I had an issue with a leaking shower and called the Hansen to Plumbing. From the first call to the technician arriving everything was amazing. During the time from our first call to the arrival we also found a leak in a toilet. The technician never hesitated and took care of both issues quickly and he was very courteous. They have a customer for life now, added them into my contacts just in case I need them in the future.

Was so impressed with this company for plumbing issue, especially their service tech Kevin, that I had them do my two partial BR remodels. Once again they were fantastic. Kevin was awesome! He was on-time and if running a little late he always communicated with me. He was polite, cleaned up any mess that was created, and very skilled. He worked to save me money where he could. Felt very comfortable leaving him in the house without my being there. Also, no surprises in the end - held to the estimate to the penny. It's hard to find workers today that really care about the quality of their work and doing the best they can for their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and if you can get Kevin you'll have the best.

Chris came to my aid on a Saturday, early evening. His response time was immediate and we had scheduled him to come Sunday am. He got finished early and called to see if he could come right over. YES YES YES.
His work was efficient, and his diagnosis of the problem was pretty quick. He managed to be in and out in less than an hour. Friendly, polite and professional, my favorite part of enlisting his service?  He cleaned up thoroughly after he was finished. I seem to never get that respect from men who do work in and around my house.

He noticed that our hot water took forever to get to our kitchen faucet and suggested a comfort series recirc pump.  I appreciated his knowledge and the efficiency in having an estimate before he left our home.

We called Elite Rooter out to our condo complex at around 5 on a Saturday and Brian arrived within an hour. Another plumber had already been called by another owner in the complex and they couldn't fix the problem. In fact, they wanted $900 to remove the toilet to snake! The problem was on HOA property, so we called Elite Rooter for a second opinion. They should have been the first call. Not only were they quick to arrive, Brian was very nice and he really knew what he was doing. He fixed the problem very quickly using the sewer cleanout. The cost was outrageously reasonable. We will absolutely call them again and see if Brian is available.

After our usual plumber let us down several times I took to Yelp and found Somers Plumbers.  Its a huge challenge when you are reaching out trying to find a decent person to work in your home.   Someone that doesn't just pull down the first $ number that comes to their head and someone that you can trust to be there when they say and do what you ask.

I am really happy to have been able to find Dave Somers.  Dave is a truly knowledgeable plumber coming from over 16 years working for someone else, Dave now turned his experience over to becoming an ROC Licensed Plumber and business owner recently

He was quick to respond back to questions and rough pricing through Yelp, his communication skills through text/Yelp & phone are fantastic.  I always knew where I stood with Dave.

I set Dave up with 5 different faucet replacements which included new drain/plugs and a challenging hands free kitchen faucet.  Dave came through perfect on everything.  If I didn't have the right part, he had the parts on hand or knew where to get them.   He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.  

I am already figuring out his next project.

Best of the best! We needed to get our water softener removed and pipe bounding done. Very quickly I heard back from Dianna, who scheduled an appointment for the following day to get a quote. Brian came out on time, even sent a message notifying us that he was en route. He evaluated the work needed to be done, provided us a quote and was back few days later to get is all done. I had a water leak in my house that I wasn't able to find, as well as an RO system that needed the filters replaced.  Justin (the owner) and Michael came out as scheduled, and both were especially polite and professional.  The price for the RO replacement was VERY reasonable, and Michael was able to handle it quickly und Justin's watchful eye.  

Justin then investigated the water leak, isolated it to the pool.  However, he didn't have the part with him (they do pool service too! they'll be my pool company).  He showed me the part that needs to be fixed, and I said that I could do that with a part from Leslies, and he agreed.  No charge at all for that!

The saving grace was they did try to make it right and also the great experience we had with Caleb Reynolds.  The boy deserves a raise and recognition for a job well done. I wound up changing out my sink, faucet and garbage disposal.  I got everything installed myself but wanted a plumber to come out and change out my old corrugated supply lines to quarter turn ball valves.  Also since I was going from a two drain to a single drain sink with an off center drain, the waste line needed to be redone.

The repairman arrived right on time, was friendly, and was done pretty quickly.  Everything worked great right away and the price was less than I was bracing myself for which is always a good thing.  I would definitely recommend this company.

Update 9-2018 I needed my washer water lines fixed up.  The shut off valves that were installed when the house was built back in '96 were a joke.  I called on a Thursday night, and I was their first appointment at 8 on Friday.  Sean came out and had to cut into the dry wall to get access to the pipes.  He did the work quickly and he did a really good job patching up the hole.  I was worried what it would look like, but it's perfectly fine.  He installed modern valves that you can actually turn with your hand.  The old valves had a metal flag with two legs connecting them to the valve.  I had to use pliers to open and close the valves and they were never perfectly shut off.  Will definitely call them future work.  They are great!

I have been using Option One for all my plumbing needs for 5 years now from anything from sink line clearing to  
replacement of my entire main system under the house slab by using the Pipe Blasting technique. They never disappoint I highly recommend Option One.

On time, knowledgeable, and good communication make these guys the best I've seen. They take the time to explain the situation face to face in layman's terms and make recommendations. Unlike the other guys who mumble technical jargon while they're on the run and hand me a big bill. Hayes techs are invested in the work and seem happy to help. They also have expertise, and even corrected some issues created by previous companies.

I can't say enough about the customer service from King Plumbing & AC.  Just as luck would have it the AC in my home stopped cooling on a weekend in July, it was just running constantly.  I posted a message on Yelp that following Monday morning. King Plumbing was THE ONLY company who could come out that morning.  Luis and James arrived right on time. Both were very polite, professional and honest. They noticed the unit was low on coolant, recharged it and cool air had returned.  Next step was to reach out to Old Republic, the home warranty company, to get the AC repaired or replaced.  They sent out some shotty company who charged me 75.00 just to tell me nothing was wrong, didn't even check anything except to tell me the unit had plenty of coolant. No duh  since King had just been out a day prior.  This company then closed out the service ticket with no problem found. I called Old Republic back and stated there was a reason why the unit was so low on coolant and insisted either they repair or replace the unit.  Since King Plumbing & AC is also a contractor for Old Republic, I demanded that they open a new ticket to King.  Luis and James came out again, went up in the attic and found multiple leaks in the coil. Luis worked with the manufacturer to locate a replacement part which was so nice of him. A part was found and the insurance company approved the repair with no cost to me.  Luis and James came back out once the part arrived, replaced it and now the AC works great.  I even signed up for the maintenance plan offered by King so now twice a year the unit can be inspected so no more summer without AC.  There are so many AC companies in Maricopa County but if you are looking for a company with honesty, integrity, that goes above and beyond, by all means, look no further than King Plumbing & AC. We had two old toilets replaced after 23+ years of usage. We bought upgrades at Lowe's ( American Standard Champion models); Our tech, Ben Thomas was very efficient and honestly performed an excellent job. We are very happy with the service provided and look forward to future projects with this company.
