Best Pipe Repair in Milwaukee WI

I read numerous positive reviews on Thumbtack regarding water softener repairs by this outfit, and I'm VERY pleased to say Waterfoul Plumbing did not disappoint!  Corey was very professional, very courteous, and corrected our issue. Because our softener is 20+ years old, I figured we would have to purchase a new one, however, Corey indicated the unit was fine but just needed a new part. He corrected our issue within an hour. He's also very reasonable in terms of price. Waterfoul is now our go-to for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks, Corey!

I highly recommend South Shore Plumbing. I've hired them twice - once to install a new sink/faucet when I had new countertops installed and most recently to fix an electric water heater. They were responsive when I left a message and quickly fit me into the schedule. They are definitely my go-to for plumbing projects. I have worked with both Bob (owner) and Sean on these projects.  They are the BEST.

Dan has (unfortunately, yet thankfully) been to my house several times to unclog my drain in the basement whenever it backed up. Day or night, I even called him on either Christmas Day or Eve, and he came out right away. Dan cares about his customers and always goes to great lengths to provide quality service and also provides references for bigger projects, for example, for me to get my tubing replaced in the basement, so that my drain doesn't keep on getting clogged. Anytime you need any sort of drain service, please call Dan!

After finding Chris' price to be easily less than other plumbers, he contacted me and very easily and quickly set up a date to replace our water heater. I had many questions, which Chris didn't mind, and he answered them all. Very professional , quality work. He even advised me that the prior  water heater was improperly installed, and why. I will not hesitate to call Urban Plumbing again and would highly recommend Chris to anyone needing a good, honest plumber.

We live in a 1950's tri-level that has come with it's fair share or quirks. This week our bath tub backed up while showering and the water would not drain. It was disgusting. We tried everything we could possible think of and it just led me to tears. Our contractor even came over to help out. We were thinking it was worse case scenario and a wall was going to have to ripped out. Milestone got us in next day and sent Alex over. He was unbelievably kind and calming. He was able to talk me through our old pipe issues and within a matter of minutes he had the drain unclogged and water running smoothly in the bath tub. He also talked to me about things to use and not use on our 1950's pipes. I'm so happy we found an honest and reliable local company that is dependable and has amazing customer service. Had a rush water heater replacement need- company was able to help next day. Dave came out and was fantastic for explaining options, answering questions on pros and cons and then handling the unexpecteds as they came up doing the work.

Ihn Company was outstanding to work with! From the time Kurt Ihn stopped out to do an estimate on basement drain tile and glass block windows in our 1929 Wauwatosa Bungalow, to the time the crew left the experience was awesome.

Everyone was friendly, hard-working, knowledgeable and ensured I was informed about all aspects of the process along the way.

Such a great feeling when you can work with quality local companies, especially when you know they are busy with other customers. I never felt like I was just a number, I always felt like I was their top priority.

Would highly recommend, and have already recommended to my next door neighbor for some work. Will plan to use them in the future for sure!

We just purchased our first home and are so glad we found Dale to help us out.  From the leaky faucet upstairs, to the downpour of a leak in the shower, to the garbage disposal he was so very helpful.  Dale fixed the leaky faucet, gave us advice for how to re-caulk the tub, and he re-installed the garbage disposal the proper way with the proper configuration of the pipes.

So glad to have used their services and will do so again and again (though hopefully we do not need them!)

Ben's plumbing work is of excellent quality (no cut corners).  There is no hidden costs, and price quoting is very accurate.  Ben is timely and very honest in all the work and dealings with me.

You were all above and beyond courteous; keeping us in the loop every step of the way and only leaving us without water or facilities for a very limited amount of time. This was a new experience for us and we are renting so it was really great to be kept so informed.

Left me with a broken pipe and wanted to charge me over 2000 dollars for work to fix it

Very helpful and responsive. Fixed my leaky toilet and had replacement parts on-hand.

I had an emergency situation on a Saturday and they were willing to come out. The second he walked into my house I regretted my decision. He was very rude and it was clear he had no desire to be there. Very crabby, very rude even through my tears of anxiety and frustration. As a single mom trying to keep a house in order I would never call them again. He made me feel inadequate and I was more overwhelmed once he left.  I felt extremely taken advantage of and their customer service was absolutely horrible!

Zero stars. Overpriced and did not clear my pipes in September. Charged for things the plumber did not do. They do not guarantee their work and refused to come fix the problem. Because of them I had continued sewer backup and property damage. New plumber came out today and found that Milwaukee Plumbing had only opened a small hole in the blockage and had not cleared it.

The only reason I am writing this review is because I reached out to John without getting a response. In September I paid John $175.00 to weatherize my windows, he went around with a caulk gun and put caulk around my windows. Not knowing if that was what weatherization is I paid the man. Fast forward, all my windows still have the same draft coming in that it had the previous year. I texted the numbers I used prior to the so call work being completed, to let him know I still have a draft. No one has tried to respond to my concerns. I will tell everyone do not use Handyman John!!!
