Gabriel with Lawson Family Plumbing provided the best customer service I've ever had with a plumber. He was so friendly and kind. Gabriel was on time, communicated well and above all was honest about the problem with our toilet. I was blown away by the service and would HIGHLY recommend this company and specifically Gabriel. I had the Company install a new A/C unit in my condo and from the outset, Craig Orr, the sales tech was there and assessed the needs. He determined, unlike the other companies who quoted, that there were problems with the existing duct work. He gave me a detailed proposal and the price was the best and included repairing the duct work -- He made sure the install was perfect, and in fact it was.  Tom and his 2 Technicians were great on the install-- professional, courteous and completed the job without a hitch. Their attention to customer satisfaction is stellar and they, as part of the install will come back in 3 weeks to make sure all is functioning as it should.  I have lived in AZ for 10 years and had a number of companies service my A/C but they are clearly heads above the competition-- totally recommend them

I just moved in to my new house used Yelp to help find a licensed plumber. I need a new regulator on my built in gas grill. Sound plumbing responded and came to my home for a quote. Brian was on time and came back the next day with the parts and completed the installation. Thanks now I can have a house warming party.

This isn't about their work . I posted that review months ago .This is regarding their honesty, i e Zack. I was called the other day , which is always annoying since I'm busy . I assumed it was a solicitation.  Instead he informed me of an overcharge from their last visit . I would not have caught this until 04/21 at the earliest . I am always impressed when someone is honest . Yes, it should go without saying but I have learned from experience it does not .

Needed to have a new water heater installed.  George from Paradise Valley Plumbing arrived at the time arranged and did a very good job of installation.  Would use this company again.

My first impression was my service tech was on time, was very pleasant, had a clean truck and was clean cut. I had a toilet installed.. Very reasonable price. Lowest bidder but also brought good quality service with it. I'd definitely recommend you call them for a bid on your next project.

James repaired a toilet and replaced another for me a year ago. Great work, really professional, efficient service by James. More recently Cameron replaced 3 bath faucets and so pleased again with the job he did. I highly recommend Aussie Plumber. And I will use their service again for my next project.

Aquasana had recommended Jeremy at Worldly Plumbing in Scottsdale to us as a preferred installer of their systems in Arizona. Based on that recommendation we had Jeremy install our new Aquasana EQ-1000 whole house water softener/filter combo system. He did a fantastic job getting everything mounted, hooked up and tested. He also gave us a good rundown on how everything worked and operation of all the valves. He also installed a special hose bib to allow us to drain the system without water running onto the garage floor. We would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone needing water softeners/filters installed, especially the Aquasana systems.

Quick service and excellent customer service.  Chris services our soft water system, reverse osmosis systems and has done some general plumbing.

In preparing to stucco my house there were several plumbing projects that needed done. From tucking pipes into the siding and moving a gas line to a smaller footprint and tiding it up. Eugene was able to solve all the issues with modern professionalism. Upbeat attitude and came in under estimate. Local Arizona guy cares about your projects.

My home warranty sent out 2 different companies. Both said that I had a problem with my sewer and wanted to fix it for me. One said that there were roots in my line and they would replace a small section. They never provided an official quote, but they were talking about somewhere between $3000 and $5000. The other told me that my whole line needed replaced, as there is a crack running all the way through. They quoted me $10,000. I found CTR on Yelp. I sent a request for a quote to 4 different places. Erik provided me his phone number right away and talked to me about what was going on. He viewed the video I had of the line and told me that there is nothing wrong with my line, but he would need to do a higher quality video to give a final quote. He originally thought that he could do a spot lining inside of the sewer to keep out roots.

When he came out, he discovered that the roots are not in my line at all. They are in the city's line! He did discover that my line had become disconnected from the city line. He called the city and worked with them to get things taken care of. The city came out today and confirmed that the issue is on their property. They will reconnect my line to theirs and get the roots out of their line at no cost to me!! I am incredibly grateful to Erik for taking the time to explain what he was seeing in my line and my options the whole way through. My uncles are plumbers in Illinois, and they double checked and agreed with what he was telling me. He is very trustworthy and helpful.  I highly recommend him. He does have a travel fee if he leaves the East Valley. I found it worth the fee to have him come out for something so complicated and potentially expensive.

John came out today to fix our dishwasher & water heater. We were very happy with the work he did. Their prices are great, they don't charge a trip charge, just gave us an estimate when he came out. He didn't try to up sell us on a water heater! We will definitely use them again!

I messaged Dignity Plumbing inquiring about getting the water sources in my house checked for leaks. Estevan was able to accommodate my schedule & the quote was free which is huge - I personally don't want to pay to get things checked out on top of what it costs to get it fixed so that was nice! I will be going with Dignity Plumbing for any future issues!
