On Tuesday when I turned on the water faucet in the kitchen I heard a loud noise and I opened the cabinet under the sink and we had the Niagara Falls of leaks. The filter broke and the water was gushing all over the kitchen and into the dining room and when I opened the door to the garage the water went out there as well. I started to frantically call plumbers and DeWitt was I think the 3rd or 4th plumber I tried to call. He asked me to text my address and he would come right out. This was around 4:30pm when most plumbers are finishing for the day. Thankfully one of our neighbors was able to come out who used to do maintenance where we live and he was able to shut off our water by the meter. When the plumber came he was pretty shocked as to how bad it was and he saw that the filter was cracked and said he could fix it immediately for $100. Deal! He fixed it promptly and also got in touch with a restoration crew who came out that day and helped set us up with fans and moving everything out of the way until 10:30pm. Very nice guys. The plumber also said we needed 4 new valves before those go bad and that he could return the next morning around 8:30am. Around 8:30am the next morning he called us from Home Depot and had the valves and came over and charged around $65 for each valve. He was very kind and he came right away even at the end of a business day and helped us so much. This was so stressful as my mom had only been out of the hospital for just over a week and it's one thing after another. He is a new plumber here and a very nice young man and i recommend him to all in the NSB area. He went above and beyond I think especially the first day when most plumbers charge a $75 flat fee just to show up to the door. We will definitely use him again!!!!

Victor did such such a great job on mounting my tv. He was super quick and was able to squeeze me in before the initial say we agreed on which was perfect! My tv looks great and the prices are super affordable! He was super professional, outgoing, & definitely made me feel comfortable during the whole process. I'm beyond happy with the service I received and I definitely recommend this company. I plan to use them again for all of my future services as they do more than just tv mounting. Like to gave them a 5 star, but I feel the price they charged is a little too high for the amount of time, work and parts used. Had them come out on 6/2/23 to repair a small leak on the outside plastic pipe to the house. I could of used shark bite connector to repair it. But I had to work, so I found them online and they had good ratings. Initally, I was quoted $350, but when I said it was a bit too high and the plumber said I could pay $300 cash instead. When asked for a recipt at the end, was told $350. So paid $300 without receipt. The repair was done professionally but I feel the price was a bit too high for about 30 minutes of work. Maybe $250 is reasonable.

Perhaps Deadbeat Daddy would be more accurate. My partner and I had a busted spigot that led to no water pressure, no hot water, and no access to our washing machine. We requested a consultation, were assured we would receive a call on this day at this time... Nothing. We sent a message a few hours after that call was due and simply got Sorry as a reply - no attempt to reschedule or otherwise resolve our issue. The price was hard to beat, so we tried again the following day. The pattern persisted: fake expectation set and unmet, no courtesy communication that he wouldn't be able to follow through. In the end, my partner watched some YouTube videos, went to Lowe's for parts, and fixed the issue himself. It's a good thing too because we might still be getting the ex-boyfriend treatment from this guy otherwise.

0 stars. Very unprofessional. They will take your money and leave you in the middle  of a repair. One repair even left  me with a pool of water in my dining room.  I prematurely gave him a good review (as they repeatedly requested) but I regret  it. You will end up paying more to repair his repairs.

Once again ProTech hits all of the marks. Just had technician Alexis out for a maintenance trip. He showed up on time, was friendly and considerate, was knowledgeable and observant, and went straight to work. ProTech knows how to hire great technicians!

We needed a leak in the wall fixed. Jay was on time and professional. He quoted me $895.00 to repair the leak. I asked him how long it would take him. He said, could take me up to 5 hours I have to dig out cement, find a clean piece of pipe and recement around the pipe.  He finished in 1 1/2 hours. He still charged me $895. I asked him about the charge he told me to call his boss and he would write up what he did and let the boss figure out a fair price. I emailed once and called 3 times was told they would call back. They never did. (I was told covid was going through the shop to give them some time, I did) I was setting this repair up from out of town. It was only by chance I knew he left in 1 1/2. I feel I was taken advantage of because I was not there. BEWARE OF PRICE GOUGING!!!

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.
