This company did a terrible job. Well actually they never finished it. They improperly installed a garbage disposal which has been leaking since. I called the owner as he did not do the installation himself and he assured me he was going to come and fix it. I sent him photos of the problem and he again told he was coming. I waited for days and days and he just never came back. He kept telling me he was going to come this afternoon and  then next day and nothing. Just lies and lies. They took my money. I wished i had pay with American express. Really Stay Away from this company. They are incompetent and on top of that they don't care.

Had a new toilet installed today. Amy and staff were quick and neat. They left work area clean. I am going to call them again for any other plumbing needs. Highly recommend. Thanks for fixing our bathroom!

I received many replies to my request for a plumber to fix an outdoor spigot that sprayed water all over when turned on. Every one of those who replied -- except Sharscottyy Plumbing -- either gave me a flat rate fee for replacing the entire hose bibb, or gave me their number to call them to set up a time to come out and look at it to then give me a quote (phew).  While they were getting the (ping-pong) ball rolling, Carlos from Sharscottyy Plumbing had asked me for a picture of the problem. He immediately saw that all I needed was a new vacuum breaker, and he also happened to have one with him. It was getting late so I preferred to wait until the next day, as this was not an emergency. Not only was his price WAY under the flat fees (who never even bothered to diagnose the problem), but Carlos gave me a discount when I talked to a neighbor with a similar problem who wanted his fixed too. Carlos was one of the first to reply, he was super fast in evaluating the problem and getting out here to fix it, he was professional and polite when he arrived, and he wore a mask and maintained social distancing the whole time he was here. Before leaving he showed us how the water ran out without spraying, ensuring we were satisfied with his service. I have now found my plumber and if I could give him 10 stars, I would.

I contracted Ramon for a remodeling job. His entire outfit was very professional. They moved sinks, toilets, pipes for a rain shower head. He also installed a natural gas water heater. I highly recommend this team, he and Eduard are very knowledgeable and we are very lucky to have come across this team.  On another ocasión during  the walk through of a home I was closing on, I had a leak. Eduardo got to my home in 30 minutes fixed the slow leak and they saved the day.  Timely, respond quick and they keep their word. Thank you Ramon and Eduardo.

When I say I'm impressed I mean it! Never had a had such a pleasant experience with plumbing. I had a blockage that needed to be fixed I was referred to them by a friend and I'm so glad I chose them. Lazaro who is the owner was extremely friendly and professional and sent one of his employees out to fix my problem within an hour! Such professional and gracious people. Definitely will recommend!

I called Ivan in the middle of the night when one of our bathrooms erupted with water and we had no idea from where.  Water just started coming out of the shower drain and we couldn't figure it out. It was 4:00 am and he was there in 10 minutes snaking a camera through the pipes, climbing the roof, etc. He solved the issue in 10 minutes flat. We couldn't have been more pleased.

We agreed to start the work in the morning on Friday. I took the day off work in preparation for the work.
He never showed up that morning as discussed. After waiting for him the whole day he finally sends me a text message at 3:30 pm to say that he wasn't coming due to a situation that came up.  I gave him the benefit of doubt and called him and we agreed for him to start the work the next day Saturday at 9:30am. On Saturday he sends a text message that he can't make it until 10:00am. He finally showed up at 11:30am. I wasn't home!  If this company can't value my time. Why should I value theirs.

I contacted this business to get a quote because my mom had been without hot water for a week. They sent out a plumber immediately after my initial calle and charged me $50 for it. However, I kept having to contact them for a quote. I was told I would receive one by Wednesday and when I didn't I attempted contact again Thursday and Friday with no answer. By Saturday my mom let me know she installed it with a different plumber.

In the future, I would advise this business to let customers know when they are running late rather than ghosting them. That extra level of communication can mean everything.

I have been doing business with Empire Plumbing over many years.  Their work is first class, and long lasting.  It is wonderful to have such a good plumbing company near home.

This company recently built and  installed my shutters and security fence/gate. I was very pleased and impressed with not only the quality of their work, but also their pricing (VERY economical). The owner, Elmer Zimbelmann, was always very courteous and friendly, and made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered and dealt with. I highly recommend this company.
