'estimate fee' (or whatever they call it) and 2) They quoted me $258 for the job.  

It was only when I told them I had homeowners insurance a (with a $100 deductible) that I was told about the $49 fee if I didn't use them.  I didn't want to be a prick about it, and if I then paid the $49 and went with my insurance the difference would 'only' be $100.  I asked if he could come down in price a bit but he said no and, well, I said ok.  

The job took all of 15min.  So that's $258 for 30 min (if I include the initial time to look at the job).  The parts should have cost all of $10-20, if that much.  I feel that I was taken advantage of and overcharged.  Again, this is my feeling, even more so when reviewing plumbing costs online.  Again, this was a very easy job.  Easy access, quick, no expensive parts.  

So I give them 3 stars for being responsive and doing the job but subtract 2 for cost.

Lansen fixed my kitchen faucet on a Sunday afternoon and it was a hard job but well done!

We purchased a new heating and cooling system a few years ago and continue to have a service plan, which includes twice-yearly inspections and filter checks and discounts on service calls. We bought our own filters, which they install for us.

The service technicians have been wonderful. Respectful of our home by wearing booties indoors. The most recent visitor, Adam, even offered treats to our dogs (but only after getting my permission!)

I highly recommend this company!

We recently purchased a home in the Raleigh area, and soon thereafter we were notified by the local water company that there was a significant leak somewhere on the property. We spoke with many different plumbers, but Eddie was clearly the best choice. He has more years of experience than I've been alive, charged reasonable rates, and was able to schedule a visit on the same day.

Once he was on-site, he identified the leak was within our irrigation system and was able to quickly shut off the leak without disrupting the flow to the house. He, unfortunately, didn't have the equipment to complete the repair, else I would have certainly contracted him to do so.

Overall, Eddie is a straight shooter and the type of person you'd comfortably recommend to friends and family - not just to random people on the internet!

First blazing hot day of the season, A/C goes kaput and who came out withing hours? Streamline. I called all over the place got the run around and the next week routine but I found from the first phone call to the repair dude All to be courteous and professional. turned out to be a switch thing TG. Oh, it was the capacitor.  My bill was $335 + change and I was told I could have gotten cheaper. Really? I couldn't even get my calls returned and my house was 90 degrees so to me it was a great deal. Had it all fixed in an hour.

Just had these guys out to repair a leak under the house. They were all very friendly & knowledgeable. They got the job done quickly & I feel like they were reasonably priced. I'm happy that I gave them a call!

As a local property manager in the Raleigh area, believe me when I say that you won't find a better all-around plumber than these guys (and I've used about all of them). They're always quick to arrive, extremely personable, and they're the most reasonably priced plumbers I've dealt with. You also can't beat the fact that they don't have a special after hours rate to stick you with when you're really in a bad spot. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
