My water heater recently went out and a friend recommended Smith and Son Plumbing.
Gabe was prompt, polite and very professional. Their rates were reasonable and based on my experience I would use them again and highly recommend them when you need a plumber!

I have called Professor Plumb for several plumbing emergencies (slab leaks). I will never call another plumber again! Mr. Roach is skilled, thorough, prompt and courteous. I met Mr. Watson once and he was excellent as well.

I ask a lot of questions when I get any kind of service done. Mr. Roach was more than willing to answer my questions and provide me with best and worst case scenarios along the way. I received one other quote for my repair and Professor Plumb was much better.

Water heater install today was flawless. He even corrected sloppy work from other plumbers (replaced my drain pan and fixed the water line connections) to avoid flooding my attic. Additional review for Plumbing by Jay...after a fairly minor visit, we knew our hot water heaters were probably on the edge of utter failure...our 3 were installed in 2007, so on the extreme side of shelf life for H2O heaters.  Typical 8-10 if lucky.  Jay did a quick visit after other visit to give us a quote and was super thorough regarding attic H20 heaters to include an intelligence leak detection so if there's ever any kind of leak or water w/in the pan, an auto shutoff occurs on valve in addition to an alarm/beeping to let you know.  Yes an additional small cost but knowing anyone who's not had, the damage is not good.  Jay was awesome on install day, was prepared to lay down drop matts everywhere and did his magic.  3 new H20 heaters and able to indicate 1 was about to go, so very lucky to get him in when we did.  Great pricing, great customer service.  Extremely happy and highly recommend Jay for all plumbing needs.  Not gonna post pics cuz who wants to see H20 heaters in attic?? But if needed I would/could...don't delay if yours is 7+ years old.  Better safe than sorry.

Awesome service! He was able to come out on the weekend on short notice and was super knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to resolve our issue quickly and efficiently. Definitely will call him again in the future!

Rickey called me ahead of time about the appointment. They showed up on time and had all of the tools ready to fix our pipes. It was a very cold winter morning and I really appreciate that both Rickey and his partner were diligent and made sure our pipes were fixed and everything worked as it should. Brian was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in a stressful situation. I appreciate the fact that he didn't just come to our house to make money but instead was determined to solve the problem.
Any other problems we have, we are calling him first.

Our Plumber was Brian. While my father was on vacation we discovered a gas leak, after calling the gas company, who came quickly and found three leaks, we call Dial One Johnson Plumbing. They sent Brian to fix our problem. He fixed the three leaks by replacing three valves and hoses. We ask if he could look at a stopped up bathtub. As he was trying to unstop the tub he found that the pipe under the house were rotted out. In fact after he got under the house he found several pipes and joints in the same condition. It took him several days to fix the piping and tub fixtures. Brian was always courteous and friendly. He apologized frequently for the inconveniences he was creating. Brian was a clean freak, always very concerned about messing up the house. In fact before he left for the last time he went around the house making sure he had not left anything that needed to be cleaned up. The price seemed a little high but for the time he was on the job (about 17-18 hours) it was OK.

They arrived on time and for the most part did a good job.  I rated them a four because of service  things like when they took one of the toilets out that I was replacing, they dropped water along the floor and did not wipe it up. They should have shoe covers to protect the customer's carpet (they did comply when I asked them to remove their shoes). Also, when they replaced my kitchen faucets they presumed I was going to throw them away when in fact I planned to put one in my rental house.  Without asking they had already taken my old fixtures to their truck. Last yet not least, they did not get my list completed and said they would call back to schedule another appointment and its been three weeks.

I posted a review earlier that was NOT for COWBOY PLUMBING! That review was meant for MR ROOTER. I have never dealt with Cowboy Plumbing but I have a call into them about my dang water heater.
Again, my humble and sincere apology to COWBOY PLUMBING.

Our 9 year old tank water heater stopped working, so I thought it was dead. Called Legacy for an estimate for a tankless water heater. Kelly and Mitchell came out. They offered to fix the old water heater, no charge beyond the $50 service call if it didn't work. I happily agreed. They replaced the thermocouple and the old water heater is now working fine! They also provided a detailed estimate for the tankless water heater. Was so happy, had them also replace original 1972 leaky shower valves. The old valves had scale buildup and took effort to get off, they had the new valves on the truck, and the new valves work great. Both Kelly and Mitchell were polite, professional, and knowledgable. They patiently explained my options and costs and answered my questions. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Just needed a simple fix of the sink stopper in the Master BA and they accommodated me on the schedule since I was a teacher and couldn't have them come during the weekdays. I also got a teacher discount, which is amazing to boot! They were punctual, efficient, and provided friendly service. Was impressed how they provided pics/video of their work, along with an itemized receipt. Would definitely use their service again! Thank you, Blue Star Plumbing!

Real friendly people, same day service. Could have charged me more, but charged the lowest price and came out a second day for free as well. Highly recommended!

No one use Saving Grace Plumbing. They did not finish the job they quoted us, over charged, and left with my stove still in my living room and are just arguing with me. They called me back finally 3 days after they said they would and flat lied about the job they said they quoted me.
