I called Amy's 3 weeks ago when i was having problems with a toilet water line during renovation of one of the bathrooms in my house. I explained the situation to the woman who answered the phone and she told me she would send a more experienced plumber since we weren't sure exactly what the problem was. The two plumbers who came took a look at the toilet and despite me explaining that I thought a valve may be turned off somewhere they proceeded to tell me that they believed it could be a bad angle stop causing restricted water flow. I thought that was unlikely since everything was new, but I authorized the repair anyway. They changed it, charged me $225, and there was no change. They then told me that they believed the line was crushed in the wall somewhere. I explained that nothing has been changed during renovations that could cause that to happen. Nevertheless, they insisted it was the only thing that they could think of, and told me that Amy would contact me the following day to give me an estimate. The estimate never came.

I waited a week, called the office and again asked for an estimate. The woman who answered the phone told me they would get back to me the next day. Again, nothing.

I waited yet another week and finally called another plumber. They came out right away and diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes. A valve had been closed off to the cold water line at the water heater. He explained that any plumber should have known what was happening because of the pattern of the water pressure drop (back flow through the hot water line.) He replaced the valve (it was damaged), did some other quick work that i had asked for at a reasonable price and wrapped everything up in under an hour.

Thank God I never heard back from Amy or let her company tear a hole in my wall (ripping out my brand new tile) looking for a problem that didn't actually exist. Not only is this company unprofessional in failing to respond to customers when they say they will, the plumbers themselves (at least the ones that were sent to my house) clearly have no idea what they are doing.

Awesome company! We had a last minute emergency repair, one of our handyman couldn't finish the job. ADR was fast, on time, and great on price, we will use again!

I am so grateful for Sharscottyy Plumbing. When I moved into my new home, I found there was a gas leak throughout the house and didn't know what to do. I friend of mine recommended me Sharscottyy so I gave them a call. The owner was quick to respond even during a pandemic. The team came out and removed the old gas line and updated with a new a new one. It took just an afternoon, and I even had them come back to help me update the water heater as well.

They did extensive plumbing work on my house 3 years ago and we continuously recommend them to others.

Called on a Wednesday and spoke with Ivan.  I asked for an estimate/consultation for my mom who wants to change out her old water heater.  Ivan told me he could not have anyone go out to my mom's house until Friday (although she lives about a mile from the business location).  I said, no problem since it's not an emergency.  Ivan then asked me to text him my mother's contact information which I did.  Ivan responded with an ok thanks so I know he got my message.
Today is Monday (almost a week later) and still no call or visit to my mom...still waiting on that estimate.  I will try my luck with another company.

Jorge (the owner) provided a verbal estimate and backed it up with a written estimate to replace a failing water heater.  Jackson was the plumber who showed up and he took the utmost care to explain everything that was needed, provided details on the requirements due to the building codes, and answered any question I had.  He even took the time to show me how to flush the water heater and how often to do it. Great work and service.  Will contact Jorge in the future for my plumbing needs.

My daughter just took back occupancy of my mom's house in Boca Raton, that we were renting out. The tenant we had in there left it a mess! And instead of letting me know I had a plumbing issue at the house, he just chose to turn the valve off on the toilet and use the other bathroom :/ I called Joe at Perfect Plumbing & Rooter and he was there the same day!! He didn't just fix the leaking toilet, but he checked everything in the house that had anything to do with plumbing. My daughter is a single mom, and I'm across the country, so it was wonderful knowing someone took care of her issues so quickly and thoroughly. And didn't rob me, like most plumbers out there!!! Rip off, thieves, do not call them.
Had a leak from 2 sinks in my tri sink commercial sink, called empire, they said they were busy and  would send someone the following day between 12-2. First call was on a Tuesday.
After a no show and no calls from them, I called at 4pm on a Wednesday and they said a guy is on the way.
He showed up at 5, checked the leaks, said the company will contact me with an estimate.
No estimate and no calls for 2 days.
Called them again on Friday, 2 days later, they said I will receive an estimate by the end of the day.
That means no one will come to fix the leak that day and I would have to wait till monday.
Still no estimate, called again Monday, still no estimate.
Called Tuesday they said they sent it, I never got it, I told them never mind, can you please tell me what the estimate is, they gave me a quote for 1875$, I told them they're out of they're mind and it's outrageous.
I'm not a plumber but I'm not stupid and thank god I'm pretty handy, went to Home Depot, bought new pipes, strainers, sealants, washers and all tools needed for the job.
Total cost me 126$ and 1 hour of work.
126$!!!!!

Fixed both leaks, all commercial grade parts.
Unbelievable.
Will never call them again.

My mother is retired and needed help with some plumbing issues. This company is horrible, they did not want to fix the problem and wanted to charge a $45 for just coming and not doing anything...and they used rude, intimidating tactics. Don't ever hire this company. Apparently they have never heard of Yelp before, maybe they will treat their clients better.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Try another plumbing service.

4D plumbing sucks, they screwed up my whole house and when I confronted the owner about it he threatened to use gang violence on me and to sick his auntie on me whoever that is
