I am a licensed insurance adjuster and I know quality service from a contractor and Cactus Plumbing has my 5 star rating. Cactus Service Pros customer service was better than advertised. My shower handle would not turn water off (cartridge stripped)  on a slow draining 2nd story bath tub. Panicking before it overflows, I needed a local plumber fast, so I checked reviews and called them for the first time, They were on their way immediately.  They turned off the water to prevent an ugly mess and diagnosed the problem, and gave me there estimate. I am very satisfied with Cactus Plumbing and relieved  that I found a plumber that I can trust and rely on for my 100 plus year old house.

Great service.  They arrived when they said they would and had me fixed up in no time at all. I highly recommend Andy's Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

I've been knowing the owner of the company for a while now, anytime I have any issues with plumbing they are the first person I call. I've never had any issues with them overcharging me or being dishonest about how much work I need for my job.

I wish there were 10 stars to rate A Better Choice Plumbing! Gary showed up at our home where we were sure our slab in the kitchen would have to be jackhammered and removed to fix the issue we had going on. But NO, Gary very quickly informed us of what was going on and immediately fixed it. We enjoyed visiting with him for a bit and then he was off to meet his next happy customer. The cost was minimal! Listen you guys twist things around your last e mail to me , you said you were uncomfortable being at my place because I hate women you are insuating that because I live around gay community you were uncomfortable shame on you you contradict your self all the time.i have to pay some one to do the damage you do d to the wall behind the bath room ,even though your wife and I asked you to stop and leave , you started using volgar language because things didn't go your way.have a good thanks giving and be honest with your clients.

Veterans Plumbing is VERY unprofessional. Shannon (the owner's wife) hung up when confronted with pictures of repairs that had been made and when questioned about the quality they provide. She stated that if the owner (Whom is her husband and the one who completed the repairs numerous times because the pex line kept
leaking) was the one who completed
repairs that an excellent job was done. After showing pictures to two other plumbers, I was told we would be fired if we completed
repairs like this. Save your money and go with someone that is more professional and will complete the repairs properly. Home flooded because of the substandard repairs and they will not stand behind their work!

Repipe Specialists of OKC just completed Repiping our home! Day one a crew (IPlumb) arrived shortly after 9am & by 6pm were totally complete - cleaned up to the max & gone. Day two - drywall repair person (John) arrived about 7:15am & was totally completed - cleaned up & reconnected all appliances & was gone by 4pm.

Hoping that our plumbing issues are behind us for years to come with a 25 year warranty. We are very happy customers!

We suspected we had a slab leak based on a very high water bill. After checking online, I decided to give Dave a call.  So glad we did!  Called on a Tuesday afternoon and he was able to come out on a Thursday. He quoted us $250 for the locate, and then suggested it would be $1200-1500  if it was a typical leak. Very professional and kind, and showed up on time.  After using his equipment to diagnose the situation, he was able to locate the problem out in the front yard, and not under the house (great news).  He only charged us $250 for the locate, and then provided us with a local contact (Skylar, also A++) who gave us a great deal on replacing the outside line.  All in all a wonderful, stress-free experience.

These guys need some heavy work on their sales tactics especially when trying to upsell someone who does sales for a living. They tried to upsell us so hard on our hot water heater. Came and looked at it for (maybe) 2 minutes and said it needed replaced (We have a 30 gallon that does actually need replaced). He assessed our situation (3 kids) asked us if we plan on growing our family and quoted us upwards of 2500.00. We ended up getting the same brand he quoted us for, same size he quoted us for professionally installed for 1k cheaper. Look around elsewhere if you don't want to be absolutely robbed.

Very nice & professional company! When the plumber got to my home he was sure not to get anything dirty . And got my Sewer Line taken Care of immediately! It definitely reminds me of The Good Old Days As friendly & well mannered as they were ! Will definitely be using them again

I have been using Drabek & Hill for 22 years. I've even had the owner himself show up to take care of my business. They are always spot on time and very dependable. For sales and service call Drabek & Hill.

Yesterday afternoon Mr. Rooter came.
Actually, it was Graham with Mr. Rooter.
He was right on time and fixed our vanity sinks easily.
He wore shoe covers - red, the dogs loved them.
He cleaned up after himself and was a very nice man.
I will choose Mr. Rooter in the future for any plumbing needs we may have.

We found this company to overcharge, misdiagnose and then bill for services that were refused due to the outrageous fee proposal and incorrect assessment of the problem. We got someone else to do the work for a fraction of the price and it was not what Dalton's Plumbing diagnosed. It has been perfect since the other company did the work. Additionally, we received a late fee bill for work we refused to have them do. This is going to be reported to the BBB if it is not remedied. This was our experience.

Do not recommend this company... overpriced .. $250 to fix simple leak on toilet or $700 to replace.. never will use again .. $49 in the hole for their estimate...

He scheduled the appointment, but never showed up. I called and he gave a new appointment time, but never showed and didn't have the courtesy of calling us. I called the third time and he set up another appointment and, again, never showed and didn't call. I wouldn't waste my time calling this company.
