I have gone through 3 plumbing companies and these are the guys we are sticking with!  Very professional and HONEST.  Great service, excellent work and reasonable prices.  If you have a plumbing need, then this is who to call!!

I called Hansen to fix an unrelated plumber's poor toilet installation, which was leaking, wax rings not installed right, and not leveled. Despite my embarrassment of asking them to fix someone else's poor workmanship, they assured me it happens and never once made me feel bad for calling them for help.

Robert arrived on time with a smile, and given the current COVID situation and concerns, properly wore a mask through the entire visit. That really put us at ease considering we have a high-risk household. Robert was not only friendly at the end of a long day, but easy to work with and clearly skilled and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did, why he did it, and happily answered all of my questions. I was particularly impressed with the respect and attention to detail - not putting tools directly on the tile floor or countertops, making sure the work area was clean, and overall doing a high-quality, nice looking job in a short amount of time. Yes - it was a basic toilet install, but the caulking was clean and smooth, and the toilet was properly leveled with shims which are undetectable. If their attention to detail is this high on a toilet install, imagine what it's like on a larger job. The work, character, integrity, and overall demeanor gave me all the confidence that Hansen Family Plumbing will continue to be our go-to plumbing company. This is our second job with them, and the consistent high-quality results coupled with their unmatched responsiveness and respect for their customers will keep us coming back. Thank you.

I came home after a long 24 hour shift to find an electrical odor in the garage. Upon investigation it was my hot water heater that had shorted the upper thermostat out from leaking water on it. I didn't have much hope that on a Saturday morning I was going to find a plumber that could replace a hot water heater the same day. The first highly rated Yelp plumber confirmed this. Monday would be the absolute earliest. The next company with as many and highest reviews was Lawson. Not only did they answer the call immediately, the quote was literally 30% less than the competitor. Same exact water heater model and equipment. And the kicker, they will find someone to get it done same day! No brainer. In addition the service technician was excellent. He had to come out in advance of bringing the water heater because I wanted to find out if converting the unit to a gas fired unit was feasible. Only having 45 minutes to get to the supply warehouse before it closed and get the new unit, he worked efficiently and quickly. After returning with the unit agreed upon, install was seamless on my end. We ended up with a fully functioning water heater again. They treat you like family. Lastly, the service technician noticed I was in Public Safety and automatically extended an unsolicited discount. This dropped my price even further. The only plumber you should ever need, I can't recommend them highly enough. Will definitely use again.

Kitchen sink was not draining properly; a clog somewhere deep in the line was the culprit so I reached out to Chris who responded immediately. I was given an approximate time frame of 10:00 to noon and the technician Larry came promptly and prepared to work at 10:00. He was polite, professional, and fast. These guys are the real McCoy with a nice sprinter van loaded with the right equipment with all the bells and whistles, not some 2 guys and a truck off craigslist operation.  He took care of the problem expeditiously and thoroughly. I will definately not hesitate to call these guys back for my plumbing needs. Thanks again!

These guys are great!! Trustworthy, on time, professional,  and great work. I initially found them through a home warranty item, I was so impressed with the service that I use them for all my issues now. Price is very fair and everything is done correctly.

It doesn't surprise me that this company has a 5 star rating. I had Precision air and plumbing install 3 AC units for me last year. Over $15,000 spent with them. 1 year later my AC quits working. 90 degrees in the house on a friday afternoon. Called  Precision to get someone out to fix it. Monday of the next week was there response! Called ProSkill Services and spoke with a very friendly gal, who had a service tech at my door within the hour! Aiden arrived. What a professional, Intelligent and very friendly young man. Aiden explained everything to me and the entire bill was only $125.00. He had to replace a part, that they covered under warranty, and waived the trip charge! I was only charged labor. I have owned my own business for 25 years, and can't say enough about the professional way all of the staff treated me. We had a water softener leak in the night and Elite Roofer was quick to respond and get a tech to us. Alan was quick to address the issue and serviced the problem in a matter of an hour. We will definitely use them and Alan for any future plumbing needs.

