After purchasing a home that had radiant heated floors in the master bath that was conveniently placed on the sales ad but not working correctly when we closed escrow and moved in.

I called 100 companies and many wouldn't touch the project due to the unknowns in our system.

I lucked out and contacted Innovative Radiant Heating and the representative assured me they would get our system back up and running.

I set an appointment for today and within 1 hour of arrival
my system's panel had been rewired and our bath floors were heating!!!

I bought a '41 cottage with sweet original millwork. Unfortunately a previous owner had done a '90s bath remodel. ugh. Ted came in and restored it to my detailed specifications, giving me design input along the way. To my surprise he personally knows carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile setting (tiniest grout lines). And he completed the work with minimal disruption to our lives (it's our only bathroom!!) Yes I recommend him.

Paul did a great job to mount the blinds. He was very quick and though he could come in the promised time, he kept us updated on the changes in the scheduled time.
I've recommended him to couple of my friends as well.

Keshab is very professional in helping to install and repair a number of appliances in kitchen and bathroom. He recently did excellent work to replace our kitchen and bathroom sink P-traps, caulk around bathroom and kitchen sinks and install new transformers for halogen light bulbs. He is courteous, prompt, careful, competent, trustworthy. I would definitely call him for future projects without hesitation.

Eugene was great! He is incredibly responsive and came the same day I contacted him. He helped assemble a complex day bed, desk and table. He also tightened the hinges on my door. He is very professional and quick!

Our water heater broken down, I called Joe the night before and he come with his team next day in the morning at 8am, these guys are amazing and fast only took one hour to installed and replaced the new water heater. They do good quality work, very honest and reasonable, I would definitely use their service again and will recommend to others!

I'm very picky about house cleaning and Elim and Alexandra did an amazing job. I have a plastic tub that is impossible to get white, even with hours of scrubbing, but Elim was able to get it to a gleaming white. It was miraculous. The communication before was easy and smooth, and they were punctual. I will definitely ask them back for my next deep clean.

Jaime was very quick to respond to repair a portion of our ceiling where we had a water leak.  He repaired the sheetrock, taped it, painted it to match and cleaned up after himself.  He knew exactly what to do and he was very fair in his pricing.  I highly recommend him and will use him in my rentals as well.

Berkeley Home repair is AWESOME! I hired them to put together a gazebo I got from Costco. These guys have certainly mastered the hack!!! What takes a normal team of weekend warrior hacks a 12-hour day took these three less than 6. They showed up ahead of schedule and were gone by lunch! I'm so glad I have someone to rely upon in Damon and his crew to tackle those other projects around the house!
