Best A/C Repair in New Orleans LA

I had a great experience with a new company. I found Copperhead Plumbing online and I have a block in my sewer line. Justin the owner came out and on a Sunday morning, fixed my issue and told me how I can prevent future problems. He was on time and on price. He has a lot of experience but he just started out on his own recently. I will use him again.

They were extremely responsive and courteous, as well as accommodating. I called at noon and it's almost 4, and he's already been here, connected my dryer, and I'm back to doing laundry. I highly recommend them, and will definitely use them in the future.

I've used this company for construction projects since 2013. They are reliable and professional. pricing is reasonable. I truly feel like they have my best interest in mind. They are also very good about helping me make the best decisions when issues come up. I don't even bother getting quotes from other plumbers at this point.

He wore a mask when we met and showed up when he said he would. He kept me posted on progress and the job came out beautifully!

Had Rooter Man come out to do a video inspection for a house before buying it. Their plumber was an hour late and then he could only scope one of the lines, and then not all of it. The stuff he did find, he couldn't explain, and since he scoped less than half of the plumbing, his inspection was completely useless.

I paid him $319 for work that wasn't even completed and then had to call out another plumber to redo the work that Rooter Man couldn't do.

The second plumber (a different company) was able to scope all the plumbing lines without any problems, and they charged $100 less.  

Trying to get a copy of the inspection took several phone calls to the office. Rooter Man's estimate was also nearly double what the other company quoted. Very bad experience overall. I highly recommend getting a second estimate if you're considering using this company.

Always on time, cleans up after his repairs, fast and honest. We called to have him make several repairs. He wasted no time getting them done. We have had him back a couple more times since then and are very happy with his work.

I had an exterior pipe slow leak and the plumber I've used in the past couldn't get to me for a few days. So I searched for someone with availability even taking a video of the issue to assist with diagnosing what was necessary to stop it. Julius was responsive and there's a website form to request service as well. I called and after hearing the voicemail requesting you fill out the form online, I did so and he called back in minutes.

He said he'd try to get out same day if he had cancellations or the next day for sure which is the reason I didn't call around to anyone else. Then, at the end of the day, he messaged to say he'd be there the following day. I acknowledged receipt and asked him to give me a call once he was in route. After the morning passed and he hadn't contacted me, I called and he made over in 30 minutes and said it'd cost about $200-300. $200 if repaired, $300 if replaced.

He was able to address the issue and accepted Venmo or CashApp. All in all a good experience.

Amazing service! We called at around 10pm after we noticed our tub filling up from the drain with dirty water. They showed up in less than an hour and took care of the problem. They where friendly, worked quickly and answered all of my 6 year old daughters plumbing questions. Highly recommend!

I never hired this company yet they came to my house banging on the door, looking through the windows, jiggling the side gate, and taking selfies with my porch art. They scared the hell out of my wife. I called the company and apparently they were givin a bad address. That happens but doesn't justify the action of their workers. Instead of taking my advice about hiring people who have common sense the manager wants to talk to me about speaking to him with respect. Sir respect is earned not owed. I told him if he wants to be like that Ill take my complaints to the internet and he says go ahead my lawyer will sue you for defamation. Go ahead buddy everything I said is true AND on video. Get a clue.

We live in a multi unit building and needed to have our air conditioner recharged with R410-A since our landlord wasn't able to fix it quickly. Kimberly and her team contacted me back through yelp almost immediately following my RFP. She was the first to respond, throughout in her response and a good fair price. The technicians who showed up were kind, professional and prepared for the job. They also came next day no hassle. Our unit needed more than a normal recharge and the gentlemen gave me a flat fee which was nice to do. While I don't think air conditioning repairs is their primary business I definitely think they are at the top of their game in this area!

Do not use this company.  When your home warranty dispatches Mister Plumber immediately call them back and ask that they dispatch someone else.  The office staff, especially Brittany elevator doesn't leave the basement floor; not quite sure if the cables are connected.  They are so unprofessional.  What they reported to the home warranty company had nothing to do with what they were dispatch for and didn't bother to follow-up with the home warranty to inform them what the issue was that was actually covered.  And had the nerve to tell me they could do for $350 dollars.

My experience with this company was terrible. The crew refused to work around other workers, on a new construction build I might add. Then pushed my schedule back two weeks because one of the employees had personal issues. My drain on my kitchen faucet was leaking, gas lanters were leaking, the gas line to the dryer wasn't tighten enough(which led to us clearing the house), and we failed the plumbing inspection because the shower drain wasn't inspected in time(which the builder and plumber both blamed on  each other). This caused us to pull up the entire shower floor and have it reinspected. The crew thought that my overflow drain was a dummy drain and not an internal, which the owner cleared up. Thank God..This negligence was the builder's fault as well.. We also had to cut a hole in the new sheetrock after we moved in to connect the shower wand, which was not working.

Two weeks ago I had Lenny with All American Plumbing come out to do a bid on a large job in our warehouse.  I explained to him how I've had multiple companies being so non-responsive and it's been difficult to get companies to get back with me.  I thought he was going to be different, however, we had to literally call today for the 3rd or 4th time asking if we can please get a quote.  His response was very unacceptable saying well you got a couple other bids and if it's all about price then... I then stated, it's not only about pricing, but I would be an idiot if I didn't at least get a couple bids for such a large job.  I said his actions of being non responsive, not getting us a quote in a timely manor, and his excuse was... man, I've just been very busy  Yeah, me too.  I run 4 companies and I never just blow people off like that.  Sick of other business owners excuses.  Just do the right thing.  If you can't help or too busy, that's fine, just tell me and I'm 100% certain I'll understand.
