Best Sump Pump Repair in Newark NJ

I called Mike of thesewerguyinc.com aka L & C Sewers and Drains late in the morning a couple of days ago. I had already hired two different plumbers who had tried and failed to clear a sewage line from a kitchen sink, and dealt with two other plumbers who strung me along and then dropped me before ever showing up so I was getting pretty stressed out.  Mike and I talked briefly about the problem and he told me he'd get someone over there in the early afternoon, and that he felt confident that his guy Giovanni would succeed where others had failed.  Because of some challenges his guy had at the first job, he ended up coming later than expected, but there was pretty good communication, so it wasn't such a big deal. Mike ended up coming with the other guy Giovanni and with an arsenal of plumbing snakes, cameras, and other tools to get the job done. After a couple of unsuccessful first attempts to clear the line, he told me that he was the best person for the job because he was committed to figuring out a solution, and that he wouldn't give up until he succeeded. After four false starts with other plumbers, I loved hearing that!  He suggested several possible last resort measures he could take but ended up going with something much less costly and that didn't require opening any walls. He charged me a reasonable fee, was very pleasant to deal with, and cleaned up well before he left. I recommend this business 100%. I feel so glad to have found them.

I did a review of MS plumbing on 8-30-23. It was a five star review. The price for installing a new 4 piece kitchen faucet was a very good price. The work was done professionally and very neatly. I will be calling MS Plumbing for future jobs.

Did a great job quickly and accurately determining the source of bathroom leak (improperly installed tub spout). Had the parts on hand to install new spout and fix problem. Fair price and very clean and respectful plumbers. Julien and Benjamin explained process step by step and we're careful to wear booties to keep my carpet clean. I will use them again and recommend them.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give Montclair Plumbing and Heating, they are that good! We had a bathroom sink drain leaking from the pipe in the wall and needed someone who could come sooner than later. Being Christmas week, we were doubtful that we could be able to find someone. Nick from Montclair Plumbing and Heating responded the same day of our inquiry. Even though he was overbooked with jobs, he came that evening to access what our needs were. It would either be a difficult job or a very difficult job, as I had expected. Thinking it would be weeks before he would find the time to do the work, Nick was able to squeeze us in right after Christmas. The pipe that was in the wall was basically disintegrated and had to be replaced. Nick cut open the wall, but only as much as he needed to in order to gain access to the pipe. Not nearly as much as I thought he would need to remove. After cutting the majority of the pipe, he snaked the remaining piece before replacing with PVC, a nice added touch. He put everything back together and the sink now works better than it ever did, as the drain is not only leak free, but is also now clog free all the way to the main. Nick left the work area spotless; so much so that you can't tell he was even there. We already have other work scheduled for Nick and his crew to do, including replacing the bathroom tub and shower.

Brian and Adam ...so the story starts with me calling them and Brian gave me a price and they were on time and they did job while they were doing the job Adam told me a different price so I called Brian that you told me a different price then we negotiated and agreed on the price I gave the money to Adam (while he was complaining to Brian that he got payed less) I asked them if they can do 2 more things and Adam told me that yes he can but told me to call Brian it's been a week trying to call Brian and Adam Brian is the biggest liar  he is been giving me run around that he is in traffic he is in company meeting lying lying and lying not reliable arlo specially Brian stay away from Brian Adam is a good person but he dosent have a phone ( in beginning Brian told me Adam is his partner ) now he is saying Adam is the main owner like i I said if this review can help someone I did my job

From start to finish, I had a really great experience with M&P. I prefer to use a local company, these guys are a mom and pop operation with a good crew. The prices were reasonable, the work is quality. My tech had a pretty good season of humor too, always nice to feel comfortable with someone working in your house. I will definitely use them again. Skilled professional with great communication and responsiveness. Actually did more work than necessary, replacing old parts to make sure the job was done right without any extra charge. You can see he cares a lot and takes pride in his work! EXCELLENT!!!!!!

Wife was home alone did not shop around and we got ripped off by these people. $240 to remove a clog in laundry pipes. 15 min work. Then I called to complain they tell me we have high overhead. Avoid this shameless company.

I got a call from company owner and after lengthy he refused to give me partial refund, suggesting that its extortion. I flagged his review as self service that is against Yelp protocol of reviews by customers only.

