Best Sump Pump Repair in Minneapolis MN

Anytime I have to call someone to come work on my house it seems like there are always hidden costs. With Plumb Right they were up front and told me exactly what the work would cost before starting. I have never met a more determined employee than Thomas. He told us that our clogged drain was the worst he had ever seen but he worked at it diligently and eventually cleared the drain. Also, they recommended a water softener which we had been shopping around for. Having them come in and install it took a big burden off our shoulders. We will eventually have to repipe all our water lines and Plumb Right will definitely get our business. I won't go anywhere else for plumbing anymore.

Just used them to install my water softener and a toilet. It was definitely worth the $$. They are the most affordable plumbers I could find that isn't trying to sell you stuff, they just get the job done, end of story.

Ask for Jeremy, he worked on my stuff and definitely very professional and down to Earth.

Pricing was very fair on a T&M basis and half the quote of some other fixed price vendors. Can't say enough great things about this company and wonderful experience!

I have been using PJS Plumbing for years.  They have done multiple jobs at a couple of different locations and we have been thrilled with the work each time.  Pete the owner is very knowledgeable, honest, prompt and professional.  You get all of that and PJS is very reasonably priced.  In fact, I think they should charge more.  Whether you're doing a massive renovation and simply don't have the time to install some new faucets, I would highly recommend PJS.

Very impressed with how fast I was able to get help. The quality of service was also great. I love supporting small, local businesses and it feels great that I now have a go-to plumber! My garbage disposal was leaking all over and I was able to get help fast.

I purchased a investment property with a great view of the Mississippi River valley. After the purchase realized quickly I had my work cut out for me, everything that could be wrong with a 140 yr house was seriously in need of repair. Contacted Mark for complete plumbing replacement. He got me a very competitive quote quickly, we agreed and he went to work. We worked through many challenges along the way but he stuck to his quote and finished the job to perfection. Kyle called ahead of time, waited for me at my to be sold house, and was very respectful about brining equipment in, taking his shoes off, keeping things as neat as possible. He answered my too many questions politely and explained the process of getting video for the buyers to verify that the sewer had been cleaned out. He was careful about cleaning up and overall, a positive experience. I would hire this company again.

Bad experience actual bill was twice as much as what the quote was.  when I spoke with him to see why we were charged twice the amount of what the quote was they told me because it took twice as long as expected to work on it.  I said yes that is correct That's because your plumber did not have the correct tool so he sat there and tried to get the job done with the wrong tool instead of going to buy the proper tool so he could do it in the correct amount of time.  The technician was honest with me and told me he had the wrong tool and that's why it took so long because he was trying to force other tools to fit and work.

I had to call the office staff on a couple of occasions after installation and speak to a staff member Alisha not only was she rude on both occasions but very unprofessional. I am happy with my product and the service people I dealt with but there office staff could use an upgrade.

Full disclosure Sabre advertises on our podcast and that's one of the reasons we started using them.  Our previous hvac co couldn't figure out what was wrong with our furnace and kept wanting to put in s new system. Sabre fixed our furnace and we didn't have to install a new system!   They do a great job and come out promptly.     Highly recommend.

Clint came out to replace a pvc pipe that was unglued at the joint.  We flooded every time the kitchen sink was emptied.  As usual Clint's work is top notch.  However the cost of this repair was 500 plus another 140 to run a snake down the drain.  Clint, I like you and you do good work, but I think you are priced a little excessive.  

I will close by saying that we've never needed him to redo his work.  His workmanship is top notch and done right every time.  Maybe the cost is worth it but right now i need an aspirin.

They need an Estimator available a full day, all week. I have used Richfield Plumbing in the past (previous home), and was very happy with them. Contacted them last week via their website and then followed up with a call to explain a few items too complicated to try to explain in the little web form. Nice gal told me their Estimator would need to talk to me, he's out, will be back next week. So I wait for a call.

Got an email Tuesday *afternoon* telling me that their Estimator can be called 6:30-11:30am Monday through Wednesday. Again, this was Tuesday AFTERNOON. So basically, gave me one morning to call, and it's my busiest morning this week. So now I can't talk to the guy until next week?! I originally contacted them LAST week because I need the work done THIS week.

Well it's Thursday. I gotta go with someone else 'cuz I need to talk to someone about it today, and get it scheduled ASAP. Bummed and irritated.

Very helpful team with lots of integrity - never felt like I was being oversold or talked down to. Terry and co. did a great job writing up the full scope of my project, reviewing it with me, and providing options for each component so I knew I was getting the best for my money.

I've known these guys since they did a boiler installation for me in 2008.  They were by the far the lowest bid of the three that I received.  Service has always been excellent.  They are also always willing to give you a few minutes of advice over the phone of a few things to check before you order service, which can be a real money-saver.  Greg in particular has been very great to work with.

Happy New Year! Let's Party. That's what Dean's Heating Tech Joe S. must have been thinking. Because he certainly wasn't interested in fixing my furnace. Called Dean's on new years eve because my furnace was out. They told me for a $69 travel change someone would be there in an hour. When the Tech arrived he looked at my furnace for 2 minutes and told me there was nothing he could do. If i wanted try to fix it, it would be a $1000 with no guarantee or I could buy a new furnace from them for $5000-$10,000. Not sure what to do Tech Joe S. left us in the cold. A few days later I called METRO Heating for a 2nd opinion. The METRO Tech looked at my furnace for 2 minutes and after replacing the thermostat upstairs the furnace worked fine. Quick and easy. I think Dean's Heating is more interested in selling you a new furnace regardless if the old one can be fixed. My advice, get a 2nd opinion before trusting anything Dean's Heating tells you. I seen their commercial on TV I gave them a call several days later they came to my home we set down and discuss the issue they took care of it clean friendly professional I'll definitely call them back if I have any  electrical issues

We are still going back and forth with deans due to not putting the shower accessories on correctly. In addition they were supposed to replace the parts with the same quality and the stuff they brought looks like it was used and bought from the dollar store. They refuse to give an itemized receipt for services and then say the new one we bought to replace the crap one they will potentially refund- when asked why they won't refund instead the one they brought over they won't answer that which leads one to believe that  they are charging about $400 for an $50 item. The one we bought was $200 so that  crap/ junk one they are obviously charging more money for. They refuse to state what the one cost. You can never directly get ahold of anyone to deal with the issue- I work often 7 days a week and from before they are open until after they are closed so a direct number for a quick call would be great- They refuse that as well. I will add more later when I get a chance- JUST STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
