I am a licensed insurance adjuster and I know quality service from a contractor and Cactus Plumbing has my 5 star rating. Cactus Service Pros customer service was better than advertised. My shower handle would not turn water off (cartridge stripped)  on a slow draining 2nd story bath tub. Panicking before it overflows, I needed a local plumber fast, so I checked reviews and called them for the first time, They were on their way immediately.  They turned off the water to prevent an ugly mess and diagnosed the problem, and gave me there estimate. I am very satisfied with Cactus Plumbing and relieved  that I found a plumber that I can trust and rely on for my 100 plus year old house.

I've been knowing the owner of the company for a while now, anytime I have any issues with plumbing they are the first person I call. I've never had any issues with them overcharging me or being dishonest about how much work I need for my job.

Super friendly, very professional, quick and responsive. Had a plumbing issue at our house and he got out here next day and fixed it in no time. Will definitely use him again next time we need a plumber.

Our water heater broke on Friday night (of course). We got this recommendation from our HVAC guy, whom we trust. David came quickly, did the job well, had us with hot water again in short order, and charged a reasonable price! We highly recommend Veteran Plumbing Services!

I am the primary caretaker of my 94 year old mother, I recently broke my shoulder and am pretty limited to what I can do.  Our water froze and a pipe burst. The house was flooded. I called every plumber that did emergency work. I explained the situation. Everyone told me that it would be a week or more before they could do anything. I called Claude Drabek and told him the situation.  He told me he would have his guys out the next morning. This is why Drabek & Hill leads the industry in service. Charged my 93 year old mother 1200 to put in a water heater and then moved the washing machine and didnt  put the drain hose back in correctly and it flooded the kitchen .

Cannot recommend this company.  They came out to the house to clear a clogged discharge.  After they left, the line was still clogged and backing up into the house.  I requested they return to fix the issue and they wanted to charge me a second time, full price.  I am currently shopping for another plumber in the area that can clear my clogged discharge line and charge me only once.

Red Plains Plumbing was our answer for an issue that was ongoing in our home for over a year. We have a tankless water heater and it was going in and out of hot water. After multiple plumbers and companies, these guys found out the issue and fixed the problem. On top of that, they were so professional, courteous, listened to our frustrations, and helped get us the best price possible on new equipment that was needed. Darien was so knowledgeable about our issues that others weren't able to explain. They were able to get what we needed in a hurry and he made us a priority, which was an amazing feeling for a family of 6. They even stuck around longer than usual after the job was completed to make sure we had all our questions answered and everything was working properly. Such the best customer service! I would highly, highly recommend Red Plains for all your plumbing needs, 1000%!

Had on a mask, but no feet coverings to waltz up and down my stairs in. Thought the pricing was pretty high for what was actually done. Wouldn't use again or recommend to anybody.

One of the worst companies I have worked with. The owner is rude and the customer service is horrible. Extremely over priced.

Very reasonable and can usually be out the same day if not the next.  Technicians are very knowledgeable and professional.   I highly recommend.

Wasted $185.00 on toilet inside replacements.  Toilets leaked and were in worse shape than before.
Never received an estimate on putting in new toilets.
Replaced them ourselves for $125.00 each

Scott asked if he could use my backyard to dig a trench for my neighbors plumbing. He told me it would just take a day, then would clean up and put the fence back. 10 days later with him periodically coming from 9pm-12am doing little to no progress. He stole a bike from the back and even his coworker told me every time he's worked with Scott something of his gets stolen. On top of that Scott called me a lazy ass for not doing his own job. Be careful, his word is sketchy and he steals.

I called Whitehead Plumbing because our front porch hose had a slow leak. The plumber had to access the pipe through the indoor side of the wall, not the outside. So he cut thru the indoor wall and made a small welding repair to the pipe. Easy job, seemed to be done well. Two days later, there was a small *flood* where the welding repair has failed and two small sprays of water were coming right out of it. The welded area is a different color (more silvery) than the pipe, so it was easy to see that the sprays of water were coming directly out of the welded area. Ok, anybody can make a mistake, right? Nobody reading this review has done everything perfectly in their whole life. I wasn't mad, just needed the problem fixed. I called Whitehead Plumbing expecting to be helped with their faulty weld. A rude lady informed me that since the flooding could be the fault of *our* pipes, we might have to pay a service charge for the visit and pay for the repair. I described how the leaks were spraying straight out of the welded area (I have pics). I asked if the plumber could just come back and verify that it was his weld that was leaking. Again, she said it would be a service fee even to just come look if it was our pipes' fault! We've lived here 20 years, and 2 days after their weld, we have a leak and a small flood *exactly* where they welded, and they deny that it even might be their fault? All she wanted to talk about was money, not my flooding house. They absolutely refused to come back out to even just take a quick look at it without me being forced to agree that I might have to pay a service fee for their visit. I said I'd take them to small claims court if they charged me for just looking at their leak and the lady *laughed* said, Oh, you'll pay! I could hear her boss laughing in the background. She kept saying that I was not listening to her. But I was listening just fine; I simply did could not agree with her that it could be my pipe's fault.Thankfully, the plumber who came out in the first place called us directly and said he'd come take a look at his work and wouldn't charge us just to look. Then he agreed it wasn't right and fixed it for us with no charge. Fixing the leak should have been a simple, easy thing but Whitehead turned it into this huge, huge power struggle. Very unprofession, dishonest, and sad. I hope nobody uses them. Take this as a warning.
