Mauricio was the tech that came out. These guys were on time, courteous, and reasonably priced (I first thought the price was high when i got the quote but my buddy that owns an HVAC said it was reasonable and then after he heard the time they took to do all the work, he felt the price was actually good because these guys are super thorough). I have a buddy that owns an HVAC company that I was able to discuss the work being done, and show him the readings just to ensure everything seemed on the up and up and he confirmed everything they wanted to do is definitely needed based on the readings and maintenance schedule.

Mauricio took the time to show me pictures, shared the readings with me, explained everything he was doing and really went that extra mile to ensure everything was great and working well. I can honestly say that when the AC kicks n now, i can actually feel the difference. The temps are dropping faster than usual so it has much less of a load on the system.

I will absolutely use these guys for our maintenance as well as refer them to everything I know. Great Company!

One thing that amazed me, the capacitor that commonly goes out and leaves you with no AC in the hot part of summer that most places don't replace unless it is bad, they replace with the maintenance just to ensure you don't run into issues since its a common issue.

I couldn't figure out how to remove the filter on my furnace to replace it. So I spoke to Joey over the phone and he helped me out. I just want to say thanks. Now it's working great. I really appreciate that.

After reviewing the recommendations found on Yelp, we contacted  Jazz for an air conditioning problem. The dispatcher, Pat was very helpful and we received prompt and professional service. Our technician was Justin S. who also was very knowledge and responsive. He was able to fix the problem and we valued his professional response and knowledge. We highly recommend Jazz.

You know the kind of people you trust from the moment you see them?  That's these guys.  Used them when my furnace started intermittently blowing cold air.  They checked out the heater, really tried to troubleshoot the issue, explained why they thought the furnace wasn't really the problem, and made a quick fix on the thermostat that did the trick.  Handled everything in a very honest, straightforward manner, and didn't try to push anything on me.  Couldn't ask for more.

I highly recommend this plumbing company to all my neighbors.  Mike came out on a Friday late afternoon before a long weekend when my daughter put a LOT of toilet paper down the toilet.  He quickly fixed the problem, charged a reasonable price and was on his way.  I was so grateful that he was able to come out so we weren't stuck with a plugged up toilet for a whole weekend.  On top of excellent service, he sent a thank you note!  I should have sent him one!

Out next experience with him and his crew was equally as easy and satisfying.

I have nothing but good things to say about Ron at Maintech. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and his prices are very reasonable.

Richard was great. Showed up on time following COVID protocol with mask and social distancing. Diagnosed and fixed my lighting issues. I would request him in the future.

Our furnace stopped working and we called Kruse (on the recommendation of another vendor!).  The technician advised that the furnace was too old to be repaired and the faulty part was no longer manufactured.  He advised replacing the furnace.  I was charged $184 for this visit/advice.

There are two problems with this situation:
1.  I called another vendor to get a second opinion and that vendor not only was able to source the part, but was able to fix the furnace and it is now functioning perfectly.  The cost to me was $200 total.  
2.  The quote which Kruse provided to replace the furnace was almost $5000 for the one furnace.  When I looked up the materials online, it was less than $1000.  This means that Kruse was quoting $4000 for labor.

I will not recommend this company due to the poor service, incorrect information, inflated bid, waste of my $184, and general incompetence.

My experience with jazz was nothing short of amazing! Like many of you (I'd guess) I had heard plenty of horror stories and with 3 days before a heatwave would hit I figured my ask would be laughable but had to give it a shot. Using Yelp I contacted jazz asking if they could get the entire process done in 3 days. To my shock, they said yes and sent someone out to do a site visit that same day. By the evening we had agreed on pricing and equipment and by the following morning I had the install team of 3 at my house by 8:30am and by 3pm or so they were done. Kind, professional, worked efficiently and the quality of their work is so clearly evident from the care they took within the space, the position and wrapping of water and electrical lines, etc. all around awesome job!
