Best Air Duct Installation in Minneapolis MN
Quick reply, short wait for the appointment, great professional Todd. Thrilled to finally have spigots and a hose in the front and back. Todd was consultative and instructive. Pricing was very fair on a T&M basis and half the quote of some other fixed price vendors. Can't say enough great things about this company and wonderful experience!

We hired Valley to install new dishwasher and to do some plumbing under our sink. They needed to add an electrical outlet for the dishwasher. We found out that our old dishwasher was plumbed using the cold water line and our refrigerator water was plumbed using our hot water. They completely re-plumbed correctly, replaced other cracked fittings, replaced leaking sink drain. Jeremy started the project and Mike came over to help finish. A total of 7 hours between the two was needed to complete everything. The total bill was just over $400. I thought this price was totally reasonable. I highly recommend Valley Plumbing and I will call them on future projects.

Always responsive, and professional! They do great work, and they don't try to pressure people or up-sell anything. Highly recommend.

Legend Services installed a new Day & Night brand furnace in our home today. Their service was thoroughly knowledgeable and professional from initial visit to assess the situation, to their estimate, and the actual installation. They arrived on time, completed the work very neatly in just a few hours, and cleaned up spotlessly when they were done. I would highly recommend this company for heating, A/C and plumbing work. Truly one of the most professional service providers with whom I've worked in the 29 years that I've owned the home. Thanks for an excellent job!

My new landlord informed me I would have no sink AND no hot water for 2 weeks the day before I was supposed to move in, but these guys showed up the NEXT DAY, while we were moving our things in, and got everything squared away within moments and even walked my husband through what the problem was so he knew what they were doing. Honestly wonderful service, knowledgeable AND pleasant guy. I work in major home appliances and I know exactly how rare that is

We are SO HAPPY we called H2C Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing for a second opinion on our malfunctioning older boiler! We originally called the people with all the billboards in & around NE Mpls - they came away with Inform customer to replace boiler it's not worth putting over $3000 into it. Well, I just had this niggling feeling that something was not right about this - ended up finding a recommendation on the Facebook page North House for H2C -- $290 later we are up & running with heat throughout the house! myH2C.com

This company attempts to take advantage of the elderly. They gave my parents a quote for almost 6k for a new ac unit. They told them it was shot because of mouse problems. They called another company and they repaired it for $140.00. Do not call these incompetent fools for any reason. The friendly voice when you initially call is a con that will cost you a fortune. Heed my warning! You will forever regret this mistake.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE $$ TO THROW AWAY!! Had to have a shut off valve looked at on my bathroom sink water line because I couldn't stop the leak. I replaced it myself and have done these before. But for some reason this new one I could not get to stop leaking. I gave up and called Service Today. They said it was going to be a $79 service charge to come out. I agreed and they came out the next day. He was able to fix the leak and took him all of 15-20 minutes. He put on his own valve and tightened it a lot harder than I may have done because I was told not to over tighten. Looks like you can tighten these pretty good. So the leak has stopped and I was charged $442.00. I agreed to the price because I needed my water turned back on. But are you kidding me??? $442 for a 15 minute job and a $10 part!!! Think about that before using this company.

Sabre is an exceptional contractor who did great work for me. After dealing with several contractors upon moving into a new home, Sabre ranks near the top for quality, timeliness, and customer service. They came to finish a job after another contractor had several employees quite and became non-communicative.
I recommend Sabre if you are seeking a reliable contractor to work with.

Had Dean's out for routine furnace inspection. Charge was over $400, which should have been a clue that I was in for a ride.
The furnace is 15 years old and the tech explained that it is nearing the end of it's life expectancy. He pulled out a couple of parts (flame sensor and circuit board) and said they should probably be replaced soon. He also said the blower motor should be replaced. The estimate was $2207! He said furnace replacement would run about $4300. Replacement seemed to make sense, based on the parts costs, so I scheduled an appointment for the following day for a replacement cost estimate.
My brother has been in management at several major HVAC corporations for 35 years. I sent him a copy of the estimates. He told me I was being cheated! The flame sensor is a $10 part, yet charge was $335. Circuit board runs about $100, yet charge to replace was $844! Blower motor runs $100, yet replacement charge was $1028! The first 2 items were VERY easily removed. I suspect the blower motor would take a bit more effort.
The next day a guy came over from Dean's to give an estimate on furnace replacement. He suggested doing both furnace and A/C at the same time. The estimate was over $10,000! When I balked, the estimate gradually went down until finally levelling off at $7300 if I had the work done 2 days later!
I wrote an email to Dean's stating that I thought the estimates were outrageous and that I felt I was being taken advantage of because of my age and gender (I am a 74 yr old widow). The manager told me this is not true, that the prices are standard for this area and then abruptly ended the conversation!

BWS Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC has an extremely lack of professionalism and communication. I hired them to replace a furnace, add heat into the downstairs family room and an A/C unit. After they installed the furnace I was then informed I needed additional returns to properly finish the work. The owner then told me I didn't provide them with any plans about what needed to be done. Then he blamed me for not communicating with them. I assumed as experts in the field they would tell me if I needed additional items to complete the job when they provided the initial quote. Since when is the homeowners responsibility to be the expert? Also, Kevin the owner doesn't have a clue about city codes..
They also had my electrician complete the work for the A/C unit (which was included in their quote) and until I brought it to their attention there was no mention of reducing my invoice for the electrical work.
They then proceeded to take the remaining balance owned out of my account without my authorization. Homeowners beware... Unless you know exactly what type of work needs to be done in your home I would stay clear of using this company.
As of today the work isn't completed and I am hiring another company to finish the job.

Services and products grossly overpriced. Dean's was called to check a leak coming from the hot water line under our kitchen sink. I had turned the hot water shutoff valve to off and that temporarily stopped the leak. The technician told me I needed to replace my faucet. I asked him to recommend a faucet similar to the one I had. I authorized the purchase of the faucet and made an appointment for him to return to install the faucet two days later. The cost of the faucet I was quoted was $90 more than the price at Home Depot but the cost of installation was $330.51 bringing the cost of replacing the kitchen faucet to almost $700. And I was then quoted an additional $200 to replace the shutoff valves. I was beginning to be concerned that I was being grossly overcharged. I then checked online for reviews of the faucet and to my dismay found that many customers had problems with this faucet in the first year or 2 after installation. Then to add insult to injury I had asked Dean's technician for a quote to replace a toilet. I was told Dean's only supplied Toto toilets and the total cost for a new drake elongated white toilet + installation and removal of old toilet would be $970. I asked for the price of the toilet but the technician said he could not tell me the cost of the toilet but could only give me the price for the pkg ( toilet, installation, removal of old). I decided against using Dean's services. Today I had a new Gerber elongated white toilet installed, old toilet removed, for $505 and my kitchen faucet repair only required the tightening of a nut and since it only took a couple minutes to evaluate and tighten the nut, there was no charge for that repair since the plumber was already at my house. I did not need a new faucet! Needless to say, I will never call Dean's Professional Plumbing Inc again!

They sold and installed the wrong part for our furnace. We had to hire another contractor the next day and pay for the correct part AGAIN. They refuse to give us our $468 back for a part that was completely useless!! Do NOT whatever you do use this company. They are scammers!!!

Genz-Ryan sticker was on the furnace that stopped working correctly, tenant called it. Min cost to get furnace running was 2k+, recommended total replacement of 4k+.
Called another local shop for the second opinion. Spent under $200 and furnace working well no issues.
Stay away!