Dave came out to the house within 10-15 minutes after I called him on Saturday after seeing water in my garage. He quickly figured out it was a drain pipe in my upstairs bathroom. He had to come back another day for fix it after flood company dried everything and removed vanity. Everything was fixed and his prices were more than reasonable. Also, great communication

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

Today is our first experience with 100%, they installed a new water heater and 2 bathroom faucets.  They are punctual, courteous, professional.  Eden did a fabulous job!  Do not hesitate to use them for your plumbing needs!

Technicians  were on time. Excellent communication, personable ! Explained operation of water softener.  Our existing system didn't remove calcium, now the water softener will remove it. They coordinated the timing of each system to work for optimal performance. They explained how often to add salt pellets, & depending on water usage such as having guests. The placement of the new system was compact, neatly placed next to the old & how we appreciated that with a garage full of items & tools to store. Best work we have done after so many projects and disappointing experience Can't thank them enough!

Called this company for multiple days trying to get somebody out to my house to do an estimate I've got no return phone call then got a return phone call from somebody who is on call today voice my opinion on how I felt about the customer service that I received and he told me we don't need to do business with somebody like you

Austin's showed up shortly thereafter - he -for a young man , had an unprecedented amount of knowledge about plumbing.

Austin felt it was only fair to not charge me because - it was NOT BROKEN...just needed a lowering of the h20 levels - in the new toilet !

I searched Yelp for a plumber to replace all 14 of my bound to fail FloTite water shutoff valves. Not only were they the lowest price quoted, I picked Near Me Plumbing & Drains because of their quick response, and their kind words telling me how smart I was to replace those crappy valves! Jared and Landon completed the work quickly, even arriving early due to their previous job not taking as long as scheduled. They were polite and respectful of our property. I will definitely call Near Me Plumbing & Drains if I ever need any other plumbing work done!

The owner, Jeff, contacted me almost immediately after I submitted my review and was extremely apologetic. He explained that he was investigating what had happened and was going to work with Old Republic and me to fix the situation. He had a team out by 10 and we now have a working water heater! The team was super nice and did great work. Jeff was great to work with and I can now see why his company gets good reviews. Thank you for the great communication and responsibility!

We were assigned this company by Old Republic Home Warranty because we had a water heater that wasn't working. They had a technician come out the following day. He took one look at the water heater and said it needed to be replaced. He followed that up by saying that he wouldn't be able to do it and it would take two people to remove it and another company would need to be assigned by Old Republic. He was literally in my house for less than five minutes and it was obvious from his demeanor that he didn't want to be there. When I followed up with Old Republic, they told me that he had reported that our water heater was 75 gallons (it was only 50) and used that as his justification for why he couldn't take the job.

Sammy came out  and replaced our toilet , water heater, & fixed a pipe in the wall that was leaking. He did an amazing job will all his work and in a timely manner. I would recommend Sammy and option one plumbing for any plumbing needs you have . Very personable and kind!!

I hope everyone sees this review.  I just moved to Arizona from Georgia, not knowing anyone.  The AC unit on the condo I purchased died a few weeks after I arrived.  I wasn't in a position to purchase a new unit, but with 106 degree temps I had to figure something out.  Not knowing who to call, I simply responded to an add on the radio and hoped for the best.  Hays immediately came out and did the best they could to keep my current unit running to help me have a little time to figure out what to do, then once it would no longer run they connected me with Jack Zwiers.  He immediately came to the rescue, did I mention it was July 4th, when every other company refused to work?  He was knowledgeable, professional, and was able to answer all of my questions.  Hays offers great financing and made it where I could get my new unit installed immediately. Their prices are competitive and the service you receive is outstanding.  My home has been wonderfully cool and just when I thought everything was done I receive a call from Hays scheduling a quality check. Even though everything is running good, they still come out afterwards and make certain everything is running properly.  I'm definitely one that believes if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't, but please believe me when I tell you Hays Cooling is legit.  I'm already recommending coworkers at my new job to them.

I've used King Plumbing, Heating and AC twice now. Once for an AC issue and once for a plumbing problem. Both experiences have been wonderful! They arrived on time and figured out the problem quickly and completed in it in the same day. I felt very confident in their work and will definitely use them in the future.
