When my water heater burst, Mark was super easy to get a hold of and offered to come the same day for service. I'm impressed with his work and his efficiency. I would definitely recommend him to others and plan on using him for future plumbing work.

These plumbers are the best. I cannot express how thankful I was when a call for an estimate resulted in the plumber helping me find ways to solve the problem myself. When it was clear that I couldn't, I called them back. Water heater install today was flawless. He even corrected sloppy work from other plumbers (replaced my drain pan and fixed the water line connections) to avoid flooding my attic. Requested a bid to take my  landscape lighting electric connection (southern engineered extension cord) to a legit, code approved, outdoor electrical outlet.  They were super quick to respond, give proposal and get work scheduled.   Guys came out pretty much on time and got the job done quickly, left the area super clean and put all our stuff back in place afterwards.   Price was right on.  
I'll call them again.   You should too.

We had a leaky hose bib that slowly got worse since the deep freeze we had last year. Brandon from Genzel was able to come out and fix the issue quickly. They were very transparent on the pricing and have a heads up about the variance depending on the severity of the problem. Luckily ours was a simple fix, but we will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing work.

We had a leak from a spigot outside that flooded our guest bedroom, hall and office. We called as soon as we noticed and within a couple of hours Josh arrived. He was able to fix the problem. We are very happy with our experience.

This is a family owned and operated company that provides quality work and exceptional customer service.  They were polite, professional, and efficient.  I called because I needed a new dishwasher installed and it required new pipes and hoses.  April (office manager/dispatch?) was very kind and helpful and scheduled an appointment for me.  Matt and Juan came out first thing the next morning and took care of everything I needed and were even kind enough to look at some other work that I wanted done.  They are very knowledgeable and affordable.  They clean up after themselves and wear booties over their shoes to keep your floors clean.  Will definitely use them for future projects! Be sure to ask for Matt!

Dial One has been my plumbing company for more than 10 years. And, there are many reasons for that. Again, today they showed up on time, and did a terrific job on the leaks and repairs. One thing I appreciate is that they give me options, when possible. I am always at ease when they are in my home, and with their professionalism. James did a great job today. Thanks so much.

I received a call from Legacy and after about 10 minutes I figured out the basis of the call... he wanted me to change my review.  I don't dislike the people, I don't think they are dishonest people - I have no basis for that, but I told him we are on different planets if he can continue to justify $400 to fix a dripping faucet.  Despite the lengthy written response from Legacy, and some errors - probably innocently made, I assure you,  It was indeed going to be $400 if I didn't source the replacement parts myself (This is an American Standard part - not some obscure brand).  The technician's van was parked in front of my house for one hour and forty-five minutes to diagnose an obvious problem and identify the replacement part.  Something I could have done in 10 minutes and I am not a plumber....not even that good of a handyman, but I try.  I'm not saying anything other than I disagree with much of what I was told yesterday in terms of why the cost was what it was.  I have eaten the $185 and spent an inordinate amount of time typing these reviews simply because I believe that the idea of Yelp is a good one and that if money is no object for you, call Legacy Plumbing all day long and I'm sure they will do a fine job.  They have good ratings ... they are obviously doing something right.  It is just that my experience with them is different than these reviews and I was less than happy ... and $185 poorer for basically nothing. I can't just change my review because they want me too ... my  experience isn't a positive one.

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! These guys were honest!  They actually charged less than originally quoted because they found a less expensive option.  Plus, they were able to come out right away.

Used them for several years, very satisfied. Just had a plumbing leak in the kitchen (I'm certain my amateur repair attempts had nothing to do with it ). One call and they were here within 2 hours. Couldn't ask for more!
