I tried to do a toilet tank to bowl attachment myself because I needed to replace some of the rubber gaskets that were old and starting to leak.  Well needless to say, I made things worse.  So I contacted a few companies through Yelp and Just 1 Plumbing returned my email within 10 minutes.  We conversed a few times to make sure they knew what repair I needed, they checked with the technician who also personally called me first to make sure he had the correct parts, they advised me of the cost and he was at my house doing the repair in a few hours the same day.  Work was done quickly, efficiently, and honored the price estimate they gave me online.  100% recommend this company for quality work, fast service, and extremely competitive pricing.

Let's see there is a worldwide pandemic going on and my toilet decides to stop working properly.  I tried everything with no luck. Of course I had to turn to a professional plumber. Mike of ClogHunters responded quickly on yelp which is great. In fact, he also asked follow up questions and responded to my questions quickly. He arrived in a flash (same day/ eta) to fix my toilet and did so beautifully. Turns out my toilet had roots in the pipeline. What made me happy was he states what he is doing and why. He is honest, fair, helpful, and courteous. I will also add due to the epidemic he uses proper protection staying mindful of the times we are currently in. It's a dirty job, but he gets it done with a smile. Will definitely call if ever I have an issue again. The convenience of using yelp and getting a response followed by great service is fantastic. Look no further for a reliable plumber! Carlos came last minute to help with a toilet that wasn't flushing on the weekend. He was very attentive to my special needs as I run an Airbnb and was on a time crunch. He later came to fix other ongoing issues with the same toilet (this was poorly installed during a remodel). He explained exactly in good detail what needed replaced, broke down the price and did not overcharge. He will be the only plumber I use in Miami!

When i purchased my home the gas lines were a chaotic mess and our 40 gallon OLD water heater was about to die.  I called Jorge and he came out on time to take a look and provide us with a quote.  His pricing was reasonable and we set a time for his guys to come out and do the work.  They removed all of our exiting gas lines and installed a brand new gas Tankless water heater.   The 2 gentlemen that came out (Leonel and Osvaldo) were super nice and did an awesome job (they work super clean).  Within 2 days they ran the new gas lines and installed the new tankless water heater.  Everything has been working great now (its been a few months).  I will be having them come out to install a Gas Pool water heater as well in the near future, cant wait to get that done and report back.

Had a blockage at my home. Tamiami plumbing came out within the hour of calling them on a Sunday! The plumber was a true professional explained to me what was going on and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced too! Strongly recommend.

I have a running toilet that is driving me bonkers. Wasting water so I turned the key. Not going to wait for my landlord so no problem I will pay out of pocket.  I went on Yelp to find a plumber that is near with great reviews so I found this one. I am a no nonsense straight shooter - tell me the price - be on time and do the work and all is good. Communication is key. Time is money right?  Ivan (I assume Owner and the plumber) was polite when I called on a Sunday inquiring about his service and I told him I found him on yelp and loved the reviews. He told me wait until Monday as a Sunday emergency call would be $350. I said no problem. Monday 8am. He asked for pictures I sent him multiple to be thorough. He told me the prices. I'm thinking for a flapper - ok whatever. I'll pay just stop the water from running (btw I don't pay for water but helllllo the environment so that's why I turn the key) He was not at my apt at 8am and I didn't get a text or call so I text him asking him if he was still coming because I was missing work.  Ivan stated yes he was running a little tardy (should have called buddy as a courtesy) No problem .... you can even park in one of my spaces because parking at my building is a challenge.  He gets there tells me he doesn't have the piece will have to pick it up and he will see if he can come back same day if not we can arrange. I said no problem just let me know. That was Monday by Wed I sent him a text - see pictures with no reply. People want customers but get lazy when customers are throwing money right at them for a flapper. I mean $135-175 and I could change the whole Toilet for $250!  What a disappointment. Maybe it wasn't a big enough job for him but a follow up would have been professional and accepted - no harm no foul.  Everyone has the right to make money and take the jobs they want. But don't waste my time.

So since he didn't give me his time .... and my toilet is still running .... I thought I would give Ivan 5 Mins of my time to write a negative review on the same place I found him. Best of luck in your business !

Needed to have a leaking hot water heater replaced, called the on Friday for a quote was told they would have to call supplier, no call back. I called again on Monday and was told I would have a quote by 5 pm, no call back. I called again on Tuesday and Alecia told me she had to make a call first. More than an hour later I finally got a call back and it was the highest bid i received. If their customer service is so poor I can only imagine what their service is like. CG

Alexis replaced our garbage disposal. He was prompt polite and a true professional. Would highly recommend him and will use him again.

They had me wait an entire day I had an appointment and never showed.   I rescheduled the following day for 9:30 am.... They still haven't showed.  The reception acts like she knows it all .... I think their actions show they have no clue!  Don't waste your time with this company.
