Best Sump Pump Repair in Minneapolis MN

These people are complete Jerks, Devin the Master Plumber is lazy and wants to argue about everything, my wife and I just recently did a complete basement remodel and during the remodel these guys flooded my basement, wouldn't communicate to us what was going on. After my builders were finished with there portions of the project they came and cut additional holes in my walls and didn't patch them up, They never cleaned up after themselves. When they flooded my basement they didn't even bother to send out someone to look at there mess I had to fix it. They are a joke. The customer service is terrible. The master plumber Devjn had the audacity to come in my house corner me in my bathroom and proceed to try to tell me what to do in my own home. Stay away. Don't waste your time because to them coming into your house to do work this is quoted verbatim from the master Plumber. I have it recorded but he said, Your house is just another job, I don't need to work here and We don't need this job. Had I not been stuck I'd of thrown him out of my home. We laid 70,000 for our basement remodel and it's not a job to us it's our home and we wanted things done right and done right the first time. And these guys didn't do that..

Not only where they able to get out within hours of first contact, but their price was perfectly reasonable, the work was completed with attention to detail, and the technician took that extra few minutes to make sure I was happy.  Needed someone in a pinch, found someone I'll count on for any plumbing needs down the road.

This was a good experience. The guy who came (Joe) was really a super guy and he did a good job. Cleaned up after himself and explained everything he did. I need a reliable plumber in the rolodex and I will call this company again. The price seemed fair for the work he did and better quote than I got somewhere else.

I've used Pete to help me finish my basement bathroom as well as a bonus room bath.  I've also given his name to many of my friends for their projects such as toilet replacement, leaky faucet repairs, and used him at our place of business (flooring replacements).  Pete always responds and gets the job done when we need him to!

I wanted my toilet replaced urgently and Roman helped with this. He is very prompt in his response (I originally hired Home Depot Installation service but have not heard from them yet to arrange for the appt)
He is extremely good in his job and very detailed and meticulous. He made sure that your house is as clean after he leaves.  Very professional!

Had to replace our water heater right after Christmas. The service was exceptional from the first phone call to the installation. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable prices, no hidden fees, everything went smoothly, and was done professionally. I never would have thought replacing a water would be a pleasant experience, but this time, it actually was.  So happy and relieved to have found Keith Nelson plumbing. Will never call anyone else!

I purchased a investment property with a great view of the Mississippi River valley. After the purchase realized quickly I had my work cut out for me, everything that could be wrong with a 140 yr house was seriously in need of repair. Contacted Mark for complete plumbing replacement. He got me a very competitive quote quickly, we agreed and he went to work. We worked through many challenges along the way but he stuck to his quote and finished the job to perfection. I have only one regret, that I have no more plumbing needs at the present time but when I do I will call Mark without hesitation!!! Thank you Focus Plumbing:)

Purchasing a home and called Ron for an inspection. Technician came out but couldn't scope because of roots blocking the line. He indicated it would have to be cleared first. I authorized him to do the work but he had only booked time for an inspection so would have to come back. I was charged for this initial scoping and would have to pay for another scoping tied to the cleaning. Such a scam.

Paul, the plumber, showed up even earlier than scheduled (after calling first). Had our problem corrected in a short time at what I considered a very fair price. I will use them again (if necessary).

great guy. had a sewer back up. needed a new line. Richard had used a camera and you could see it was shot. he gave me a price and I decided to do the work. I have used them for years on my electric, heat and a/c so I trusted them. they started to dig and the water just poured in. Richard, Ryan, Axel and sam worked like dogs on a bone to get this job done. it was really bad. they kept me up to date on things but I could see how hard it was going for them. the frustration was visible to me. they got it done. best part was not a penny more and now it all works. thanks guys and sorry it was so hard. Mother Nature can be a fickle thing. I will keep using them.

Brand new air condition at our new house doesn't work. Waiting for a week now to get it fixed - not even receiving a call back.

Hmm....what does that say about their creditability and customer service??

Clint came out to replace a pvc pipe that was unglued at the joint.  We flooded every time the kitchen sink was emptied.  As usual Clint's work is top notch.  However the cost of this repair was 500 plus another 140 to run a snake down the drain.  Clint, I like you and you do good work, but I think you are priced a little excessive.  

I will close by saying that we've never needed him to redo his work.  His workmanship is top notch and done right every time.  Maybe the cost is worth it but right now i need an aspirin.

I had the opposite experience of Greg M.  My plumbing problem wasn't major but it made me nervous & I wanted to get it taken care of ASAP.  I made a couple of phone calls-didn't get hold of anyone at the first, the second couldn't come out til the next day & was nice enough to refer me to Richfield Plumbing.  The person answering the phone had a good idea of my problem & set me up with Brian.  He called an hour later; an hour after that, problem was solved.  I was very pleased with the rapid service & felt that the price was reasonable for the job.

Very good prompt service at a reasonable rate. Other plumbers didn't want to tackle the job they got it done

They do good work but are not reliable. If you have any problem/challenge or concern...it's just that...yours. They are not a customer-first business. I've had them do several projects, each time it felt like I was a burden to them. They are skilled mechanically, not skilled at customer relations.

A 3' copper hot water line from basement to kitchen sink. One solder and one self tapping adapter to sink line.  $440.00 Are you fucking kidding me and then you want to charge me $59 for the service call, when I was told on the phone that if I had the work done I would be charged for the service call. I did it myself for...........$35 including 22' of leftover copper.

Read the reviews and find the common theme, I wish I had!

Bait and Switch tactics: when I called, they said $79 to come out, look at my water heater and provide quotes for replacement/repair.  They ended up charging me $243 for a required diagnostic fee????  Technician said the $79 only covered the trip charge, why was I told otherwise when I called?  

Price gouging/scare tactics: To have water heater replaced and up to code Service Today quoted me $3,566; over $2,000 more than any other plumber.  I ended up using a different plumber and paid $1,200 for a Saturday installation.

Lack of confidence: The technician left my gas water heater (with pilot lighting concerns) in the on position when he left. Even I know enough to turn off a broken water heater so it doesn't leak gas into the house.

I am now left with $243 out of my pocket when they did no work and created more stress.

Do not do business with Service Today!

Don't waste your time with this company.  I needed to replace an A/C unit and was also interested in potentially replacing my furnace.  I scheduled an appointment to get a quote for the project.  Dean's can only provide a 4 hour window.  They did not show the first day and bumped me to the next day.  The next day they were also a no show and wanted to bump me once again.  I wouldn't recommend doing business with any company that cannot meet their promises to customers.  I learned from the company that they prioritize existing customers over new customers and will bump them from the schedule even if they have made a commitment to them.  I wouldn't trust any company that doesn't keep their word.
