I recently started what I thought was a quick water hose valve replacement, I quickly started having issues. I called a few 24 hr plumbers and all told me not having running water isn't an emergency and wouldn't come out. Matt answered when I called and was at my house in 20 minutes. Was looking for a water softener and didn't know where to turn.  Called their ad in the Home Concepts Magazine and they sent Brian to my house to test my water (which I already knew was very hard) and educate me.   He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and the price they quoted me was great.  He arrived a few days later with my softener and hooked it up expeditiously.  Great service and price.  Very happy.

My main water shut off valve completely froze up and stopped working, asked around for pricing and this company by far had the fairest price. Upon doing the work, Nick noticed I was missing a PRV, which was the reason for some the plumbing issues I was having as the water coming from the main supply from the city of Mesa was over 100Psi. He gave a fair price for the part and labour. I will definitely be using this company with any of my futures fixes/installs. Nick is a great. He's honest, informative and above all professional.

Like the other reviewers, we have our reverse osmosis system, water softener and other plumbing issues serviced by Aqua Pro. I am always impressed by Chris and would highly recommend him.

We needed to replace our hot and cold shutoffs under the sink to get a new dishwasher as they were corroded. Home Depot wouldn't replace our dishwasher till that was completed. I contacted Mark and he was very responsive and professional. Not to mention their quote was very competitive. They came out the next day and not only replaced the valves but installed our dishwasher. Gavin was friendly and very knowledgable. I highly recommend Top Notch as their name resembles their work.

Not the family owned company they used to be I believe they have been bought out by Ace services I will be using a different company from now on, somebody local with an interest in giving good advice and service not turning the service call into a sales call!
