Best Air Duct Repair in New Orleans LA
We had a plumbing emergency at 11:30pm on Thanksgiving night. I googled emergency plumber and called two other places first who either didn't answer or were not much help. I called Natal's and spoke with Donnie. He was really supportive and helpful over the phone as water was shooting out of our toilet. We were able to get the water situation under control, but we would still need someone to come out. He was unable to get a plumber out to us that night but promised to have his plumber call us first thing in the morning, which they did. Their plumber, Rodney, came out to us the next morning and was timely and gave us a quote in writing before he started working and did a great job. He also took a look at another plumbing issue we had while he was at our home and has continued to assist us. I though their pricing was fair and will be using them in the future for any issues.

RESPONSIVE! I called, received an estimate, scheduled the repair, work was performed, and they were paid for services rendered.
But more importantly the work was performed professionally and in a timely manner. I'm definitely saving this company as one of my favorites.

DON'T DO IT!! It took them 2 months and our house is still not finished because they hire incompetent unlicensed people that they find outside of Lowe's!! We hired this company to fix a leak in our bathroom. We were told that he and the plumber were licensed. The business is registered NOT licensed meaning he hasn't taken the test to be licensed. The plumber is NOT licensed either. We were also told before they began destroying our house that he hired people he could trust and that had passed background checks. WE FOUND OUT RECENTLY THAT WAS ALL LIES! They ended up having to replace the main pipes all the way out to the street, renovate our entire bathroom, and replace the floors throughout our entire house minus 3 rooms. Just to dig the whole and replace the pipes took 3 WEEKS!!! This is when everything went bad! Throughout the entire 3 weeks process Callie (the UNLICENSED plumber) and Anthony (the contractor) gave several excuses mostly personal reasons as to why they could not finish within a timely manner. Within this process 20 people have come in and out of my house. 1 crew quit and another threatened to quit due to non payment. The vinyl floors were not done correctly. The tile was not don't correctly. We trip while walking because the tile is not level and the grout is not even throughout the tile. The bathroom fixtures were not put on correctly. He was also contracted to fix our front yard after digging. That was not done at all. He still has trash sitting in my back yard. Today I had to call out a plumber to fix the plumbing and shower fixtures SPENDING MORE MONEY!! The guy Anthony hired put a LOT of caulk in the fixture and thought that would work.

Disappointed. Guy came out cleaned out the return on both units, changed a connector on 1unit and a capacitor on another for $1100-1300. Ac repair got to be the biggest thieves ever. Stay as far away from these guys as possible .wouldn't recommend them to anyone

DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE! I called on Friday evening after seeing they have 24/7 hours on here although it was not an emergency. I waited two hours and left a message again. Two days later and no return call! What a joke!

Steer clear of this company! Had a tech come out because I noticed it took longer for the house to cool. When he arrived he said I had a leak, so I expected him to do his job and find the leak. He went into the attic for a few minutes, didn't say anything and filled up the outside Condenser unit with 2 lbs of A410 Freon at $95 a lb.
He asked me when the last time I had any Freon added. The outside unit was only 3 years old and under warranty.
I asked him to clean the outside unit which he hosed down. Total bill $393. Didn't mention anything about a leak so I assumed things were OK only to have the unit cut out 5 days later.
Called back and sent the same tech out who came and immediately said ' I told you you had a leak' in a berating manner. He then goes back into the attic and lo and behold finds the leak coming from the coil. Stated I need a new coil. Cost almost $2,000.
I got another company who came and not only saw the leak in the attic coil but detected a smaller leak in the outside condenser coil which was still under warranty.
Bottom line, if all the tech wants to do is add freon and not detect or fix the problem get another company that will.
THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONE YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH!
