I called them about a quick emergency, they came out within minutes, and proceeded to complete the job in a professional and timely manner....... it's good to see our Younger generation still taking an interest in the trade.....Really enjoyed his work ethic!!!!!

In short, these guys are the best in both service and price. I've never been happier with a technician of any kind in my life. I had a blockage in my drainage system and Chris came in to clear it; he arrived on time, with all the required equipment, and got the job done despite my house's plumbing system having seemingly been installed by a toddler on acid. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Hire them! Hire them now!

I just wanted to share with everyone the great experience we had with Plumbing Works LLC. We needed someone for a bathroom renovation and came upon this company which had many good reviews. The pricing was reasonable and Matt and Brent and their crew were very courteous and professional. They coordinated all the work between Plumbing, electrical and floor installation so the entire project was really quite seamless. If you're looking for someone to redo your bathroom or just have a plumbing problem in general I would definitely give these guys a call!

I was assigned this company by American Home Shield. It took a few days to receive service. I had a bathroom faucet that wasn't working properly and a sink that wouldn't drain. Upon hearing on Monday that it would be 2-3 day before service was available, I began looking at options of clearing my own drain. Wednesday, I was still struggling with the sink and called to see when they would be coming. I was originally told Saturday, and then he made arrangements to come Thursday. In the meantime, the drain cleaner finally worked, and my drain cleared. So, one job down-that I completed myself. Thursday, they determined that the line had sediment. They decided I needed a new faucet. So they bought one under the home warranty. It didn't fix the problem. Then it was determined I'd need a few hundred dollars worth of work, as well as another new faucet-none of which was covered by the warranty. They left Thursday, planning to come back Tuesday. Upon going into the bathroom I saw the faucet was improperly installed. I cancelled my appointment with them. I paid a local handyman to fix the faucet and the pipe issue. He did it quickly and reasonably. Then I discovered that they hadn't left the pop up plug drain assembly, so I don't have a working plug for the new faucet, and the old one isn't compatible. When I called to today to ask about it, I was told it didn't come with one, but the ad in Home Depot for this faucet clearly shows that it comes with the pop up plug drain assembly. The plumber was angry with me for a review I'd left with the warranty company, told me he was done with me, and he hung up on me. The drain and plug assembly belong to me, and I'm waiting on their return so that I have a sink that functions properly with a plug. I can't recommend either company: plumbing or warranty. Buyer Beware.

I had a severely plugged kitchen drain. Drano, plunging, etc. didn't help. I went searching the web for plumbers. I've used Burton in the past - they always try to up-sell you. I've used Mr. Rooter for a similar problem and got hit with a $230 charge - including the annoying dispatch fee.
Backlund scheduled me for the next day and Mike showed up right on time. He solved the problem, carefully checked basement pipes to make sure there was no problem. He educated me on the use of Drano and biologics. It took him less than a half hour, and I was happy to pay their $95 one-hour minimum fee. I'll be using Backlund in the future.

We called needing a plumber at 8:00 and they made it out by 9:10 the same day! They called ahead of time with enough notice which doesn't always happen with other companies. Timothy got the job done quick and was very polite. They took off the price of the coupon right away too!

So I have 2-10 home warranty service, which is great by the way.
My downstairs toilet was leaking at the bottom, and needed service.
They made and blew the 1st appt altogether; the 2nd appt was for between 2:00PM and 4:00PM the following day, got a call at 4:20PM from tech saying that he was on way UNLESS I didn't call back, then he wouldn't come over. I called back and went to voicemail full. He didn't show. I called and spoke to (I think) the owner following day, and she sent a very knowledgeable tech out, and he fixed the problem the following day.
Bottom line is 4 stars because the owner of the company cares.
Deduct one star because I took time off from work for nothing, and it seems like they hire degenerates that are not at all customer focused.
Except the last guy, the only guy that showed up. He was great.

They are extremely over priced, do not provide an itemized statement, and are difficult to get honest answers from. I would suggest calling a different company for honesty and fair pricing. They took advantage of my elderly parents and charged them double what it should have been for a routine ball valve replacement....and they told them they got a deal because they are on a contract service agreement.

My kitchen sink was clogged on Christmas Day 2019, and the day after I contacted Mark's Plumbing. The plumber arrived in good time and was very pleasant. However, when he left, after snaking the pipes, the water only trickled and took overnight to drain away. The plumber stated they would deliver a solution to open up the pipes for complete drainage. My daughter was diagnosed with flu, and we were in quarantine. So, I offered for them to leave the bottle on our front porch. We checked every hour, as I was desperate to have a working sink. I called back that day, since the solution was not there. The next day, the same thing - I checked constantly and made repeated calls. On the third day, I spoke with the main plumber, who assured me that he had delivered the solution, but I informed him it was never delivered. He said they were just too busy and would not be able to return for several days. I was billed $215, and the work order stated the sink was mostly draining and a solution treatment was completed. None of this is true. I will pay the amount, because small claims court takes too much time. But, NEVER use Mark's Plumbing.

My wife was referred by a business partner to Griff's Plumbing. The lack of integrity, professionalism and craftsmanship compels me to urge you to look anywhere else! Their time was more important than our home. The owner charged us an exorbitant amount for box store supplies installed hastily. Our text messages and phone calls were ignored constantly, and the owner was disrespectful to my wife. I would give no stars if that was an option. I listened to my wife on the initial consultation. Tell the owner exactly what we wanted and when the wrong parts showed up he told me it's not his fault after weeks of trying to get them to make the situation right I called him up frustrated and got hung up on. After demanding quick resolution we were ghosted! My wife made the mistake of paying in full before it was finished! Note : we agreed to finish the drywall and paint but they took no care in making it minimal.
