Great service where they fixed the problem while I continued to go about my business at home. Jorge and another plumber came out this afternoon to help us with a clogged shower drain. They were able to quickly figure out the connections between the sink, shower, and kitchen pipes. It ended up that debris in the sink and shower led to the clog, so they rooted both (without asking me, which I love). Within about 30 mins, the drain was fully functioning again. Jorge was very polite and a pleasure to work with. I like their 30 day guarantee. Thank you!

My condo had a small leak so I scheduled the work with a plumbing company. The plumbing company I scheduled the work with ended up cancelling on me last minute so I ended up calling Avalon Services. Excellent service from Alex Gozalez from Bayshore Plummers. Our tankless water heater stopped working after 10 years of service on the weekend. Alex came to see if they can service the unit. He is a professional and pleasure to work with. He followed up on each question we had and rushed a new unit to us. Installation was smooth. Getting such a good service is not something I take for granted.
