TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE KNOWLEDGE!!!!
I was referred to Helton's from my home warranty company for repair of my mini split A/C unit.  The first appointment, the technician was supposed to arrive between 8am and 11am.  I made it clear to the scheduler that I had an appointment that could not be rescheduled at noon.  The technician finally arrived at my home at 11:30am after several phone calls.  He had zero knowledge of mini split systems and was not shy about admitting that (why would they send this tech in the first place?).  He gave it a brief look over (seriously just a look. no touching or taking things apart) and said it seemed to be working fine.  I asked several questions regarding the general operating system of this unit, all of which he was unable to answer.  He then asked for a check.  
Three days later, the compressor froze and spewed ice all over my room.  My home warranty company again referred me to Helton's.  I spoke with the scheduler and set up an appointment for the following day between 8am and noon. At 12:00, when I still hadn't heard from a tech, I called.  I was told that they tried calling my home warranty company to let them know that they don't have any technicians with knowledge of mini split systems, but were on hold for too long so gave up.  NO ONE FROM HELTON'S BOTHERED TO CALL ME (the customer) and inform me that my appointment had been cancelled and they would not be sending anyone out. RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE OF OTHER PEOPLE'S TIME.

Great service, repairs done exactly as requested! HVAC specialist took pictures and videos before and after repairs. I find that to be very helpful. Highly recommended!

I had an issue with my side by side refrigerator and contacted Lee Company. I am so pleased with the readiness and quality of service shown and given in such a professional and timely manner! They were able to schedule, diagnose, order part and return for repair within two days! This was a miracle to me! Thank you, Charles and Mia for going above and beyond to make this happen! Scheduled twice and twice didn't show. Being friendly doesn't entitle someone to leave their customer at home all afternoon waiting with no response when asked about an estimated time of arrival. I had to schedule time to be home twice for a no show

I called Hoffman Brothers for a complex water main break. Someone came out and gave me a quote within 12 hours. They are thoughtful, methodical, responsive and did the work on budget. Their crew was amazing and the workmanship top notch. I hope I never have to call them again, but I would in a heartbeat.

Worked with Lee Company to add an outdoor junction box and an outdoor outlet to my house.  They came out looked at what I wanted.  Quoted me a price.  Told me when someone would be out.  They were there on time, got the work done quickly and without disturbing anything I had going on at home.  They were done quickly, they did not have to even turn off the power!  Everything looked perfect, very professional polite people.  I would use them to do work at my house again.

What a great experience.  How refreshing to have a service repair company be reasonably priced and stick to the plan without up-selling me every minute they service a piece of equipment after we already agreed on a plan of action. From the moment I called Allen to schedule a visit to the time Tyler was dispatched to fix my AC unit, the communication was courteous.  I was worked in same day and Lee has staff working round the clock.  Tyler did not try to bulldoze me with what needed to be done but patiently explained the plan of action after listening to the symptoms I was observing.  Tyler communicated when the issue was found, and what the solution was.  He did not try to sell me an entirely new unit when there was no need.  This was a great experience after having so many other service companies trying to hustle or pressure me into inflated sales transactions.   There is an upfront call-out fee but it was lower than the five other companies I called. Thank you Lee and thank you Tyler!

We are a long term customer of Lee Company.
We have spent thousands of dollars with them. New AC unit, water pump, service fees, etc.
We recently called them because we are interested in connecting our emergency generator to the house.
To come and give us an estimate they charge us a $75 dispatch fee
When I tell them I don't think I should pay that for them giving me an estimate, they say that for small jobs this is the policy. That if a project manager had come we would not have to pay that fee. The thing is that they are the ones who decide who to send.
On top of all that,  it turned out this is a 4K job and a project manager has to come and give the exact estimate. When I say, so now that this is a big job with a project manager, can you please wave the dispatch fee. They say they can't do that
This is a racket.

Will and the team at Griffin Mechanical took great care of us after my 1970's unit finally bit the dust.  My wife was pregnant and it was getting hot out so this was not ideal timing.  The guys were very respectful of my wishes and helped me size the system to add some ducts where needed.  I changed where the air handler and condenser lived and it was not an issue for them.  I am a construction worker, I'm particular about my house and want things done right.  They not only did a great job, but they were friendly.  

Recently they called ME to set up a free service call to check the system and made sure we were tip top.  That's right, I didn't have to call them.  Now that's customer service.  

I told them to install Nest thermostat so I can test it for work, and I don't love it.  They are going to come back out and put a regular one in.  The tech tried to tell me but I was insisting for test reasoning.  

HVAC is expensive, so spend your money with the professional people at Griffin Mechanical.  I do A/V work and appreciate the same care I give on my house.

Great fast response. Came out next day and quoted work. Finished repairs quickly with no surprises . Friendly and high quality!

Lee Company has already been to our home twice: to add a supply line for a gas dryer and to perform routine maintenance on the HVAC systems.  On both calls the technicians called when enroute and arrived early in their scheduled windows.  All work accomplished in a timely fashion.  Both teams cleaned up things before they left.  Prices were reasonable.  I even signed up for an annual service plan.  Good folks!

I had a dishwasher part replaced and then told I needed multiple others just streaming on and on so I said to take it out and just give me a refund, they came out got the part and I haven't heard a word since about my $350 refund. I've called over 20 times and hear the same thing every time. Absolutely horrid service and I will never be using and highly suggest no one ever using this company.

Repaired a small water leak from the crawl space. Charged $333 ($299 w/mil discount). I'll need to do some research on whether this is a normal charge. Technician was professional. Was seen promptly the day after I called.
