Established in 2022.
I have been a plumber since I was 17. Working for some of the largest residential plumbing companies in the U.S. I always had a willingness to learn which made me better at my job.For some reason, I knew I would own my own company one day.I thought about it for years but never took the leap.When Covid shut the world down In 2020 I got stuck in South America during a backpacking trip.Thats when I made the decision to jump. I ordered my books and signed up for testing while still in Peru. When i arrived back home I studied full time passed my exams and finally did it. I am excited to grow my business in the city I was born in, providing the same care and professionalism I did working for the companies that taught me my trade. It won't always be perfect, business never is.I will make mistakes and i will learn from them. But, I'm here to stay, and so is The Drain Daddy of Orlando LLC. I look forward to earning your business

I am a 3rd generation plumber and have been in the trade for 20 years.Ive had the pleasure of working for some of the largest plumbing companies in the country. I really enjoy what I do, it challenges me everyday. I also really value my relationships with you all, my clients.

Perhaps Deadbeat Daddy would be more accurate. My partner and I had a busted spigot that led to no water pressure, no hot water, and no access to our washing machine. We requested a consultation, were assured we would receive a call on this day at this time... Nothing. We sent a message a few hours after that call was due and simply got Sorry as a reply - no attempt to reschedule or otherwise resolve our issue. The price was hard to beat, so we tried again the following day. The pattern persisted: fake expectation set and unmet, no courtesy communication that he wouldn't be able to follow through. In the end, my partner watched some YouTube videos, went to Lowe's for parts, and fixed the issue himself. It's a good thing too because we might still be getting the ex-boyfriend treatment from this guy otherwise.
I needed a water pump changed on my food truck and Drain Daddy did perfect work on this unconventional job! My technician was friendly and very professional, I highly recommend this company.

Had a leaky shower handle with a stripped set screw. Brad quickly responded to my request, was out on time and quickly resolved issue. Was great at showing me what happened and gave me great advice to prevent in the future. Great source of information and amazing price. Highly recommend and will be using him for all my future projects
Great service, responsiveness, etc. He fixed our problems (we had three), showed up on time, did excellent work, was responsive, helpful, and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
Brad from The Drain Daddy was absolutely outstanding! We had an issue with our water heater and Brad responded extremely fast to our initial call. He was able to provide same day service.
Brad was able to repair our water heater same day and get hot water flowing into our home. I would highly recommend The Drain Daddy and will be using The Drain Daddy for any future plumbing needs.

Brad's the best...He used to be with one of the big plumbing companies in Orlando and recently got his license and started his own company.
Highly recommended!
Called Bradley for an estimate for an outdoor shower installation. He was punctual, very professional, and personable. Very reliable. High-quality results and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

The Drain Daddy is everything you look for in a plumber - responsive, fair and solution oriented. I noticed a leak in my wall and Brad was at my door to fix it within a few hours of picking up the phone. He was able to determine the root cause of the leak and provided several solutions I could take to avoid the same thing in the future.
10/10 great business owner. Will definitely be reaching out with any plumbing projects down the road.

We contacted the Drain Daddy for a small water leak and discovered our house had severely degraded copper pipes (common in FL homes built in the 90's). Brad was patient and showed us where our pipes were leaking and had leaked previously. It was only a matter of timing before we suffered a serious failure that would have meant costly repairs and potential major water damage. We chose to use Brad & his team for a full home repipe. His team was punctual, professional, and very experienced. They were in & out in a day & a half. They left minimal wall damage in need of repair. Overall, the experience was very positive & we recommend The Drain Daddy for all of your home or business plumbing needs!

Brad helped us fix with the broken cap to our outdoor septic system. Brad was professional and very helpful. I would certainly use his services again.
I had a dripping toilet and could finally find a day I could call someone!
Well I have a new plumber!
They fit me in and fixed not only the toilet in question but showed me the other one would soon follow.
Fixed promptly without trying to break my bank.

If I can give this zero stars I would. Late to the appointment, horrible service, dishonest pricing. There are better plumbing service out there
Brad is top notch. Very knowledgeable about what he is doing and gets the job done even explained my pieces of equipment to me. He came same day which is very rare and his prices are fair. I have a new plumber on speed dial. Thanks Brad!!!
