I contacted Jazz Heating for a diagnosis / repair on an intermittently short cycling furnace.

Sammy, the technician that came for my service call, was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He explained in detail the tests he did with the furnace and how he discovered that the control board is the problem. Sammy took the initiative to find out the age of the furnace and was able to get the manufacturer to provide a free replacement board since the furnace is still under warranty. I want to point out the Jazz did not install the furnace for us. After many trips, the original installer was not able to find the problem. We even called a second heating & air conditioning place and they could not solve the problem after 3 trips. They kept telling us that there was an air flow problem. We replaced the filter per their suggestion without fixing the problem. And then they told us that we have to change all the inlet duct work although the furnace had been working for all that time since it had been installed. After hearing what Sammy did, like checking the temperature differentials, etc., I am very impressed with his thoroughness and systematic approach in solving a difficult problem.
Sammy provided us a cost to repair the board and came back to repair the furnace soon as the part came in. After the repair, he stayed and ran the furnace for a while to make sure that it is functioning properly. Thank you Sammy for all the work you did!

Our very old water heater went out on Fourth of July weekend with my parents visiting. Yaro graciously came over and worked with us to resolve the issue despite it being a holiday weekend. Ultimately, he replaced our old system with a new heat pump water heater which we love. Yaro is very professional, trustworthy, and efficient. I really can't say enough about how great it was working with him. The electrician who came out to help with the job was also excellent and spoke very highly of his experiences with Yaro.

Tragedy struck one evening when the A/C went out on a very hot and smoky night. I did some basic diagnostics, but couldn't figure out how to get it back on...which meant a night of open windows, smoke, and regret. I call Jazz the next day, early morning, and they were able to get someone out the day of, which I was incredibly grateful for as I pretended my air purifier was my A/C. Steve Aguilar was amazing, showing up early in the projected timeslot and taking all the necessary precautions, wearing a mask and booties, and just overall being very helpful. He was able to figure out my problem, and even went above and beyond to make sure that I was taking the best care of the A/C possible going forward. I would definitely want to work with him again in the future, and can't recommend Jazz enough.

Great experience with Vince.  He knows his trade very well!  Took care of my leaking spout by changing a caked in crusted cartridge from 10+ years of hard water!  Very friendly and knowledgeable!  Definitely will do business with VIP Plumbing again if needed!  I will also recommend them!  Thanks!
