Jerwyn was on n time, honest, friendly, professional.  I don't give 5 stars to just anyone.  Just a few days ago, another company, the antithesis of what this company stands for, came and basically made up a bunch of bull + $$$$$ for something unnecessary.   Go with Kenneth Asire Plumbing and ask for Jerwyn; he's great.

Water leaked from the kitchen sink pipe and garbage disposal, so I contacted them because the reviews were good.
The reply came very quickly and I was able to schedule an appointment.
I already looked at the estimates once and compared them, but I thought Abraham was meticulous and detailed, so I trusted them and made the decision. didn't disappoint me.
I'm very satisfied and recommend strongly.

We called Tsering after finding him on Yelp and are happy with the work he did for us.   He is on the pricey side, so you may want to call a few different places to see if you can find someone cheaper for your job (hence the removal of one star).  But he does quality work and is very prompt and efficient.

Very pleased with the service that was provided by URV Projects.  They responded quickly, provided a fair quote, arrived on time, and was performed a quality job.  I won't hesitate to use them again.

Vit is the best! We kept hearing water running and didn't know where it was coming from. We called Vit and he was able to locate the leak and repaired it in a matter of hours. He's very honest and his price is reasonable. Very happy with the work he did and will contact him for any future plumbing needs.

Ben installed my hot water heater last summer.  He was very friendly and professional.  He responded right away, on a SUNDAY, and stayed with it until we had a new hot water heater installed and working that afternoon.  He did great work for a very reasonable price.

Yesterday, the hot water heater's t/p valve released for some reason and water flooded into the pan, etc.  I contacted Ben, nearly a year later, and he responded right away.  He came over first thing this morning, checked it all out and installed a new valve, just to be safe.  We have hot water again and my family can rest easy.  

With all of the shady characters out there in the contracting/construction world, I just wanted to share that I think I've found a real, professional tradesman who stands by his work and cares about his clients.

Very professional and timely job.  They replaced my garbage disposal, which was rusted and rotting beneath the sink.  Even helped me shop for the new disposal myself, finding me a discount at a locally owned store in the Mission rather than Home Depot, so that I could save costs.  Highly recommended and would use again.

Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

Andy was prompt, responsive, and his work was perfect.  We had called him to connect a new refrigerator, and ad hoc he helped my understand and then fixed the handle on the upstairs toilet which has never worked properly even after I replaced it.  He is so nice, fast, focused, efficient--we would call him again in a heartbeat, though hoping we will not need to!

Jose Mendez came over to repair some wood on a sliding door.  He arrived at time, and once we showed him the project he made sure to ask if there was anything other projects he could address.  We showed him an outlet that stopped working, and he was able to fix that as well.  He was courteous, professional and did a great job on the sliding door repair.  We have used Handyman Heroes in the past and will continue to do so.

I randomly called Savior Plumbing because I needed to redo the kitchen plumbing, install a new garbage disposal and replace a rusty faucet that was stuck in place. David came out and sawed off the old faucet and replaced the old rusty drain with high quality PVC plumbing that looks amazing and I know will last. Everything is running perfectly. Truly a professional.

A week later, my HOA notified me of water leaking into the unit below. I called Savior Plumbing with no hesitation. Was hoping David would come out but this time it was Adam. He was just as friendly and professional. He identified the problem and replaced a gasket that another plumbing company had replaced several months earlier. It was the wrong part! Adam identified it. Replaced it with the correct part and tested to make sure that we weren't leaking. Having a peace of mind that Adam did the right thing and fixed my issue the right way is invaluable!

We have used LMC for our plumbing needs for over 10 years. They are wonderful - they show up on time, their staff is very well trained, they are great at giving you options and costs. Their clean-up afterwards is excellent, which for many companies can be a weak point. We highly recommend them!

Everything was great.  From scheduling the appointment, to the work being done, the professionalism of the serviceman, the cleanup afterwards and then following up with an additional product purchase which was delivered in person.  All great.

Sonny did the initial inspection to give us an estimate. He responded quickly to our email questions afterwards.
 Gabriel and crew came to do the sewer lateral work on the date specified. They were courteous and efficient, and showed us what they were doing before, during, and after. They dug the hole for the pipe opening, and also cut out the originally cracked portion of the cement so the final cement block looked nice. Because it may rain during the night, they covered up the holes outside the house and next to the sidewalk before the city and EBMUD inspectors came the next day. They coiled up the water hose neatly after use,   cleared all the dirt and took away the debris before they left.
 Sonny called later in the day to ask if the work went well. He sent us the EBMUD compliance certificate and the city permit when they became available. All in all, it was a pleasant experience with Pipe Spy.

Called because wall heater would not turn on at a apartment I manage, pilot light was fine but would not respond to thermostat.  Joey called me back within 30 minutes, told him I tested the thermostat by connecting the wires and got no response from the heater.  Gave Joey the age and make of the wall heater, described the problem and what I've done so far, he walks me through where to find the reset button which is hidden near the top of the heater because he is pretty sure it got tripped on a windy or stormy day as a safety precaution and to call him if this doesn't work.  Saved me the service fee even though it could have been a very easy payday for him.  Other jobs performed in the past were timely and fair.

Quick, easy and painless. Qualities I love in a plumbin company. I called around 5pm because my sewer line had popped open and was porin out everywhere. Boris was at my door by 6:30pm and the problem was resolved by 7:30pm. Very reasonably priced as well! Can't ask for much more. Will be using them again in the future.

Luis was efficient and HONEST. He came prepared with different sized supplies, and fixed a leak after being stood up by another plumber for hours. Great work.

The crawl space and detached garage under my home flooded during the recent round of extreme weather. In addition to spending time manually pumping water out of my garage, my furnace went out due to being submerged in water. Despite being incredibly busy with neighbors having similar issues, Rey responded quickly, got my furnace up and running, and put together a sump pump and drainage plan to mitigate future flooding. As soon as we had a dry day, Rey and his efficient and friendly team installed the sump and drainage. For the first time in weeks, I didn't spend time during/after heavy rains pumping water out of my garage - it was dry as a bone! Rey's pricing was very fair and he and his team have been great to work with. I highly recommend this business.
