Robby Genzel replaced a tub/shower faucet set for us. Very personable young (to me, anyway) man with the necessary tools (mind and matter) to do job properly, quickly and left NO mess after. Price was reasonable, not cheap, for the job. I would hire his skills in an instant if/ when I need a plumber again.

What a fantastic company. Every single person I interacted with was very professional and courteous. I had a toilet that needed to be reset with new wax ring. Genzel was one of the only companies that didn't charge me a fee to come give me a quote. It turns out their price was really fair too. It was much lower than some others had given over the phone. Brody Genzel (the owner's son) and a helper (forgot name) were very courteous, efficient, and professional. They made quick work of the toilet repair, cleaned the area, and re-sealed around the toilet. I was impressed.

We were so grateful to Genzel Plumbing for finding a way to come out quickly to fix our outside faucet leak. We had put off getting this fixed but wIth the sudden cold, we were afraid of serious damage to our home's pipes. Although the problem was more serious than we realized, they worked with us on the price and the solution. We highly recommend them!

We had a leaky hose bib that slowly got worse since the deep freeze we had last year. Brandon from Genzel was able to come out and fix the issue quickly. They were very transparent on the pricing and have a heads up about the variance depending on the severity of the problem. Luckily ours was a simple fix, but we will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing work.

Folks, let's us tell you about how great, family friendly, and helpful Genzel Plumbing was. The first time in May 2018 Genzel arrived as a third quote to fix a problem and solved it for us without a charge or the BS those other companies gave us. The second time we used them and only them was due to what we thought was just a backed up system. Genzel came out on time and professionally offering advice finding out that what we thought was small was actually a major problem for my family. Within a 24 hour turn around not only did he diagnose 3 collapsed pipes and root issues but had his crew out to fix it so we could use our plumbing. All along the way he updated us with pictures and explanations of the problem and even worked with us on the price. I have rarely ever received such great customer service from anyone and needless to say he was way beyond reasonable. If ever there is a problem at our house or other families we will recommend or use Genzel. Only 5 stars because I couldn't give more.

I have utilized Genzel plumbing for two separate projects. The first one involved our initial home purchase in South Dallas, which required the installation of a new water heater, sink faucets, toilets, and even electrical work for the water heater. Genzel and his cousin demonstrated promptness and professionalism, completing the entire job within three hours. In contrast, a previous plumber I hired in Florida took over a week to accomplish a similar amount of work. I strongly recommend their plumbing services.

My second project involved our newly constructed house by Dr. Horton in North Lake, Texas. The standard toilets and sinks provided by the builder did not meet our expectations, so we decided to upgrade everything before moving in. On a Wednesday morning, right after closing on the house, Genzel and his cousin arrived that afternoon and efficiently replaced all the toilets, sinks, faucets, and even installed a new garbage disposal. Additionally, they rectified the builder's mistakes. These individuals possess extensive knowledge in their field, and I am incredibly grateful for their professionalism, affordability, and punctuality.
