Above and beyond!  I have been trying to fix some leaking issues under my sink.  Come to find out, these were issues above my level of expertise.

Fast response when I asked for a quote, literally in minutes.  I had Kenneth out here that same day for an estimate.  He went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that he addressed all issues that needed to be addressed.  During the initial estimate, Kenneth explained everything to me and my wife.  He pointed out the issues I knew were there and showed me other issues that could arise.  He answered all questions in a manner in which we could understand.  

The work he did was on point.  He showed me all that he did and allowed me to see that everything functioned properly.

Had a slab leak, cold water side, into a bedroom.. No Fun! Hired Plumber Kings for the Job because they were highly recommended by a contractor.. They did an excellent job! Only two small cuts into drywall to re-plumb and cleaned up mess entirely.. Not to mention they came under recent bids by a thousand dollars... Major league with this team.. They pulled permits on my Job.. City Inspector was impressed and wanted their name.

Elizabeth at the office was so kind and helpful. She really tried to work with me to get a plumber to my house as soon as possible. She was great at texting me cancellations and was also very kind. The plumber arrived right on time and fixed our problem quickly for a fair price.

The best from the beginning through the end.  Franklin is definitely an expert in what he is doing, and even the people that he brought in are also quality and easy to communicate.  He helped us with the septic issued and now helping my friend house with leaked internally and I am Strongly Recommend him and his crews. He is super easy to reach out to even after the job.

They came. They fixed my bathroom drain issue in about 30 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves and it was under $100.  Eazy Peazy!

I wrote a review earlier, but...long story (my Yelp account got screwed up somehow) - so one more time, just in case. This company was the 3rd one I called (all from Yelp), because my sewer line was backing up into my house and was starting to flood my bedroom. They were the only ones that could come right away - which they did - wasn't just lip service. The girl on the phone gave me a time frame and Michael, the plumber, showed up earlier than expected. Our problem was diagnosed fairly quickly, and in about an hour, the problem was resolved. I didn't think the price was unreasonable, all I know is that I was in a bad situation that wasn't going to get fixed without a professional, which Michael the plumber certainly was. He was professional, friendly and good-natured, and took care of the problem, without wasting time, and we appreciate that.
