We had a problem with noisy pipes. They were able to assess the problem, give an estimate, and fix it, all in one visit. Very pleased with the service.

Brandon is the ONLY plumber to call when you need a plumber! As soon as I called him mid-afternoon he was quickly at my house fixing my old toilet within the hour!!! He quickly diagnosed the problems due to normal wear and tear of a 22 yr old toilet and water line leading to it that was malfunctioning. He took the time to explain how everything works as well. This is my second time dealing with Brandon in a few months. He knew who I was over the phone and said he'd be right over and he was. Super professional and gets the job done quickly without cutting any corners at all. He also replaced my old bathroom faucet at a super nice discount! He takes the time to explain what he did and why to help save me more money down the road. He's a super nice guy and again the only plumber I now trust to have my back when I need any plumbing fixes right away. Don't dare hesitate to give him a call. He enjoys what he does and is Great at it and very knowledgeable too!

My shower handle stopped working.  We tried replacing it ourselves but it's a little complicated.  I asked for recommendations on yelp and Logan was one of the first to reply, it was a Saturday.  One person said the would call me next week but I have three little girls that need their baths.  Logan came out that same day and gave me an estimate.  He returned and replaced the faucet, which works great.  He also gave a very accurate estimate it only changed a little because of a piece I needed to  complete the installation.  
I will definetly be calling again.

I had a really good experience with Nick from here today! Service was fast, friendly and informative. I had been experiencing a very high water bill and hoped that it was just my running toilet and not some bigger issue. Nick took the time to listen, explain how much waterloss I was probably experiencing and even showed me where my water meter was and how to track leaks by looking at the numbers! Above and beyond there!

Honestly, (to the business model) it was a bit more expensive than I had hoped, and I was kinda put-off by the repeated idea of getting a membership to receive discounts later on (kind of an insurance plan to use this company), but I am happy with the results and understand why they are trying to sell their plans.

I will add that Nick was a very non-pressure guy when it came to the proscribed options and was very direct with what would work best for me. They are very lucky to have such an excellent employee.

We are so grateful to the folks at Joseph Rose Plumbing. We came back from Christmas out of town to find a spigot was broken and gushing water. I called him at 4 pm and he came out by 6:30 and had the problem solved by 8 pm (new spigot). There was no extra charge for an emergency fee either.  He was professional and enthusiastic about his job.
In talking to him, I learned that he is just starting out his own business after being an apprentice and working for other local companies. The man wants to work! Please consider using him and giving this entrepreneur a boost, he will come evenings, weekends and holidays as he strives to build his brand. He told me he really enjoys helping people-and it shows in his attitude and work ethic. Our spigot works perfectly and I sleep better at night, knowing we will have no more surprises. Eddie was great! He responded to my estimate request early (3:20 AM) with much as up front pricing you can do based on what I could give. A polite and personal email response. This was also the only estimate with any pricing we received when I woke up on this morning. I had already researched and knew getting the hot water heater I needed would be difficult due to where it is installed and the space available here. I also knew about what this would cost wholesale. Asked to proceed and he was here exactly when he said he would arrive. Everything is pretty good so far.

Now this is where it goes above what I expected - After seeing the layout there was only this particular water heater as an option. Eddie was up front about the cost of the unit (I had researched) and this reflected his original estimate. I didn't have a home warranty and do not have much experience working with any finance company. I tried to apply on his site but it was not working. Eddie personally called the finance company to assist and it turned out my personal credit lock was preventing the application from going through. I fixed this and he then walked me through the financing directly with his business account rep all the while lining up the rest of the job.

The water heater had burst but not in a location to cause damage. I did have cold water as I found the valve to shut off water to the tank. I told Eddie and his office it wasn't an emergency but would like it fixed as soon as possible. However, Eddie treated it as such. In less than 4 hours from responding to Eddie's initial quote I had hot water.

Professional, punctual, courteous, and was able to finish a difficult fix quickly.

I had a an issue with my garbage disposal. It wasn't draining or processing. I contacted Certified Plumbing and got a reply within minutes. We scheduled an appointment for later in the afternoon. When the gentleman arrived, he quickly identified and resolved the issue. I will definitely will be using them in future.

Clay and Bradley did excellent work for us installing a vanity, faucet, and toilet. They were knowledgable and skilled and had a great work ethic. I will definitely ask for them again.

Jose installed two new spigots for us.   We wanted an anti freeze spigot and these are perfect. We selected Jayks based on their stellar 5 star reviews and they did not disappoint.  Great service, timely response and price was exactly what they quoted. Well done.

Last fall Joe came and did stellar work on a root intrusion into my main water line.  He quoted the issue off of photos and descriptions, which was helpful.  Then he came and did prompt repairs with excellent communication all along the way.  The total fell within the quote and he walked me through the repair in detail.  Can't ask for anything more from Golden Rule Plumbing.  Definitely recommend.

Years ago I used Plumbing Solutions....which helped me to believe that there are people out there who do their jobs well and beyond expectations....I don't think Yelp existed then.  Well we've just called them again and are looking forward to their help.  I'll be posting results soon.

We had a few minor things that we needed addressed. We had tried calling several recommendations prior to calling Bill City plumbing due to Yelp reviews. Unlike our prior experience, we were able to get an appointment quickly. Trey was prompt, efficient and completed the job. We've had no issues with the repair. We will definitely use Bull City Plumbing for future repairs.

I screwed up a simple plumbing job and Lasen came quickly to help. Prices were good, he arrived promptly, and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Recommend!

I reached out online for a quote - there was a quick response  everything was scheduled quickly and easily. He came and worked quickly efficiently was extremely professional and polite . I had him look at one other thing, he followed back up within 24 hours to tell me he had found the parts needed and they were on order. I now have his magnetic business card on my fridge for when I need a plumber.

Eugene is great. Super prompt response, and was able to fit us in quickly. Identified the issue with our toilet, and fixed it on the initial visit. I'd highly recommend if you are looking for a plumber!

Called these guys when pipes froze near the hot water heater. When plumber arrived,  the pipes had already thawed, but he checked on it  and came up with a ridiculous $1000 quote to replace some parts on it.  Would have cost the same to put in a new heater. Took him an hour to analyze the issue, another hour to write up the quote.  Needless to say, I did not have them do the 'heater upgrade'.
