Best Electric Furnace Repair in Newark NJ

They're great. Joe was across the street at a new house (Cliffside), I thought he was the general contractor... I asked if he could recommend a good plumber. He said, um, me? A few minutes later, he came over and fixed the problem: fast, nice. I will definitely make referrals and recommendations. Good people.

I have been having issues with my ac for the past few years had about 7 other ac companies both large and small try to come out and fix it. They either attempted a repair and took my money and fixed nothing or wanted to replace entire systems. Nobody seemed to be honest, reliable and dependable at all....that is until I came across comfort duty. Andrei from comfort duty was extremely knowledgeable, honest, punctual and reliable. He provided a solution to my problems and got both of my zones functioning again. His price was extremely fair for the amount of work that was done. Replaced 2 condensers, 1 coil and re-did ductwork on both upstairs and first floor zones. Him and his crew completed the repairs in one full day, took away all old equipment and cleaned up all pieces of paper, cardboard and plastic that the new equipment came in. If your in need heating/ ac repair or replacement I would highly recommend comfort duty. I couldn't be more satisfied.

My tenant's central air wasn't cooling properly. Searched for companies that would provide free estimates. Airheem quickly responded and after asking a few questions, gave me a reasonable estimate. He came out the same day! He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He also took the time to explain everything. He got the HVAC back up and running quickly. Also provided great customer service, very professional and polite.

I STRONGLY recommend Peace of Mind Plumbing & Heating for the following reasons:

1st---They returned my telephone call within an hour. A very good sign.
2nd---Their technicians promptly arrived at our home. The estimated range of time was 12 noon to 3 PM. The Peace of Mind vehicle pulled in front of our home at 12:09 PM. A very good start.
3rd---Jordan and Rich did an excellent job of repairing a leak in an outside faucet and replacing the defective fixture / cut-off valve with a much better system. They completed the job in less than 90 minutes at a fair price. Jordan and Rich answered all my questions in a pleasant and professional manner.

Michael came to our rescue!! Ordered a dryer from Sears and turns out we did not have a safety valve to turn off the gas to connect the dryer, Michael came over within the hour and installed a safety valve. when sears informed us they could not make it back to install the dryer until the end of the week, Michael did it for us on the spot!! Such a life saver as we have a 10 week old and mounds of baby clothes in need of washing! Hands down, would recommend this company and will be using them for our future plumbing needs!

The receptionist, who claimed to be an owner, was extremely rude for no reason at all.  Do businesses not realize they have everything to lose by being nasty to the public when they call?   I feel bad for people like this, being this age and not knowing or caring about manners.  This is exactly why you lost the opportunity to work for us.

You give them a call, they give you the prices, you sign a CC authorization form and then the technician shows up and fixes the mess. It's in & out, nobody gets hurt. Prices are upfront and technicians are pretty great.

We had a disappointing experience.  The plumber was very friendly, but did not totally fix our issues on first visit.  When called for a second visit, he finished the repairs and didn't think we would be charged.   A week later a bill arrived.  When we called office staff to challenge the bill... we were laughed at.   Communication should have been better at time of service, as well as over the phone.   We understand the reasons for the billing, but felt taken advantage of and not valued as customers.

Nobody wants to come home after a long day to a backed-up, slow moving toilet. After a quick Yelp search, I got in touch with Subhi and within 20 minutes he was at my house taking care of the issue.

     I surely will store his number for all my plumbing needs going forward.

I called Eco Air Flow because they had such good ratings. I was looking from CA for a A/C person for my mom who lives in New Jersey. Adam answered and he immediately tried to help and fit us in right away. I was very happy about how quick he was able to schedule us. As his 5 star rating shows, he does not disappoint. He was able to help my mom at her home in Paterson. He was timely, efficient, and so courteous and got the job done. He will definitely will go in our list of preferred professionals. Thank you very much Adam.

Called this company for an emergency (heat stopped working). They came in 10 mins and was very professional. Did a great job and will definitely use them again. 5/5 stars

I called infinite comfort on Labor Day weekend on a day we were having a big bbq. I woke up to small flood in our basement from the ac. They called me back right away. Was at home within 30 min. Fabio was my technician. He went above and beyond. Fixed our problem quickly and even cleaned up the water and mopped the floor. I would highly recommend them. I signed up for their service agreement.

--Update--
The company offered to return and complete the inspection at no additional charge
or accept our suggestion and issue a refund for the charges. We requested the refund to our CC which processed a few days later.  
For the refund I added one star to this review, however I am still unhappy for the full hour we spent, the aggravation, and that we went through a pandemic risk (in case the technician had covid, even though he wore a mask and shoe covers) for nothing.
We completed the inspection with another provider and fixed the problem.

They told us they will inspect our HVAC on the roof for $59. And they stated that after the inspection  they were to tell us what is wrong, and if we agree on their suggested fix, they will deduct that amount from the repair total. We agreed.

After the technician got on our roof they said to my partner that we must pay this fee for dispatching and that the real inspection fee is $120.

We refused. Called the company and asked to speak with the owner or a manager, only to be told that NOONE was available.

No inspection was performed.
Still, we were required to pay $59.
Very nice way to create new customers.

Super Plumbing has been our reliable source for plumbing repairs I would believe for nearly 4 years.
Whenever there is a reason with a need for plumbing assistance we call Super. The entire Super team is great. The team member who answers the phone is courteous, professional and asks when we would like to make an appointment which leaves one with a secure feeling that plumbing assistance is available 24 hours per day. The technicians couldn't be better. Professional and cordial arriving in an identifying name shirt and right on time. They give a reasonable quote and they work quickly while being completely reliable with their work. At times, while working, they may find something additional and they discuss the possible extra work  carefully and with a reasonable price. I know that some people think this may mean they are deliberately trying to make more money which simply isn't true by our experience. Our most recent repairs were completed by their great technicians Willy, Cesar and another technician who was great and I cannot recall his name at present. We always call Super without any regrets at all.

We called these folks after another company's phone service person was super rude to us. These guys were very polite and professional from the start.

Kenny in particular was great! He was friendly and knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to get our furnace replaced in a single day. Our blower motor was shot and he walked us through the options and prices of replacing it versus replacing the furnace (which was 20+ years old). It was clear he was genuine and trustworthy. I even left him at my house alone while I ran an errand.

When we have to replace our water heater we'll call these guys again!

Very unprofessional service.  I paid $225 for an electricity check and report at our Manhattan apartment to assess the capacity for a ductless A/C installation.  The electrician's report was never provided despite multiple requests over a period of weeks.
