I had a new kitchen sink arrive with my kitchen remodel and used Yelp for a quote on plumber services. Of the 4-5 replies, Abraham was one of the first to respond and first available at a good price.  In about an hour he redid the pipes and valves and installed my new faucet! I absolutely LOVE my new sink! Highly recommend Abraham as he is fast and friendly. A++ service!

Everest Plumbing gave me a very fair quote for a sewer lateral replacement.  The work was completed on time, and all follow-ups done. They were very reliable. I didn't meet any of them personally, but Lhakpa responded promptly via email and gave clear instructions. Highly recommended!

Professional, courteous and got the job done!  I found Roman through Yelp and asked for a quote to do couple of things before we move in to our new house. He stayed late into the night to make sure the job was completed. He is sincere and does quality work. Thanks! Would recommend.

I was happy to hear that Vladimir was available to come out the next day to detect a leak as two other companies had told me they were scheduling 6-8 weeks out. He located the leak quickly and gave me a reasonable price to do the repair right then. He doesn't accept credit card payment, but we were about to sort out an electronic payment easily enough. I'd be happy to contact him again, if the need arises.

Ben installed my hot water heater last summer.  He was very friendly and professional.  He responded right away, on a SUNDAY, and stayed with it until we had a new hot water heater installed and working that afternoon.  He did great work for a very reasonable price.

Yesterday, the hot water heater's t/p valve released for some reason and water flooded into the pan, etc.  I contacted Ben, nearly a year later, and he responded right away.  He came over first thing this morning, checked it all out and installed a new valve, just to be safe.  We have hot water again and my family can rest easy.  

With all of the shady characters out there in the contracting/construction world, I just wanted to share that I think I've found a real, professional tradesman who stands by his work and cares about his clients.

Mark came out within 15 mintues of the call. He was very much on time.  Very nice and polite guy.  There was nothing wrong with my garbage disposal.  It took 5 minutes to fix and $95 to do it.

Two things: the person answering the phone was not very helpful. She doesn't quote but she also doesn't help answer any questions. (Note: any service call starts at $95 with the $25 yelp discount).

Second, although the price seems high, I've called others and they are even higher.

Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

Andy is terrific. We had him come look at our almost 15 year old water heater that was making a god awful noise (he fit us in last minute at the end of what I'm sure was a long work day for him). Long story short, the water heather was completely dead and dangerous (leaking and corosive). This was on a Monday or Tuesday. Knowing we needed hot water, Andy switched some things around and was able to come and install our new tankless Navien water heater on Thursday. He and his 2 guys were fantastic. The installation took one day (from about 8 AM -6:30 PM) and was super clean and to code and Andy explained everything to me (and I had lots of questions, lol). We are so grateful that Andy was able to get us back up and running with hot water so quickly and we LOVE our new tankless water heater. We would 100% call Andy when any other plumbing situations come up. Great guy and great crew!!

Stephen hung and painted 2 doors. He did great work and we were very comfortable having him in our home while we were working and napping. Explained thoroughly what he was doing. He is very professional and a great communicator.

I randomly called Savior Plumbing because I needed to redo the kitchen plumbing, install a new garbage disposal and replace a rusty faucet that was stuck in place. David came out and sawed off the old faucet and replaced the old rusty drain with high quality PVC plumbing that looks amazing and I know will last. Everything is running perfectly. Truly a professional.

A week later, my HOA notified me of water leaking into the unit below. I called Savior Plumbing with no hesitation. Was hoping David would come out but this time it was Adam. He was just as friendly and professional. He identified the problem and replaced a gasket that another plumbing company had replaced several months earlier. It was the wrong part! Adam identified it. Replaced it with the correct part and tested to make sure that we weren't leaking. Having a peace of mind that Adam did the right thing and fixed my issue the right way is invaluable!

First time using Lunt Marymor the other day and they were great....could not be happier.  They answered the phone promptly and someone came over by the afternoon.  Sean (who had worked on our place in the past with another company) asked a lot of questions beforehand to try and pre-diagnose the issue beforehand, which was smart and worked because the part he brought was the part that needed to be replaced, so he saved me the time of having to have him come back had he not pre-diagnosed the issue ahead of time.  He was prompt, thorough, efficient and fixed the issue. They will be my go from now on.  Highly recommend.

My water heater was not working. Cold showers, etc. I was told it would be a free estimate. The guy who comes out to look at it said I need a new heater. I asked him if it was a problem with the wire, since PG&E told me it could be the problem. PG&E came out three times to try to light the pilot light with no success.
The guy from A. Nahman Plumbing said I could get the wires fixed for $150 but it wouldn't work and I would just be fixing it over and over for $150 each time. I did not like the way he yelled at me when I said it was supposed to be a free estimate. Then he called the office and found out it was supposed to be free. When I asked for a breakdown on pricing he got emotional again and impatient when I asked for the exact price minus the $50 coupon. He said it would cost $2485 which is outrageous to me. I am fortunate I have a friend who told me it was a ripoff and also read the reviews here.

We cannot speak highly enough of Sonny and Alex! This is the third time we've had Pipe Spy out (inspection, lateral reroute and test, lateral replacement and test), and each time is better than the next. Sonny has been great when it comes to communication about the work and providing us with a breakdown of what is needed. Per HOA compliance, EBMUD required documentation before scheduling the newest work and Alex worked with us to get everything compiled and sent in within a matter of hours. Being a part of a tiny HOA, we were nervous about sending all the documentation in ourselves, but with his help, we're confident everything has been completed as expected. Huge thanks to the entire Pipe Spy team!!

i had both my water heater and furnace go out on the same night
no hot water and no heated air. It was friggin' cold too.  I called numerous  5 star businesses rated here on Yelp
and all were to busy to listen to my problem and told me the earliest appointments were a week away and that the problems were separate
issues.
Then I called Joey at Honrath He listened to my problem and  he knew
exactly what needed to be done, guided me through all the steps necessary to get both the water heater working and the furnace working via the phone. That is just about the best service one can get.
Joey knows his stuff, and I will be calling his business for any future plumbing or HVAC needs i may incur.

Rey came and I was so impressed. Fixed problem. Was friendly and courteous. One month later, the shower he fixed would. Ot turn off. Called and couldnt get through. Tested and learned he was outta town. Asked for advice. Nothing. Found someone to fix it. Still haven't heard from Rey-out about $800 just with his work.
