Was happy to find this plumbing Company on yelp received an immediate reply set up appointment within a day and my plumbing work was done quickly, very courteous and explained all my options. Would highly recommend

I have used him twice in the last month after finding him on yelp. Once was to replace a (very old) leaking pipe under the sink and once was to install a new water heater. He was very pleasant to work with. He made himself readily available and was always quick to reply. He fixed both issues in a VERY timely manner and I didn't have to supply anything. He had everything he needed. I would definitely recommend him.

I've had Michael work on several of my buildings. The scope of the work has ranged from large boilers, sewer site lines, lift stations and gas leaks.

I have been satisfied every time I've used Austin Plumbing and Heating. They have always completed work on time and within budget. The work they have done has always been up to code and passed inspection. I highly recommend them!

I contacted Racso for quote to install a new mini-split unit in a space where one did not already exist. The team was responsive and able to come out next day and take measurements and assess the feasibility of install. Electrical needed to be run (be a separate contractor) and Racso facilitated the electrical work. The installation occurred on time and as promised. Overall very happy with the unit and the installation.

Did not speak English and did not know how to do the job.  I had to show them after 30 wasted minutes.  Vastly overcharged for a simple job .  Would not recommend.

Super accommodating to my families schedule and was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. Osvaldo and infinite we're awesome. Definitely recommend!

Here is what's important to me: plumber is available, quotes reasonable price, shows up on time, communicates well, and does a good job.

Michael Donohue checks off all of the boxes.  He was able to give me an accurate quote based on pictures I sent him, was able to give me an appointment just a day later, came on time, did the job neatly, tested *everything* to make sure there were no leaks or any other problems, and charged the quoted amount.

I own a treats / dessert business in Springfield.  Needless to say when your plumbing goes, your in trouble.  I called this company and the service I received was amazing. They first of all treated me like we were important, not just another customer.
Then the owner was out in less than 2 hours, had everything he needed to fix my problem and my business was back up and running.  He was so nice and I don't think he understands how much revenue he saved me by allowing me to get back open.  His name was Stan, thanks In Line Plumbing. Decent service for certain things, but every time they work on a toilet, there's some kind of problem. Last time they replaced the handle on a Toto and it was wobbly. Today they changed a small rubber gasket on the bottom of the tank. It took five minutes. The part was worth about 50 cents. They wanted $215!!! I could have replaced the whole toilet for that. Too pricey. They have flat rates instead of t&m. Bad business model.

We had the pleasure of a slab leak in our dining room.  Our first call was to Lori-Ann at Safehaven who sent Tom and Lorenzo over to our house in a matter of hours.  They quickly diagnosed the problem area and gave us a fair estimate.

We called back, made an appointment and had the repair done on schedule and within the estimate.

I'm glad it's over and I'm glad that we now have a reliable and fair plumbing service to reach out to for the next time.

I hired Five Star to replace my two toilets. The guy who came, Hector, was really terrific. He took his time to install them correctly, and even showed me how to turn off my water if I ever needed to. The pricing was fair and the work was great. Highly recommended!

I cant even give this place one star and after I explain you will see.On Saturday 12/03/16, I called for a clogged toilet.My tenants were calling and I could not take care of it, as I was working.I did a search for plumbers on Staten Island.Called the number on yelp which is a (non 718) area code.I asked questions, was I shopping for a price, of course that's my rite as a customer.I call the number back which is a (347) area code which called me.So in other words this company was called twice by mistake.The maniac calling me back starts cursing, telling I am a cheap bum.And that he hopes my sewer line breaks.No jerk off just shopping and getting a price.He tells me how because I woke him up at 12pm, he was charged $17.00, really.That he will call me 17 times and do harassing calls in the morning.Thats not very smart or professional.He goes on a profanity tirade and tells me to expect calls at 3am.Kept the harassing texts as proof of this individual, that he was going to F me up, which he texted me.Yeah ok,I want to do business with this company or anyone who hires a person like this.He wouldn't give his name.The harassing texts finally stopped with him being pissed for me asking questions.As I explained if this kept up, we can go to the Pct and file a police report.Your easy to identify and get arrested.All this drama just because your shopping around for a plumber.If you don't like customers shopping for prices and trusting the first person they speak, that tough.Its your business get use to it.And with luck I found a person much cheaper, then what he was telling me.Have many friends who work for the city(PD,FDNY, etc) and would never, ever recommend this company.