Button line is that the service they provided cost me $100 including tip last year from a licensed plumber.  If you  don't want to overpay avoid this company.

I have used several contractors in the past for home renovations but none of them have been as proficient as Rogelio. This round of work included ceiling and floor molding, setting up a bathroom exhaust, fireplace work, paint and sparkle work. Across-the-board everything was done excellent. The reason (in the past) I continued to use different contractors is because perhaps my expectations were too high and I was unsatisfied but in this case my expectations were met. I almost forgot to mention that his prices were also cheaper than all of the competitors I brought in. He exceeded my expectations at a fair cost. Try him, I doubt you will be disappointed.

Responsive and easy scheduling. I was able to get a quote right away and pricing was more than fair compared to many other comparing businesses. The job was done quick, well and our toilet and bathroom was left in a clean condition. Thank you!

I've been searching for a plumber for at least a month to help tie up some loose ends that a previous contractor wasn't able to complete. The plumber who was originally supposed to do the job tried to reschedule last minute and left me in the lurch as I'd already rearranged my schedule to have my plumbing done a specific day. Fortunately I found Frank who gave me a reasonable estimate within a day and who was able to accommodate my schedule and requirements.

Frank showed up on time, fully prepared, and got straight to work. While I'm quite sure some difficulties with the job popped up, he quietly handled them to make sure that ultimately, the job got done and done well. He cleaned up, did a neat plumbing job and left my apartment in fully working order.

Frank is honest, responsive, flexible, and accommodating. After reviewing at least 3-4 plumbers and having the last one bail on me, Frank came in at the ready. It's time consuming and difficult finding a fairly priced, direct, and honest contractor in general, so I'm very grateful that I was able to find Frank. A fantastic and kind person, who showed up for a house call within 15 minutes of initiating a call, on a cold & rainy Sunday evening. The work was thorough, & he walked us through the plumbing issue that was causing the leak in the kitchen sink; fixed it and gave us tips on how to better monitor our plumbing going forward. Also followed up on his work to confirm things were functioning as intended a few days later. A comforting experience from beginning to end.

Geraldine's work was amazing, from start to finish! He put up frames, pictures, a coat rack, and a mirror for me and he was very precise and efficient. He made sure to clean the debris from the drill he used and he was kind and wore a mask. I'll definitely be calling him for any home maintenance issues that come up.

Our sewer was backing up and flooded our basement last night. Thankfully Premium picked up and Adonis reached us within 30 minutes even though it was 1 AM. He was able to locate our sewer under all the water which we didn't even know where it was since we just moved in a few months ago. He was able to clear the sewer quickly and even helped us clean up. He also identified that our sewer was growing roots inside and a lot of debris which needs a proper cleaning to avoid damage in the future. We scheduled a water jet for next week. They also provided a 30 day guarantee on their receipt. Our family has found a new great plumber!!! Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Sunday, I spent most of the day trying to fix a clog that causing the water to back from my toilet and shower in my basement. Around 7:30pm, I decided to call it quit and let pros handle it. I went through Yelp and found these guys. They were at my house in less than an hour. They were very friendly and explained to me every steps of the process to fix my problem. They ended up having to cut the cap going to the sewer line because it was seized, and had to snake the line for about 50 feet. These guys are life savers, with a 11 months old infant and a 2 years old toddler, I needed that clog to be fixed like yesterday. My only regret is not calling them earlier. Thank you guys again!!!

This is it!  Stop the search!  Stafford was highly recommended by several families on Cranford Facebook and we decided to call him since we wanted a radiator put in our family room and additional heat in our kitchen.  It was a great choice.  

Excellent communication throughout the process.  We were provided with different ideas and solutions.  No pressure and no upselling.  Stafford works with an excellent carpenter who provided the extra work of carving out the space for the recesses radiator.  The carpenter was so good we hired him for another bigger job in our house.  

The price was very reasonable and affordable.  Stafford completed the job very meticulously with no disruption to our home.   The entire team was polite, friendly, and excellent at their job.  We now have a guy who does plumbing and heating.  It's no secret why Cranford Facebook had highly recommended.

Stay away from this company-very shady... over billing and just incompetent.  My payments were posted to someone else's account and was pressured to pay by credit card which I never do so i  paid twice for payments they already had received. Took 2 weeks for them to find their mistake.
