the worst company every. they never answer the phone. They went to my house broke a pipe without my permission and never fixed the issue

From first point of contact it was smooth.
She even answered on the weekend at 10pm when I had a question.
I got an appt and a 3 hour window. The servicemen called 15 minutes before arrival and they came in and handled it in no time. I needed a new garbage disposal and they were quick and efficient.
Totally worth the price and will use them again.

he (owner) was on time and did a good job replacing my kitchen sink. He probably took only 10 minutes to finish the job. He was a very nice man and I will definitely hire him again if I needed his help.

Carlos was beyond helpful. I had an emergency and he came the next day to evaluate and suggest  as fast solution.

He gave free consultation as well, unlike other plumbers that wanted a consultation fee and some even billed by the hour. He charged a reasonable flat rate, helped me to buy the parts and resolve my leaking faucet issue in a timely manner. He is also super resourceful!!!

Juan is a superstar! I had a leak in my attic and he came ASAP. Very knowledgeable and fair pricing.

At first I was disapointed because the plumber charged me more than what I was told on the phone.  I paid in full because I was satisfied with the work they did.  When I called the company and spoke to the lady who gave me the initial quote and told her they charged me more than what she quoted me, she told me she would look in to it and call me back.  At the end of the day, she called me back and said it was her mistake for quoting me incorrectly and said she would mail me a check for the difference.  I am satisfied with the manner in which they handled this situation and will use them again in the future if I need plumbing services.

this plumbing company does what it says it will and at a fair price.  have used them several times.  this is first time i thought of telling others.  you know some plumbers are not so upstanding.  this one is.

Called on a Wednesday and spoke with Ivan.  I asked for an estimate/consultation for my mom who wants to change out her old water heater.  Ivan told me he could not have anyone go out to my mom's house until Friday (although she lives about a mile from the business location).  I said, no problem since it's not an emergency.  Ivan then asked me to text him my mother's contact information which I did.  Ivan responded with an ok thanks so I know he got my message.
Today is Monday (almost a week later) and still no call or visit to my mom...still waiting on that estimate.  I will try my luck with another company.

DO NOT HIRE!   Claimed he needed to take pictures/video of pipes. Took snake down into pipes!  Told ME to take pics of the screen of his equipment for my pics..  Then insisted on paying him wayy too much before he left. when insurance needed video, he claimed he deleted.   OBVIOUSLY didn't take video or pics.  Horrible!

Just had a service call completed by Li (#64722) and it's thanks to him that we are going to sleep cool and comfortable! He was not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, but exceptionally kind and helpful. What a blessing (and relief) to have found this company and met Li. Call this company with confidence!

Rip off, thieves, do not call them.
Had a leak from 2 sinks in my tri sink commercial sink, called empire, they said they were busy and  would send someone the following day between 12-2. First call was on a Tuesday.
After a no show and no calls from them, I called at 4pm on a Wednesday and they said a guy is on the way.
He showed up at 5, checked the leaks, said the company will contact me with an estimate.
No estimate and no calls for 2 days.
Called them again on Friday, 2 days later, they said I will receive an estimate by the end of the day.
That means no one will come to fix the leak that day and I would have to wait till monday.
Still no estimate, called again Monday, still no estimate.
Called Tuesday they said they sent it, I never got it, I told them never mind, can you please tell me what the estimate is, they gave me a quote for 1875$, I told them they're out of they're mind and it's outrageous.
I'm not a plumber but I'm not stupid and thank god I'm pretty handy, went to Home Depot, bought new pipes, strainers, sealants, washers and all tools needed for the job.
Total cost me 126$ and 1 hour of work.
126$!!!!!
Estimate for 1875$????????
Fixed both leaks, all commercial grade parts.
Unbelievable.
Will never call them again.
