Our shower drain clogged so I contacted Albert Nahman on Wednesday and soonest they we're able to book me was Friday morning. Confirmed an appointment window between 10-12. I moved all my meetings to make sure I was available during this window.

Friday morning 10am comes, I haven't heard from anyway re: ETA. 11, still nothing. 11:30 I call and they say technician still will be there during the window. 12, nothing so I can, they say that the technician is having an issue at another site, but can come to my house between 12-2. So I move my meetings again to free up this window. 12:30 call from someone saying technician had family emergency, can't come today.

Just find another company and save yourself the multiple headaches I suffered from dealing with this incredibly unprofessional service.

Excellent service each time I've called them. I will continue to call them first if I need any plumbing or heating services. Highly recommenddd.

Rey is fantastic. When we needed urgent service he responded promptly, efficiently and did superb work for a price that made other estimates seem absurd. Last Friday I was in a panic. Middle of summer. Hot and AC goes out. I call everyone and their Mom and no one could get out till Monday. I live in a two story house. Not happening. I call surpreme and they were out within hours. Got us up and functional until they came Monday and fully fixed it. I am so grateful. Not only were they super responsive and quick. They also took their time explaining what was wrong so we really understood. Thank you

Mike is awesome. i called on Monday with a clogged kitchen sink. He couldn't make it Monday but said he could the next day, Tuesday, between 12 and 2. He showed up at 12 and it took only 10 minutes for him to clear my drain. He also pointed out a potential problem if I was not careful in the future with the drain.
I tried and tried to clear it myself, but obviously did not know what i was doing.
Mike discounted his fee, which I appreciated.
I strongly recommend using him and plan to call him if I need any plumbing help.

Ron is awesome!  He's responsive, reliable, really nice, and gets the job done. He fixed some plumbing needs at my parent's house, and did a great job.  And his prices are reasonable.  I would definitely recommend Ron!

TJ at pacific coast services saved my house this past weekend. Our septic overflowed and basement flooded on New Year's Eve. I found PCH on Google. TJ came within an hour and spent 12-14 hours a day Saturday, Sunday, and Monday and did some crazy things to stop & redirect the overflow. He and his colleagues Juan and Ernesto made multiple Home Depot runs, built two 100+ yard pvc pipes to carry water out of the property to safe runoff areas, Jerry rigged a wild sump Pump system to pump water faster than it was flowing in, identified and documented the issues so I could resolve them later, and more.

All while being a great dude ... TJ showed up early and stayed late, was very patient & communicative with a home owner (me) who wanted to be involved in all the details and decision making...

Could not recommend or appreciate anyone more highly.
