Our pipe was leaking through the top floor bathroom and into our office area on the first floor. We needed emergency services and Hibernian was there. He showed up on time, had the right PVC piping to solve the problem, and fixed our issue. He was engaging and so helpful! The price was much less than anticipated. He saved our 4th of July weekend! Amazing professionalism, fun conversation, and our new go to plumber! Will be recommending him to all our friends!

This is the 2nd time I used Chris for our street drain. He is fast, dependable, and courteous.

They helped fix an irrigation pipe and valve - excellent work and responsiveness and could have just recommended replacing the unit in its entirety- they walked through steps and completed repair without replacement and saved me some $$. Will happily use them again due to this approach. Very appreciative of good trade skill and just good people.

I see a lot of negative reviews here, but I'm glad to report that my experience with Roto-Rooter was good.  (this was after getting over the price quoted to clear a toilet drain)  I removed my toilet before the tech arrived so that saved me a lot of money.  A quick research indicated Roto-Rooter is a little bit on the high side of pricing, but the service I received made up for it.  My tech was Fred #4155 and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided.  He was able to clear a difficult blockage that I failed to unclog myself early that day.  I recently purchased the house and couldn't locate the stack access and we was nice enough to help me. He also gave me advice on how to keep my drains clear.  Lastly, he pointed out that my toilet mount was cracked which saved me a lot of wasted time and effort.  Fred was very nice, efficient and competent.

We have worked both personally and professionally with Erickson and highly recommend them for all plumbing,heating, and electrical issues!

The plumber was very friendly and they took care of the issue but that's pretty much the extent of the positive review. They ultimately just had to snake a shower drain and we were charged over $315 for that. When looking at average shower draining costs from 2015, the range for a tub drain according to Angie's List was $109 to $214. Even tacking on the $60 driving fee we still were significantly overcharged. Also did not receive an itemized receipt (or any receipt for that matter due to a technical glitch that the plumber said would be taken care of by the office and wasn't). Be prepared to be overcharged for simple tasks if you call this company.

From the initial scheduling and dispatch call to the person doing the work (Tim in my case, twice for two different things in the last year) the experience is wonderful.  It makes a nasty situation so much easier to deal with.

I can't say enough good things about my experience. They were able to fit me in the same day when I reached out regarding needing to have my old, leaky outdoor spigot replaced. Nate came out and he was fantastic. He was super fair and kind and was working to find solutions that would be quicker, cheaper fixes before ultimately needing to go through the wall to replace it. I spent quite a bit of time comparing companies, reading reviews, and getting quotes. I am beyond pleased to have gone with Aart's Speedy Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again! I contacted 3 plumbers about flushing my hot water heater.  2 came back with bids, Metro asked how old was the unit, 2.5 years I said.  He said unless you flushed the heater yearly it would do me no good. He also said he personally never flushes his heater because the 3/8th inch drain won't get all the sediment out anyway.   I thought he was very honest with me and I'll definitely look him up for the future

Called Norblom for a problem with my toilet...it is the only toilet in my house and it wasn't working.  They sent someone over right away and got it working again.  Very quick to respond and do the work.  The tech was very friendly and so was the office.  The only thing was the tech asked if I had any coupons.  I didn't realize that, when calling for service you need to ask for the online discount.  They are coming to fix something else next week....I'm hoping that since I'm a new customer and am having them do more work, they will give me a discount.  I have already promoted them to other people I know.

I had to call the office staff on a couple of occasions after installation and speak to a staff member Alisha not only was she rude on both occasions but very unprofessional. I am happy with my product and the service people I dealt with but there office staff could use an upgrade.

The worst experience with a plumbing company I've ever had. Not only did they charge $168 per hour (including drive time)  they didn't fix my issue and when I refused to pay they sent me to collection. Choose any plumbing company but Richfield plumbing. Steer clear. They should be ashamed.

Dropped the ball on no heat situation. I got a 1000 dollar bill for a no heat situation from 2 months ago! On the invoice they lie about me saying I was replacing the blower on my Buderous boiler. Who would want to risk blowing up their home? I told them the replacement blower was coming in the next day and I would call them. They declined to put in the blower while I was still out of heat. A part that needed replacing was never installed either. Buderous is a hard to service unit but their technician had been doing an excellent job but this business is not reliable when the pressure is on.

Lee did a great job installing our new water heater. Not only did he install the new water heater and answer questions on it, he went above and beyond and answered other plumbing questions we had in our house. Would highly recommend using champion plumbing for any plumbing needs!

We have used this company for almost four years for service and repairs. This year we  bought the service plan.  Don't know why we did not do that before! The ease and cost is not a lot more than doing it ourselves. Less hassle!
I have always been immensely pleased with courtesy, timeliness, thoroughness of job performed and prices are competitive for this area.
The company calls to remind of that service is due, calls the night before to confirm and then the technician calls the morning of the appointment to state the time of arrival!

Oh my gosh!!!!!!!  Do not use this company for your electrical work!!!!  They do not know what they are doing and charge extravagant prices - like double the amount electrical work is estimated at!!!  This was revealed to us by our insurance company when they could not completely reimburse us for work done due to a storm coming through.  Service Today charges DOUBLE THE AMOUNT of other electricians!!!  If it is not an emergency and you have the ability - TAKE THE TIME AND FIND A LOCAL ELECTRICIAN to do the work necessary.  

For another portion of electrical work needed because of storm damage, we waited 2 weeks for a local electrician to do the work BUT IT WAS WORTH IT!!!  Kevin Ahlers diagnosed and fixed the problem for the same price as Service Today did just to diagnose the problem which was diagnosed to put more money into Service Today's pocket in the first place.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!  The electricians are nice but it is a total racket!!!!!  Let the buyer beware!!!

I used the online appointment feature of the Roto-Rooter web site to make an appointment for service on a Monday morning. I was able to make an appointment for that same morning, and a tech was out within a few hours. Brain was friendly, considerate, knowledgeable and efficient.

Had Deans out for water problem was told that water softener exploded.  Was billed $6,400 dollars to fix the problem.  After spending a full day dealing with Brandon and his assistant was told that everything was fixed.  Guess what?????  It was not.  The toilet they rebuilt in the main bath was running constantly and flushing continually, the master bedroom shower had no water pressure at all, and the new faucet in the main bath basically dribbled water.  When I called and told them it was unexceptable, we were scheduled after the weekend even though they did the job on Wednesday--we had to wait until the following Monday for them to come back.  When he showed up he said he the toilet needed a new rubber flapper inside the tank, he said he would have to charge me $266 for this piece.  I went to Home Depot and paid $4.98 for the rubber flapper and reached in and installed it in less than 2 minutes.  Seriously,  I expect to pay for service but I would have thought that rebuilding a toilet would have included the rubber stopper the first time.  I'm sorry but seriously, isn't $266 a highly inflated price???????   DON'T CALL THESE PEOPLE AND DONT USE THESE PEOPLE.  THEY ARE JUST RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!!!
